Kitchen cabinets were installed in February 2021. Some doors were warped and could not close properly, some shelves were warped badly. Also, the outer panel for the refrigerator station was badly warped and so the refrigerator could not be positioned. Despite numerous calls Ricardo was very not responsive. In fact, he constantly evaded my calls. It took the person who referred him to me to get him to call me. With a series of efforts to reach him it took more than a month for him to return to view the problems and try to make corrections. The panel by the refrigerator is still warped even though not as warped as when first installed, a few cabinet doors still does not close flush with the frame, and after nearly 6 months of waiting, I’m still unable to use one cabinet because he took away the shelves and has not returned with them. Many efforts were made by me and the person who referred him but an amicable solution seem futile. Now I will have no alternative but to contact an attorney to try and bring this long outstanding matter to a close. I feel I have been totally ignored and disrespected. Further, it would seem that because I do not engage in angry confrontation he thinks he can ignore me.My advice to all consumers is to beware of this company. I cannot tell you and will not tell you not to deal with him. That’s your choice but I can share my experience and suggest you be carefully aware of this company and the proprietor Ricardo. He lacks total credibility and trust which are essential to good business operations.

Unfortunately I have to say the owner of this business Mr Ricardo is very unprofessional. I ordered kitchen cabinets and I was told I will get them in 2 to 3 weeks after 3 months passed, I called to find out and he kept ignoring my calls never received the cabinets I was promised. He delivered some of them and left them in my driveway cabinets that were delivered from China. I finally decided not to do business with this person and tried to get my refund but he kept coming up with excuses about his personal life which has nothing to do with his customers. Very unresponsive and rude every time you try to get in contact with him he will ignore you once he has your money and not do his job as he should. I do not recommend Mr Ricardo to anyone!

Purchased cabinets from Ricardo and was told that I would receive them in a weeks time, four weeks later I was told cabinets were discontinued ordered a different set of cabinets and I was promised in a weeks time .Three weeks of calling him and no answer I caught him sneaking out the back door. after confronting him I received the wrong cabinets so please stay away from this place .

The whole store smelled of smoke. There was a desperately sad caged parrot in the back. Why are you caging such a smart, beautiful bird in a tiny box? Ruined my day. Will never return.
