Technician came to fix a chip on my front windshield. When he was done, he asks me to come out to inspect it. He goes I take pride in my work on chips where customers cant even tell where the chip was. I looked and said its right here. It was better but obvious didnt disappear as he thought it would be. I understand chips wont be perfect. But why brag about it. And two it wasnt as good as I thought the repair would be but I accepted it not knowing IO shouldve complained more about it.. A year later the chip created a full windshield crack almost across the whole front. It was a no-brainer that I called a different company to do a replacement windshield.

They were very polite and courteous on time very quick and professional and a 100 out of 100% efficient

Called for a rear glass windshield replacement and scheduled an appointment for the next day, only to be told the glass wasnt in-stock on the day of the appointment. Wasted my time and could have had someone else do it alot faster if they just had communicate from the start that they dont have the glass in-stock.
