Unbelievably disappointed at the lack of communication and such poor customer service, particularly from Dakota. I reached out to this boutique in August of 2018 regarding a custom embroidery order on a dress for my daughter. I spoke with Dakota and was told that it would be completed by late November. Not a problem. I wasnt necessarily in a rush. I began to get suspicious when the dress hadnt arrived by December. I finally reached out to her today, 5 months after the original order was placed asking for a refund. My online account now shows that my $140 has been refunded back to my credit card, but I got NO response from Dakota as to why this was never completed for me. Not even a were so sorry for the inconvenience.... NOTHING. Just silence on her end. Totally unacceptable. I decided to reach out to her only AFTER she posted multiple pictures on social media of embroidery work that has been completed by her boutique within the last few days. She even managed to boast to a customer that embroidery turn-around times are currently 1-2 weeks. Go figure. Dont waste your time at this business- there are SO many other boutiques across the country that offer the same products and services, but with a much better customer focus.

Brother and Sissy Children’s is the perfect boutique to outfit your little one! I have been very impressed with everything from customer service, to the quality/selection of the clothing and ship time. Highly recommend ordering from them when looking for timeless childrens’ clothing!

So thankful to have found this store to help dress my children. In today’s world it is hard to find timeless, classic styles and so I appreciate a store that has multiple brands to chose from. Follow the store on Instagram, lots of great updates on product launches and seasonal clothing.

Dakota and her team are AMAZING!!! I cannot say enough wonderful praises about this boutique! They are constantly running a sale (THANK YOU!!), the boutique answers questions promptly and the turnaround on shipping is so quick; it’s at my door within 2-4 days after ordering!!THANK YOU to such a kind, sweet, knowledgeable and fashion forward team!!

Let’s talk about how after I posted this review (originally with no content, just a star rating) Dakota Caldwell reached out to me directly (Wow!! Where was this when I needed it?!) via email telling me to take the review down because the ordering issues were sourced from my end (after she cancelled my order and never told me why). LOL OK! this should tell you everything you need to know about who you’re dealing with and I hope she learns to keep her petty attitude at the door with future customers.

I agree with Caroline in that the customer service is not only lacking but utterly horrible. I was a first time customer and ordered items during a sale. Two of these items were dresses, intended for my daughters to wear. However they sent me the incorrect size in one of the dresses. I asked via email (unable to speak to anyone on the phone as when you call the number listed it goes directly to voicemail and states to email for assistance). I was told initially that once they receive the incorrect sized dress they will ship out a new dress (which to me implied they had the size I originally ordered). I then realized I was sent the wrong pajamas. To make a long story shorter, I had to send more than one email (had to email her 3 times about this) asking for a response about the replacement dress and got an incredibly rude response in return stating that the incorrect dress was refunded, which implied that the size I originally ordered was sold out. The representative, Dakota, was incredibly disrespectful and rude in her responses to me and refused to let me return the other dress that was supposed to match the one that was sent in the wrong size. I understand the return policy but this was a different circumstance. Also, given the fact that 3 items in total were sent to me incorrectly and I had to make 2 separate trips to the post office, I found it just wrong to say I couldnt return the one dress. When I told her I did not think this is fair and that I wouldnt be returning as a customer, she pointed out that Ive only made one purchase in the past, insinuating that my business didnt really matter. She also assumed my mail carrier picked up packages at our front door (which they do not, we have a central mailing system that allows for only letters to be put in outgoing mail) so said it wasnt an inconvenience for me because she sent a prepaid label. Again, just rude.All in all this is extremely poor customer service that does not care about making a customer happy or understand basic business 101. I also requested to speak with her supervisor or owner, which she has not yet provided me the contact information for. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! You can not get in touch with anyone for customer service. They sent the wrong dress without giving me the option to exchange or cancel order. I wished I would have read reviews before ordering. I wouldnt even give them a 1 star rating.

I looked at the online prices—and they were ridiculously high, especially that clothing does not look to be worth its price. No information where the clothing is produced; country of origin, and I suspect it is not the US or Europe. Also, I looked at terms of sale on the website—clearly putting customers in disadvantaged position; I would not shop in a place under such scammy conditions. Bad!
