Love this place very friendly and answers all question i need to know about the car people are just saying bad things because they dont like to pay for the price if you want to drive a working car it cost to keep up instead of coming on here and talking and is nobody business what this people get paid at least they work and know what they do. I recommend this place and also the owner is nice enough to give this guys a job and feed them

Got my brakes changed here. Service was ok. They didnt take long at all. The price was very reasonable. Not the cleanest shop in the world but it is a local mechanic shop. They werent able to service my window regulator.They referred me to an auto glass place for that. I would come here again.Edit* The last time I had service from this place was about 7 months ago. They changed my coolant system on 1996 BMW. Job was performed improperly. They never put a clamp on the lower coolant hose. The hose lasted for months I must admit but eventually without a clamp the lower hose came off while I was driving. My car overheated and shut off. I now have a blown head gasket due to these guys negligent work.

They so called fixed my brakes and theyre squeaking again, I dont know much about cars but after an accident I had I went to them for some repair, my axle was completely done. Along with that and other things I needed fixed, when I finally went to get the car inspected by Geico [the other drivers insurance] and I gave the man my receipts from all the repairs that they did, the guy from Geico told me that I paid for something that La Tranca Auto Repair didnt even touch. I dont recommend this place to anyone, I myself am looking for somewhere else to go. They will rob you for your money, especially if you dont know a lot about cars.

I would leave this guy 0 stars if I can. The guy you talk to about the repair is impatient doesnt know how to speak and is extremely retarded. Worst customer service ever witnessed. Had no choice to but go there on a sunday cause of a flat. ripped me off broke my lock on the tire and has thieves working for him as well as himself. Before I had a different car done alignment with him 4 times every time he managed to brilliantly screw it up. IF you want the job done incorrectly and your money stolen go there. If not go to the spot right in front of him to the right up Ellison St.
