Nice place to find everything poor quality, but cheaper.Always it is a complete mess. Merch on floor, broken, poor stock.

Payson Dollar Tree had a fair amount of usual products, nothing unique. It is a little crowded no frozen section. Fairly clean and organized

Always well stocked. Cashiers are always friendly and fast. Usually not to busy. Watch out for pot holes in the parking lot. They have almost every thing will ever need and all for $1! Gotta love Dollar Tree!

Always a good experience here. The staff has consistently been kid and Ive even made good friends with some over the years. Whoever is doing the hiring has good instincts. You can find what you need and not break the bank!

There was an annoying whistling sound that someone said was the fire alarms needing batteries. Two ladies also mentioned their cards are always denied there but not anywhere else.

Everything is a dollar. Put together a great get better bag for my niece who had broke her leg. Complete with activity books, treats, a puzzle, and a bell for her to ring ti summon her parents! Im the uncle so I can do that to my brother and sister-in-law!Great place, great verities. Youll enjoy this place.

Was 5 stars, until they began requiring face masks to be worn in the store.Id be more understanding if they had required masks right out if the gate, but 6 months later, just stupid.

They have a bathroom and they say that you cant use them but they just let a little girl in the. Bathroom and told me no I could not use it

This store is great and can get items for auto, home and personal. Not as much as the bigger Dollar stores but do keep a little bit of everything. The staff was friendly and I have been in where I question where they found them and havent seen that employee for a few trips in, so better experience than in the past.

Looks like this store needs more attention to cleaning and stocking of shelves. Pet department and dental area were nearly totally depleted of inventory. I found what was needed but stacks of new inventory was still boxed and covering several areas of the store. Unfortunately this was not unusual for this location . My preferred store is Spanish Fork, probably a simple management problem..

It is sad to see the store in such a mess. The employees are way over loaded with stock, absolutely not enough help. No wonder people quit. They can not keep help. I feel sorry for them. The big wig should come and see exactly what they are putting their employees through. Not a good thing. Wake up and start treating your employees with respect. Go look at your stores and work a week and just see what you expect of them. I doubt you could handle it or would want to keep working at any of your stores.

So happy to have a dollar tree near me, I love being able to get stuff for cheap. This location has cards (birthday/anniversary/occasion/etc) and some are even 2 for $1! How the heck can you argue with that?! Plus the cards are just as nice/cute as ones youd get at Wal-Mart. This location in particular isnt as big as some Ive been too but Ive got to admit their products are getting better! I will definitely come here more for stuff like that. Not too far from the freeway, the parking lot is probably my only complaint, I always feel squished trying to park here, especially when its busy.

The cashiers are always so friendly. Good variety of item. I always go here for party stuff.

As far as dollar stores go this one is okay. Not a huge selection, and sometimes dirty, but the people shopping there are to blame. I always find employees trying to tidy up.

Shopping cart gouging the front door of my vehicle colored my view darkly.Licorice, Apple flavor, was fresh and delicious.Staff helpful with claim.

Has low stock quite often in the floral section. I just cross my fingers that they have what I need.

Store is clean and organized making it very easy to shop and I love to stop by there when I am in Payson. When I was last there May 18th, I was distracted and left my wallet full of money and credit cards sitting on their counter. Later when I couldnt find it in my purse and started retracing my steps I found said wallet by calling the store. The clerk had turned it in without even opening it and gave it to her manager who immediately locked it in their safe. All my currency, cards and I. D. were still in my wallet with nothing touched. I was so grateful that it was safe and impressed with the integrity demonstrated by the staff at this store.

Its nice to be able to get basic things for cheap. The lines are always very long, though. They often only have one register open. Getting one item can take you 20 minutes.

A go-to place for many items.If I ever need anything on the cheap, this is the first place I go. Though they dont have everything, their stock does periodically change, and if you come back in a week theyll likely have it.

The store wasnt stocked very well and everything was pretty disorganized. The staff wasnt exactly helpful or friendly and a few times I would even say they were rude. One employee was very loud and you could hear her across the store. Shes also the same lady who basically told my husband its not Dollar Trees problem that there was a giant pothole right in the beginning of the entrance. He told her they should put up a sign or something to warn people and she basically told him to call Walmart (located next door) or call Dollar Tree corporate to complain because we werent the first people whove had the problem. She proceeded to walk away while my husband tried to talk to her. Several times I heard customers ask her things and she very rude and didnt offer much explanation. There was one employee who was very kind and helpful. I believe her name was Heidi.

Always a mess in there. Items just in boxes lining aisles making it hard to navigate the store, often even dangerous. Never vacuumed...I doubt this location even has a vacuum. Not a pleasant place to shop. Ill drive the extra milage for other locations.

Kind of messy (like most dollar stores), and a bit smaller than most dollar tree stores Ive been to, but friendly employees and fairly good selection. I do wish they had a pepsi cooler, I always got a Mtn Dew at the dollar tree I lived near before, but this one only has coke products.

The doors were locked over 5 minutes before closing time. I get wanting to get off of work and home to your family, but if youre supposed to stay open until 9:00, then actually do it!!! There were 4 people who pulled up, tugged on the door, then left in the time I was there. Losing lots of business folks!!!!!!!

They dont have a very good selection for craft stuff plus the store is dirty and not very welcoming.
