Great place about 1 week ago or so I was driving in bad weather and my windshield wiper broke, I went to this auto part store and got great wipers and one of the guys even put them on free of charge I kept trying to tip him but he would not take it

I was having a problem with my battery & my boyfriend said if I could get one he could put it into my car 2005 accord. So he sent me to royal auto parts, he knew them from when he worked at a garage. When I walked in Raul asked me if he could help me. When I told him what I needed, he was so nice he even put it into my car. I couldnt believe he installed it for me & took my old one away. He then looked at my windshield wipers & showed me they were no good also & fixed that too. It was such a nice place & they made me feel so comfortable that even with all the action with mechanics & people there they had the time to take care of me

Never saw a store with such lazy people working behind the counter. Most talking on the phone, you can tell it is personal. The manager always yell at someone even customers. He sure thinks he is always right. Dont go there, it is not worth your time.
