I was not just put on hold once but twice and it was all for a simple question and the employee that spoke to in the pharmacy phone was very staticky and I was told to take my phone off speaker and which there was still static on her end of the phone. Im a costumer of CVS on hope st. In providence and never have any issues of being put on hold twice this store needs better Customer service when it comes to clients and all I was trying to do is get information on the covid 19 booster shots

Everyone there are nice. But since that new pharmacist young girl start there it hasnt been the same. I meet people outside leaving the pharmacy unhappy. Her attitude stinks. She is not pleasant she makes customers feel unwelcome there and I notice she behave that way more with the African American customers. She look at us like we are junkys. This need to change. We are faithful. Custumers but shes pushing us away. Not good for business

Horrible customer service, even though its near from my house I rather go to CVS at 799 Hope Street(good customer service).

Very bad manager at this CVS i went for a interview at this place on june3rd and they said that they were going to call me back on Tuesday and they never called

The best pharmacy around!

During vivid 19 there is a social distancing tape on the floor while I was in the 3rd register line behind the tape there was a women and her daughter in the 2nd register line waiting also. The women manager finially told next person (me) in line to come up. She then said out loud as I walked up to the counter she shouted over me to the women in the 2nd register line ignoring me the lady in the 2nd line said oh no he was next he is in that line extremely nicely. But after being embarrassed I assured her that she should take my spot. The manager would not apologize she was extremely rude and non understanding this is my 2nd encounter she does not like me for idk what reason I shop there everyday for my family of 5.

Best pharmacy service around!! And that is very important when your not feeling well... Always helpful and very professional. Wont go any where else....

Hi my name is Gail I live in Pawtucket, Rhode Island. Cathy is my favorite person at this store. She used to deliver to me and always chatted with me. The rest of the employees are very patient especially with me. CVS has been my store for many many years. Happy Holidays to them all. They all need raises.

Awful customer service. Only 1 register available for transactions. Improve please.

Pharmacy sucks. always a long wait had to go back four times cause my meds was not filled on time always a confusion with my meds.
