Nobody ever picks up the phone in pharmacy. I am on hold waiting for 8 minutes, 12 minutes, 15 minutes... just to be hung up on. Its not just today.... every time I call. The employees are great in person but phone system is a joke & waste of customers time.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy I’ve been to. They don’t calls, they always have lines and take 20 min per car. Do not recommend especially if you value your time.

You have to always wait for a prescription. Never ready for more than two hours. Drive through is horrible. They need more help. The drive through person has to help people inside and outside which makes the wait longer than necessary.

This Walgreens is always under staffed and it usually takes a while for them to get your prescriptions. The staff is always friendly and nice and I feel like they do their best. Drive thru is usually pretty busy.

This pharmacy used to be so good, but I am so disappointed in them lately. I am tired of waiting at least 15 minutes on hold every time there is an issue (which has been multiple times a week lately), 20 minutes in line for pick up after giving them days to fill the script, and then to find out they are having a problem filling the script.. There have been so many more issues with my prescriptions lately, even though my rx hasnt changed and my insurance hasnt changed. It is just such a hassle. The communication has been so poor, get told one thing by one person and then told a completely different thing by another. Their app isnt accurate anymore They used to do so well at solving any problems, but now I am spending hours on the phone between this pharmacy, walgreens corporate pharmacy and my drs. I dont really want to leave this review, because I really appreciate some of the staff, but as a whole it is become such a time consuming hassle. I have spoken directly to the pharmacist and staff members about the problems I have been having in hopes of change and nothing is being done. I hope someone at the store or corporate will see the feedback and figure out whats wrong. Change management, Hire more staff, open more hours, whatever you need to do actually take care of your customers.Edit: When I wrote the above, I was obviously frustrated. I think the reason they are so busy, is because the staff are great. I failed to take in account some other things like Covid. I do think the pharmacy has grown over what its capable of and needs to look at the things like increasing staff and hours.

I have NEVER felt so rushed and disrespected in my life. We walked into the Payson, Utah location to fill my brother’s prescriptions. He has been in the hospital for a week after having a major surgery and this was was the half way mark on our way home. We got there at about 4 p.m. and we were rudely informed they close at 5 so be here so they can close on time. After we waited, they informed us the prescriptions wouldn’t be covered due to the prescribing doctor not being in network with the Insurance. We knew there was a miscommunication due to this doctor doing the procedure. Instead of trying to help us resolve this they started closing windows and rushing us out the door. The prescription that prevents blood clots was the most expensive and also the most important. The tech or cashier suggested taking aspirin instead. Mind you this was a MAJOR surgery, a little aspirin wasn’t going to do the trick. After they rushed us out the door we went to our local Smith’s Pharmacy. They worked with us and the doctor to iron out the miscommunication and had us out of the door in less than 20 minutes. I surely hope your associates made it on time to whatever was so important that they couldn’t spare 10 minutes for. I also hope they start making more educated suggestions to their patients because the advice given tonight could have had serious repercussions. As for us, we will no longer support Walgreens and we will tell all others to do the same.

I will not be coming back here. This store will not enforce its mask rule and they let maskless customers run the store. They will not step in and back you up when you politely ask a maskless customer to please take a couple of steps back away from you so that you can social distance. Im appalled seeing as to how this is a Drug store/Pharmacy where the elderly, sick, and high risk frequent. You would think that they would have more respect for their target customers. This store used to be good years ago with previous management but it has gone way down hill. Do not go here unless you dont care about your health.

I love shopping at Walgreens its always pleasant everyone is so helpful and happy its clean organized and if I cant find something theres always someone there to help.Especially patient with me when I was trying to learn how to print pictures from my phone. If you want short wait times this is the place to go. The staff will openly answer questions and will help you find options for better prices if you dont have insurance as well as mention drugs that have manufacturer coupons you can find online for additional savings. Getting a vaccine from this store is a easy process as well and they have a nice private room to receive it in.

Best Pharmacy staff around. They are always so respectful to my husband, myself & my family. They take the time to get to know you & are very quick even when they are busy. Weve come to this Walgreens for over 2 years, I wont go anywhere else!

There pharmacy sucks and is so disorganized. I went there to get my perscription and the lady told me its almost done just will be a few more minutes. So I left and came back a little bit later for them to tell me they didnt even have the medicine. Which they should of told me that when I was there in the first place. Very unimpressed.

My husband and I went in to grab a few quick things and I was 6 months pregnant at the time. The female cashier, I did not catch her name, asked when I was due and I told her. She then replied, You look too big to be just 6 months pregnant then she added Oh, I dont know why I say some things that I say. Horrible customer service!!!! I have Polyhydramnios with every pregnany that I have which means I have excess amniotic fluid that my body makes. So I tend to carry double the amount, if not more, of the normal amount of amniotic fluid. So I look farther than what I normally am. We have stopped shopping at this Walgreens. If you enjoy hurtful comments about your appearance then go ahead and shop here!

Cashier didn’t know how to ring up an item, so when my wife picked up the item to try a different register, the cashier accused her of trying to steal it and ripped it out of her hands, yelled at her and caused a scene. What a joke
