Horrible. I bought a couch from Artee Fabrics & Home 2 weeks ago and am still waiting for it to be delivered. Today was supposed to be the day my new couch arrived BUT they cancelled the shipment and didnt even have the courtesy to call me to let me know. I had to call them 10 min after they wereofficially late and no one picked up the phone. I later received a voicemail telling me they couldnt deliver today. I waited 4 HOURS JUST TO FIND OUT THEY CANCELLED MY SHIPMENT. Horrible customer service and no communication. Their employees in Providence Place are unprofessional and incompetent. Took me over a half hour to check out. Im very disappointed and now feel like I payed too much for this couch after shopping around a little bit more. NOT IMPRESSED WITH THIS SHOP AND WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN.
