Extremely surprised at how poorly stocked and unfriendly unhelpful employees this station had. We have always had excellent service cleanliness and friendly staff at other Mavericks. Walked in at quarter of 12, hot dog roller had two dried up hot dogs, and Hot food case had one dried up pizza. Employees, three of them standing around doing nothing chit chatting visiting with each other and oblivious to customers and lack of food offered. Like I said it before this was more than a little shocking. Weve always had excellent service and plenty of things offered to eat. I really think a manager needs to step in here!

Whats the point of selling gas if your not going to maintain your pumps, 4 out of 10 pumps out of service for a week or 2 now... unacceptable.

I was stranded in payson during the winter storm and was running low on food and supplies. Came here because it’s right next to the hotel I was in. Super nice staff. Busy location but it’s always clean. The warm food is mostly delicious.It’s slightly jarring how they are snowed in every winter but don’t sell winter gloves or socks or stuff like that.Great location !

Employees are rude, always cussing and talking bad about their co workers. I try to avoid going g as much as possible, I live right by it, but would prefer to shop elsewhere.

Cold morning and was nice to go into a clean and warm store. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Brightened my morning before a long drive out of town.

4/3/19Went to Maverik today to gas up the car and check them out. Let me tell you they are ready for campers, fisherman and hunters.Plenty of fresh coffee, soda, sandwiches etc.They have stacks of firewood for camping, 2 bundles for $10.Also 2 large ice machines. One is Cube and the other has BLOCK ICE, which is not easy to find.They also have propane tanks out front.Fast in fast out.Blessings, JohnUpdate 5/11/19Got gas at Maverik today. Quick and easy.

Filled up with gas at Maverik. Also used the restroom. Im impressed with Maverik. This is not the first time weve stopped at one of their outlets, and the results are always consistent. Always clean, always stocked with food items and beverages for those who are buying lunch supplies, picnic items, or just a cold beverage to stay hydrated. The restroom was squeaky clean and the gas prices are great.Thank you for being there for those of us on the road.

The Maverick in Payson Arizona is a place you feel welcome. The employees are courteous and professional and you rarely have to wait in line on a busy day. You can tell that each employee was handpicked. I know them all, they call me by my nickname Red and only my friends call me Red. I go there not only because I can consider them my friends, I feel Maverick wants to be part of the community and they make me feel welcome always. The food is always fresh and the store is always clean. The Management created a atmosphere with the right people and they all fit perfectly. Thanks dont change you fit just right in my life.

Store part is great. Gas pumps, not at all. The pumps for some reason always spill gas out of my filler neck. Only place I have ever used that does that. Also the windshield washing water smells like sewage.
