2 employees in the whole store with absolutely no car knowledge asking a customer if the car is 4wd or not for wipers really! Spent 30 min to pay

AutoZone is always a great auto store to go to for all your vehicle needs. The employees there are always helpful and eager to assist customers with automotive parts and advice. The prices at AutoZone are very competitive even if customers are not buying in bulk. My family and I always go to AutoZone if they dont have the part in stock they will place an order for it, hows that for having it your way!

This autozone was OK, they have great parts but their prices are bit above market. The staff is not very friendly nor very knowledgeable, overall it was an average experience at best. I would look for a different location to get your parts unless you are in a jam.

I try my best to avoid this AutoZone I appreciate that they have Spanish speaking people but I already know I might have an issue every time I go to this store. I went in there today for a loan a tool when I returned the tool i was given cash instead of having the money returned to the card the amount returned was $10 incorrect. I had to wait for the manager to count the cash register. Total 3 times I went just to borrow a tool. I will stick to the Getty ave autozone.

Had a bad experience in this store the first time, spoke to regional manager a couple months ago and now I tried to give this another shot and go there I have to tell you that I will never step foot in this store again!!Today 8/27/17 I just came from this store and I had to do this to let people know how unprofessional this place is running ..i go to the register to purchase something and the register had a sign saying closed but there was a employee standing there and look at me and nodded his head hi but didnt help me so at this point I go the the line witch is the line to pick up or ask for parts, so Im standing in line and its taking awhile to purchase this so I look back and I was chocked to see the same guy that nodded his head at the register taking people at the register .....I could not believe this and now thought maybe because I complained the first time thats why they were taking thats time to take care of me but thats ok ! I just know that I will never step foot in this store again....$$$$ your loss.

I was over there looking for a part for my car the guy told me that they didnt have it and I asked nicely if he can check for me if they have it in there computer or if it was in another restore so I can go get it and the guy didnt look too happy to help me. if you want to go to another AutoZone I will recommend you to go to the one in Clifton

Need to take of the register more faster people that are paying, also outside needs to be kept clean.

Great place to find what you need for your car, they offer free code scans and specialty tools to help you get the job done right (given that you know how to use them).

Very bad experience coming to this location, all the employees were kinda just talking to each other the line got to 5 people long and when someone finally came up, they took the customer behind me first, not sure why either. Ended up not getting the item i needed and walked out, after making it clear i was first in line. store set up was nice though

Update March 2021:I just visited the location in Paterson on east 18th st after I was on hold for 5 min and got hung up on. I called a 2nd time and the service rep left me on hold? After 10 min I jumped in my car headed to the location and as I arrived someone answered my call. I said i just pulled up because Ive been on hold for 20 min. After another 5 min waite C.S asked me what i wanted, basically i wanted to rent there U joint puller. She wasnt familiar with the part and asked for a car as reference. I stated a U joint puller is a universal tool? Well After she took my phone and showed the item to a coworker possibly a manager in the back parts area. Well another 15 past and I said I give up. I was the 1st person on the parts line before everyone else walked in. There were 3 persons at the registers and the manager in parts and i stood next to the security guard. I give up on this location, i will keep my Autozone visits centered around the Clifton location. There has always been a waiting period but at most locations but honestly there is no professionalism here. I worked C.S in Downtown Paterson at a known Mens clothing store. We never hung up on a customer because it was busy nor did we keep them waiting for 25 min this isnt acceptable in any location or establishment.Reviewed: 1 yr ago 2020Definitely not a bad place. It is clean and everything seems to be in its place but come time to check out or return an item you will be waiting at least 15 min or longer depending on who is working and how many people are in line. Women at this location seem to get treated a little better then most men i mean its mostly a latin community so its not uncommon. Once your being helped the guys do try to helpout as best as they can. I prefer the Clifton location is better in some ways but depending on customers there will always a waiting game.

Bought a meguiar polish online and went to pick it up guess what they told me.... they were sold out! What is the point of paying for it online then?? Now i have to wait for a refund

Horrible customer service. First i tried to get a check light engine checkup at another autozone but they claim it broke so i had to drive to this one and wait in this long line just to ask for the checkup . Then this middle aged women gave me an attitude and said nope its too dark(7pm) we only have 2 people working bye. I just want a check up !

There’s this one middle aged lady that has a horrible attitude for no reason at all and treats customers as if she can do whatever she wants and they won’t fire her. If this were to happen in a professional store she would be terminated immediately.

The store was clean and organized Auto Zone dosent have all of your automotive needs but they do have some of your automotive needs the price could be lower as well.

It was okay as usual autozone workers always willing to help thats why always Im using for my automotive needs

They treat you like the NJ DMV. They have one line for multiple customers while the other employees walk by, talk, and drink coffee in the front. There is no sense of urgency to service long lines.

The worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. As soon as I walk in and this lady that supposedly works their yells at me and says “WHAT YOU WANT” i got so upset and asked for her manager and she got mad and said “Go tell the manager I dont care!” Wow I couldn’t believe this was happening.

This place puts the G in ghetto. Nobody ever picks up the phone (anytime)There always stealing and nobody ever says anything.And it doesnt look at all safe around there period. Also to many bums and crackheads ask for change.

Bad customer service! Theres an associate name alise she got really bad attitude with customers. She denied me to charge my car bettery in store. She said The bettery doesnt hold charge. Then i took it to another autozone store and they charged it and theres nothing wrong with it. I hope the store manager should take some action.

They advertise “Free battery and Starter Test” but whatever store you go to their testing machine is not working. I even called this location to make sure the machine was working but when I got there store employee told me it was not working. When I asked him why I was told it was working over the phone, she told me it was probably from call center and not from the store. Crappy customer service.
