Christine at the Pawtucket location was so helpful! I had a problem with another storage place and was scrambling to find a place to leave my things before flying to the West Coast the next day. It was almost closing time, but Christine helped me rent the last available room and went above and beyond for great customer service. Glad I found this place :)

The online reservation service was easy to use. I was able to fill out everything online and was ready to go. Unfortunately I discovered before I moved in that I no longer needed the space. They were able to cancel my lease and refund within the day. Will definitely consider this location again in the future!

I would definitely give this storage facility 0 stars! First off, I will start by saying I had the worst experience having my belongings ina storage unit here! My unit was compromised not once, but TWICE, within a 6 mth time frame. Not only did I have my personal possessions stolen, but there was obviously no solution to the problem, the first time around, as it happened TWICE! The staff didnt even seem to bat an eye about the situation and I believe handled it very unprofessional. I had to move my whole life into this unit and it was not safe. The insurance is a joke and was told the second time that it was an inside job, from a previous disgruntled employee. I will forever deter people from using this storage facility and never forget how careless this company is.

It was pretty good. 3 months of service. Space was clean and relatively dry. There was an issue with online billing that kicked me out of their system as not being up to date with automatic payments. Super annoying. Great staff however, friendly and helpful.

We had a friend recommend this place for us, as we needed to store some things while we were moving. The staff here are just great!!! We spoke to Jessica and Damon and they were very helpful and informative! If you’re looking for a safe, clean place to store your possessions, I highly suggest you call CubeSmart!!

Rented storage for my son. Lady on the phone was very helpful confirming my reservation and answering all of my questions. Derek in the office was very quick and friendly. The facility is very clean. Will recommend to others.

I was told at the time I reserved it that they wasnt from ocean-going of $96 plus text for 5 months. They then connected me to the manager at the Pawtucket store Concord Drive which I was interested in and he confirmed it. When I got there to fill out the application in the car as they were doing and they took my payment information over the phone, they were then telling me that that was not the truth about that price. Im going back and forth with the manager I told him the story of calling in and thats what they said and he was the manager I spoke to him he had confirmed it, he said he promised that there would be no increased for the first 6 months. So I signed the contract put a little bit of fear but hoping he is a man of his word and so are they!

Twice I was taken back by the manager there. First time was meeting him and then on the phone. Seems to be his personality because second time he didnt even know if I was an existing or new customer. To be fair after talking to him the first time I felt better until he did it on the phone as well.

Great place to store you stuff 😀 if you want a deal go online to order instead of going in person I pay $103. Without tax about $115. With tax a month for a 9x12

Damon, the manager there, is AMAZING! He is so personable and made our rental experience awesome the first time we went in October. Rented a 10x30. Dealt primarily with Damon and he made check in and check out a breeze. Moved in and out on a Sunday so the Sunday office hours were really helpful to take care of the admin. Unit was in great shape. Highly recommend and will likely use next time I need storage.

Been here on & off over the years, Never had any issues besides the random price raises.(storage for cars available) & 24 hr access is always a plus.Cool place, decent staff but wheres Dave?!

Great place to store your stuff, watch out for the cement poles placed everywhere..the lockers are pretty maintained and easy to get into for access!
