With this pandemic, getting parts and running a small business is difficult. These people were terrific! Broke down transmission and many miles from home, they went beyond the call of duty. Mom boss is a wonderful human and the mechanic a great guy and gentlemen. Would definitely recommend them

Took my car in because the heat wasnt working and after half a day called me to say heater core was bad and needed replaced. Quoted me 900ish and 2 weeks out. I agreed to scheduling it but after couple days thought I better get 2nd opinion. 2nd mech spent 20 min and discovered was a 11$ thermostat in the cooling system as well as air in the system (main st just flushed system little over month ago so they should have considered this). Would be sure to get 2nd opinion on any big repairs they might do for ya if ya chance taking your car to them at all. Ive used before for other minor problems and they did a good job but apparently mech they had before quit so not sure what problem is now.

Steve and his Mother were so helpful. They were able to suggest places for me to visit while my car was being serviced. Steve even took time to not only show me problems with my shocks and rotors but to explain why work was necessary. I was in Payette from out of town looking at a 17 box truck I wanted to purchase. Everyone at Main St. Auto went out of their way to get us on the schedule, during the short window of time I had to get the truck inspected, and gave me a lot of really great information about the truck so I was buying with as much information as possible.
