Recently moved to the area and was dreading finding a new auto shop but BTS is by far the best shop I’ve been to! There was a hiccup with the tires they received but they matched my previous quote and even gave me a deal! A special shout-out to Todd for friendly customer service. 11/10 recommend.

They snuck in a $25 per tire charge at check out because I bought them online instead at the store. They arrived sooner buying it myself and they’re cheaper online than in store. Why didn’t they say anything about the hidden charge when I made the appointment? Why didn’t they say anything about the hidden charge when I showed up to the appointment? Transparency is key to trust and customer loyalty and because of how this was handled I will never return to this location or any of their chains.

Ran over a metal rod with oversized wheels. Ordered 4 new tires online and brought the truck in for mounting on my rims. Work was only mounting the 2 rears as the other 2 not delivered to my house yet.. it was quick and for a extremely reasonable rate. $63 dollars out the door.!!!!!! Yes I have to go back Tuesday when I receive the other tire. But will be more then happy to give them another $63 and have more work done. Most places see the big trucks and think big money. Thank you BTS for being honest and fair!!!

Fast service, everyone there was friendly and welcoming, Dino was great at explaining our cars issue(s), and when it turned out the specialty part we needed was too pricey for us to immediately fix, he was understanding and not at all pushy. Im a woman who reads young, and Ive dealt with my fair share of patronizing and dismissive mechanics. So nice to have the opposite experience here! Definitely will be coming back the next time our car needs work. (Well replace that specialty part eventually!)

So glad I listened to my gut and brought my car in to be checked- Ive only had my car a week as of today and from sitting in the lot at CarmAx, there’s rust build-up on my rotors so they need to be replaced. Carmax typically doesn’t cover that in their 30 day warranty, but the mechanic is calling them to talk them into covering it since this should not have been an issue with a new car. BTS Tire & Service checked my car on the lift on time, showed me the issue, explained their game plan, answered all my questions effectively, and had me in-and-out in less than an hour. I definitely recommend them!!

I have a 2018 Civic Si Sedan. I don’t trust anyone lol. Never mind anyone with my Cars. I called 13 different Garages that offer alignment and there prices were all from 89$-100$. Thats to much lol. I called Both BTS location and the alignment service is 79$. So this is definitely one of the only places that offer alignments under 80$ and even with taxes it came to under 80$. It was done in 45 minutes also. Granted my tires weren’t off by much so it may be different timing depending on how off your alignment is. My problem was I put spacers on my wheels, anything you do to change the cars geometry is going to throw off the alignment. Spacers, suspension, things like that. Dino made that quite clear that spacers were for off-road use haha. I’ve had them in every car I’ve owned. Always needs an alignment. They don’t wear your tires out faster lol! They will unless you get an alignment. Rusty Wallace Racing school trusts there Ferrari’s and Mclarens here so that should say enough lol. But not the reason why I chose this garage, I asked my garage who I should go to cause they don’t have an alignment machine and they recommended BTS. I still searched for reviews and prices but ended up here. They built my trust. Dino was a nice enough guy and one of the other guys talked to me about Lmy car for a while, he liked it which was nice to hear. i highly recommend BTS!!

BTS is great. They are not the best deal but I feel it is worth it as they use the best quality parts. Service is great and they know their stuff. I have been using them for years and will continue to do so. Ask for Dino, he is the best.

Honest and reliable

I brought my car for alignment and was told it’s going to take about 45 minutes but ending up taking almost 2 hrs. Whiles I was waiting in the store, nobody bothers to come update me why it’s taking that long. So disappointed with the level of professionalism.Please note: my first experience there was great that’s why went back.

The best experience I have ever had with anybody that works with Automobiles. Dino and Richard really helped me out and were honest and transparent about what actually needed to be done with my car. Their neighboring dealer also looked at my car and quoted $150 for something that wasnt even wrong with my car while the guys here fixed it for FREE. Would 100% recommend taking your car here to really know what the issues are !

They were wonderful. Although my car broke down unexpectedly and had to be towed there, they helped me out and got my car back on the road within 1.5 hours of arrival. Their willingness to help made it possible for me not to miss work ($$$) due to this issue. I am really thankful and would definitely recommend them and even come back although its far from where I live.

Took car in for a leak. Was told it was all set.Same leak so what was fixed was notThe. problem. I had to put cardboard overnight under car to see where the approximate area problem was. Total without a car 6 daysin the week and a half.Felt like they were training on my car. Not very knowledgeable.I guess tires is their expertise not service

A friend needed 1 break bulb replaced & oil leak fixed..😒 got the car back they changed the break bulb but still leaked oil & for some reason both high beam headlights was unplugged & 1 missing..😕 went back they wanted to charge him more $$$ for a job that they never did!!!!The B.B.B(better business bureau) orThe F.T.C( federal trade commission)Needs to visit this place!!!!! BIG TIME !!!!

Very pleasant people to deal with. I had 4 tires replaced here. When they said it would take 1.5 hrs thats exactly how long it took. Ive used the chain tire stores and cant tolerate the nauseating new tire smell in those places. Plus, it seems BTS has more seasoned and experienced staff.

I went in to get my brakes done among other things. I told the person at the desk when I arrived that my brakes were bad AND MY ABS LIGHT WAS ON. They later called me and told me car was all set and to come pick it up. So I dropped off my rental car off and went to pick it up. When I got there I was told that they took the car on TWO different test drives and everything was fine. When I got in the car I immediately noticed the ABS light was STILL ON. Something I said was wrong and something (among other things) I had just paid $2500+ to have fixed. How can you not notice a glaring light on the dashboard that I said was a problem after two different test drives? Do you guys not check idiot lights after you fix a car? What kind of mechanic does that?!!Anyways, so I bring in the car the next week and they try to charge me another $250 including their $75 diagnostic fee (ridiculously steep) after arguing they knocked the price down to $180, which I guess is nice. But I wont be getting back all of my time they wasted and for a experience that ended up costing me almost 3k when it should have just been fixed the first time. Never going back here.Also they spam your email asking for reviews. Well heres your review, BTS.

Weve been doing business with BTS for more than 20 years and have found them honest, skilled and reasonably priced. Consistency in the management team across two decades is a definite plus. They know their customers and its important to them to retain repeat business.

I went to BTS on a whim after reading reviews. I hit another pothole with my run flats, so I had a gash in my front right tire. I was planning to drive or tow it to the dealer in Warwick like I had done multiple times in the past. I really needed immediate repair on the 1 tire but I had replaced both front tires multiple times. My back tires had serious wear and needed replacement too. Not surprisingly, BTS was much cheaper than the dealer. For the cost of 2 tires, I did all 4 tires plus alignment and they submitted a rebate with the manufacturer in my name so I will get money back. A++++ customer service. Plus, the dealer wanted me to wait until the next afternoon for service. I dropped off at BTS at 0730, they said my tires wouldnt arrive until 0930 and they called me at 1100 to say my car was ready to go. Highly highly recommended!!!

BTS Tire is has been great to me many a time. Whenever I need a repair done locally, this is where I have been going since my old spot changed management and practices. They are very fair and reasonable.

My go to spot for my truck. No matter how big or small the issue may be they will explain it and give me options. Reasonable on time frames and not pushy like most mechanics are to females.

Horrible customer service, default answer was “leave it for a day” with no explanation. Clearly can hear it in her voice she just wanted to get me off the phone. Did not ask what was going on or if explain why it would be a day when I questioned her.

Im naturally nervous and suspicious of mechanics. I dont like that they can say pretty much anything about my car and I dont have a lot of choice but to believe them and pay whatever theyre asking. However BTS seems really solid. Got an inspection done that required some repairs. I balked at their $375 price tag until I got a second opinion at another shop that wanted $700.BTS was fast, reliable, and responsive. I hope I never have to go to a mechanic again, but if I do itll probably be BTS.

I always bring my cars here for state inspections and they are quick and very professional. Can be expensive with thier labor charge if they have to fix something but its done right.

Horrible communication between staff members. Calls me to tell me my car is ready, but then I get there to talk to the same 2 people who dont recognize me already after only an hour and a half. I get there and my car is out front, but they tell me they are working on it and it will be out shortly. The manager ignored me for 17 minutes while talking about plans his worker had to go see Panic at the Disco on Saturday. (Literally holding my bill and keys in his hands the whole time) Didnt do the services they charged me for or did them very poorly assuming I wasnt going to return because Im an out of state customer according to my address.

Incredibly helpful staff and great service. They were the only place out of several that I called that agreed to deal with the tire warranty company that I had. Then they removed a nail from one of my tires, patched it from the inside, and didnt charge me anything. They recommended some great new tires, but I couldnt afford them at the time.

I went to this location for my vehicle inspection. The attendant told me he cant read the emission so he failed the car. It was just a fuse and that was hard for them to replace.I went to different place to have them fix the fuse and did my inspection there. Cost didnt matter to me job satisfaction is what I look for. I will never go back there. My experience with them have made me not to recommend them to anyone.

I have triple A my starter died i called for an estimate it was 384 dollors with 10 percent dicount included. I found that high so i asked around other prices i got were 230. 250.In the end i spent 109 on the starter and watched you tube vidio and did it myself in half hour that means i would have been paying them 275 dollors for half an hour work. Triple A should really recheck there mechanic options because anyway you do the math 384$ is highway robbery.

UPDATE: BTS told my mother to stop by anytime to program the new sensor. Sometimes mistakes are made, so I thank BTS for their prompt response and customer service to fix this!I see you have reviews turned off, so I am forced to leave this here, on your yelp, and on your google page:My mother visited the Pawtucket location for a tire rotation, and re: a slow leak and a valve stem that was no good. TWO hours later she was given her keys and told the gauge is fine, and that the mechanic could use his gauge on it fine. My mother then brought out the service desk guy and show him the valve stem and how bad it looked. He tried his gauge with it and it didn’t work. So the mechanic had blatantly lied. He had not even looked at the valve stem! They replaced the valve stem and sensor and my mother was then told the air pressure light would be on and that it would go off after driving 10-15 minutes. That was another lie. Hours later it is still on. You neglected to program the new sensor to the car, and that is why the air pressure light is still on. My mother has posted to your Facebook page. We expect a timely response your next business day RE: this matter. Thank you!P.S. it was around NOON which means your mechanic was likely impatient to take his lunch, at the expense of a regular customers needs and concerns.
