I bought a lovely Lazy boy for my 6’4” husband yesterday. He loves it. It is very very comfortable. Lazy Boy fits all the books and crannies of our backs and necks. The best! After having read the sour grapes blog from the person about the 14 yr old dog & the reply from the store, I decided that this was the place I wanted to do business with. The two ladies who are there to help customers are the nicest & sweetist you would ever want to know. James Shirley, no longer using your wife as our cleaning lady should not have anything to do with a review of the store. We had a fantastic relationship until we stopped using her and you called the store and said you were glad the little dog died. If you have any product issues we will always take care of you. Just dont make it personal. Losing the dog after 14 years was heart breaking. She will continue to be in our ads as a tribute.

We spent over 6k with these two WOMEN? Then they treated us like trash after the sale. Btw,there is no cute little teddy dog like in the advertisement, IT DIED! Dont do business with these two, no good at all!!!
