Picked up a 3/4 violin, very good quality!

Picked up a german bass bow and the experience was great. Chris showed me 3 bows, all great. I was allowed to test each bow for as long as I needed with no rush and no pressure to buy. I knew I was getting an authentic bow from a respected german craftsman. And not a factory remake.Very casual and professional environment with an awesome staff.

We visited in order to purchase a violin for my daughter. The owner was super informative and very knowledgeable about the industry. He was friendly and helpful for this confused mother. The prices are definitely reasonable and I left feeling so much better about everything we needed for beginners orchestra. He had everything in a package deal already done for each school. The process was very quick and painless. I highly recommend!

Paul was very helpful with educating us on whats needed.They have a great rent-to-own program that allows us to apply the rental fees paid towards purchasing the instrument. 3 really nice things are the free size exchanges, tune ups, and no minimum time commitments.This is a great small business. This violin shop is incredible. We’ve been renting instruments here for over 5 years and we love the place. The owner, Chris, is super nice, as well as his employees. Whenever we come to them they’ve been able to help us with all our instrumental ailments. So I play a viola and I came across this store because a friend referred me to them not only were they friendly and very knowledgeable butit was convenient in my area I would definitely stay if youre an artistic person or know someone or even your child is someone thats growing up in the musical world then you definitely should go by Ronald Sachs violin. they have some beautiful instruments and they also do restorations for instruments I was just going looking for a new bow but Ill definitely take my instrument there to have it restored because it has been with me since elementary school

Top quality customer service. We brought my daughters Violin in for an inspection because it was old and in need of some repairs. The Violin once belonged to her mother when she played in her school days. Needless to say it was very sentimental to get this instrument in working order.I do not recall the employees name, but he not only placed new strings on the instrument and tuned it, he also cleaned it from top to bottom and repaired a few damaged spots we were unaware of. He did all these small things and only charged us for the string replacement.5 months later we returned with a broken shoulder rest and the same employee quickly repaired the shoulder rest at no cost. If I could give a 10 star review I would.

Chris Johns and Ronald Sachs Violins took incredible care of my 115-year old violin. From shipping it from North Carolina to Atlanta and back, my instrument was in the best hands. The Sachs crew not only repaired the known split and cracks, but went above and beyond in their service to make sure my violin was in the best condition possible. Ive played the same fiddle professionally for 20 years and its never looked or sounded better. Thanks Chris and company for the great work and care!

The employees and the owner, Chris are very nice and easy to work with when looking for a stringed instrument to rent or buy. They also sell bows and cases that are top-notch. I took cello lessons from Chris and can personally attest to his vast knowledge of the cello, as well as violins, violas, basses, guitars, and more. I will definitely be returning to this store.

My 11 year old is just starting cello lessons, and Chris has been great to work with getting him set up with his first cello! We live out of town but our instrument was shipped to us no problem. Its a quality instrument and the rental program is very fair with payments going to the eventual purchase of the instrument. Highly recommended!

RSV has everything you need if you play a string instrument. I love that you can walk in and play on any instrument before making a decision. Also, every model is made with extreme care and real wood - even the student violin (least expensive, but by no means cheap which is of utmost importance). Staff was very friendly & helpful!

Ronald Sachs rehaired my bow last time and they have been extremely friendly and courteous every time Ive been by. I would give them five out of five except I turned in my bow for a repair a month ago and they called two weeks ago to say it had been broken in half because they mailed it to their north side location in a softer package, not the PVC tube, and it got crushed by the USPS. It wasnt very nice but I had it for 20 years so while it is cheap to replace, it had a lot more sentimental value. They said they would call in a week and now its been two with no call back so I want you all to know you need to insist on the PVC shipping tube with every rehair. Its a good store but I will now proceed with caution.

I was very excited to go up here and rent my daughters cello but the feeling did not seem mutual. It May have been the fact that I was under a time constraint but the gentleman just didnt seem to care. I was never contacted about the cello I inquired about either and ended up going elsewhere to get it.

My daughters cello instructor recommended that we look into an instrument upgrade and referred us to Chris Johns with Ronald Sachs Violins. Since we live a few states away, selection of the cello took place via phone and email, with Mr. Johns working painstakingly to find the right cello match for my daughter. The cello was shipped to us, and arrived in secure packaging fit for a Fabergé egg. The quality of the cello construction and sound was well above our expectations, and it even arrived perfectly in tune! We are thrilled with this purchase and wont hesitate to contact Mr. Johns at Ronald Sachs Violins again when it is time for another upgrade.

I had a very positive experience with Chris who operates this store. He was very patient with the process of finding the right instrument for me. I played a lot of violins and he let me bring them to my teachers for their reviews and opinions. He brought down several violins from the store in Lilburn in trying to find the one best suited for me. Chris was very encouraging in letting me know that it takes time to find that one instrument that you can connect with. We did purchase my violin from the store. I like that I can always upgrade my violin if I need or want to, and thats good to know if and when I want to change violins down the road. We did travel and try violins in the Atlanta stores, but I found the right instrument for me here in Peachtree City. The price also fit our budget and there was no sales pressure to buy. Chris philosophy is to take the time you need to find the right instrument for you.
