I love this store its always a great pleasure seeing all the inventory they always get.

Lots of stuff! If I were to come to payson without my belongings this is the place I would head forYou can find everything you need for living at a reasonable cost. Then add to it slowly as time and treasure allows. Good stuff!

I bought a ber nice couch from my local big lots and am not happy with the product at all. The people are great but I feel like I got a lemon and that sux. I need one piece to fix it and they wont help. Angry...its not a cheap one either.

Big Lots used to.be my favorite place to.shop and I was a good customer until today. Payson has a mandatory mask mandate in place but the store refuses to tell those customers without a mask they cant shop there. Obvious its all about the money while they risk other shoppers being infected. I have compromised others who live in my home and cant risk getting them sick. Good luck on your greed as I dont intend to feed it.

Placed online order, picked up curbside. Associate came to my vehicle with a mask on, gave me receipt and order. Very satisfied with the service.

They are stocked up on Christmas gifts and very good clearance sales at several locations. I found some smashing sales.The sales gal was quite kind and understanding when I realized I bought the wrong size rug. She fixed my mistake in short order.

Out of all the stores in the bashas shopping center my family and I now avoid big lots at all cost.ALL staff besides Krista make it a complete uncomfortable shopping experience. You will usually find the younger blonde outside on her phone or smoking and no matter how many times Ive smiled and said hello she will only reply with a horrible dirty look that almost looks like it hurts.The female manager who is usually there honestly has a promising future in law enforcement because this women will follow you every foot step waiting for you to steal but NEVER will ask if you need any assistance. They have great quality snacks and great prices on toiletries but Id rather pay a few extra dollars and go to another store.

Friendly helpful employees with one of the cashiers being really taken with one of our grandsons who just happened to share the same birthday. Different years, of course. Good prices on most everything and we like a lot of their international foods they regularly stock like their German pickles and the various desserts from around the world.

We got everything that I wanted and then some. The workers were very helpful and pleasant.

BigLots Payson on a Sunday.Look, I know Sunday’s can be hard and at the close of business in this Covid-19 era means that people just want to get home to their families.I went into biglots at 6:15pm looking around. I saw a Dining room table I really liked and wanted to get. At 6:20, the manager went on the loudspeaker and said the store was closing in 30 minutes and for everyone to bring their purchases to the front. There were two other people in the store at the time. I waited in the furnerature section for a couple minutes, then went to the front and asked if someone could help me in the furnerature section. The lady said they were closing soon. I looked at my watch and said, “yeah, in exactly 32 minutes. I already know why I want, I just need someone to wheel it out from the back for me.” The cashier sighed and then called the manager and said she’d be there to meet me in a minute.I went back, the manager came out. I pointed to the one I wanted and said could you please get this one for me. She said she could ring me up for it, but I’d have to pick it up tomorrow as she didn’t have time to get it. I was frustrated, I turned around to walk out of the store and said, “ok, fine. Thanks for nothing.” And started to walk out of the store. (AND no, I didn’t say it in a bad tone, and I’m not embellishing it. That is exactly what I said, nothing more). She followed me (closer than the 6-feet for social distancing) and yelled at me to get out of the store NOW and that I was not welcomed back. I was banned from the store.All because I wanted to buy something within a half an hour of the store closing. I think payson businesses should be encouraged and we should do what we can to support them. However, if a business is going to practice very bad customer service, then I will be encouraging everyone not to patronize that store. I really hope biglots closed down in payson and we get a store who is going to appreciate its customers.Sincerely,A concerned shopper.

Its a new big lots built in Payson Arizona. They have good sales sometimes. You can get furniture food and electronics here.

This store fills the gap where a better store should be. Payson is short on stores so be sure to visit here since it offers a bit more quality and variety than what Walmart offers and the product offerings are always changing. You will not be proud of anything you buy here (mostly discount furniture) but it may fill a need not met by other stores in Payson.
