My review for this location is long overdue. I love the staff here. They are so friendly, and greet you by name if you visit enough!Been coming to this location for 1.5 years now. My only complaint is that there’s no drive thru!

A very very good store. The staff was attentive and I noted many regulars, which the staff knew by name. They executed my drink, a London Fog, to perfection, which many other places find difficult to do. When a loud client came in, they could be loud and when quieter clients were there, they did that too. We ordered egg bites (bacon) and cheddar egg sandwich, which is akin to an egg mc muffin. The place was clean and the clients passing through seemed content. Highly recommended.

This is a good place to meet with fellow teachers/researchers to discuss projects and computer programs. Good atmosphere, great coffee and very good snacks. Sometime pretty crowded as far a obtaining seating. Parking is usually not a problem..

Greeted when I entered, taken care of quickly and sugar and cream was stocked and available. Its all I ask and rarely available. It was at this starbucks so 5 stars for this visit. Very friendly and personable staff as well.

Starbucks is my go-to for coffee mainly due to the convenience of location. The coffee/espresso proper isnt great at any Starbucks, but you can find ways to cover that up. As I tend to stay away from the sugary and seasonal drinks that overwhelm bitter, burnt coffee with loads of sugar and processed flavors (no different than most coffee establishments), Ive had to find other ways. Lattes or Americano Mistos are good with a coconut or almond milk substitute. The staff at this location is friendly and accommodating which is what gets the stars here.

Great service, fast n friendly

I ordered a large Caramel Frappuccino and a Cinnamon Morning Bun. Frappuccino was great and perfect with the Morning Bun, just wished Starbucks would put more just a little bit more cinnamon and sugar on the morning bun, but overall still good and quick service from the morning shift. I usually use my phone app to order so I can accrue points for free drinks and saves time so I dont have to wait.

I understand they think its funny to get your name wrong, I get it. Buuuut I have things to do. My name is Frank, not Randy. I am a good person, I would never take Randys coffee. Weak.....

Love when locals judge other locals who dont talk or sound local enough right off the bat as haole. At least make my drink correctly, first, before you get high Maka maka with a customer. Your customers dont want to feel like youre not listening to them. No apology for mistake adds insult to injury, too. Not too impressed with this location - maybe was because there were very young people working - younger generations have a lot less respect for older people these days, it seems. I see other reviews confirming displeasure here, too. Going Waimalu or Pearlridge instead from now on. Wasnt like this a couple years ago.

I forgot how horrific Starbucks was. I asked for a regular macchiato which means two shots of espresso and the tiniest bit of foam, instead I got a latte aka espresso milk and then foam. When I asked for a new macchiato and explained again how its made which I shouldnt have to explain to anyone who works with coffee the lady told me that well here and espresso macchiato means this... I just really wanted some coffee and since I havent been to Starbucks nears I forgot how horrible it is and how no one knows how to make basic coffee drinks.

Ordered my beverage and it was very bitter, the milk was over steamed and burnt my tongue. Nice location but theyre very inconsistent.Dont go in and expect to pay with your good American money,, they dont take large bills,,, most establishments have currency on board in safe. Not even an apology but just a flat out,, cant take your 100... proceeded to do his barista duties and left me standing at POS..thank God for Char who stepped up an Angel from Triple FFF,, overheard my would be purchase, without me noticing, slud her card in and covered my tab. Awesomeness at its best.There are still kind people out there. God bless Char..Starbucks,, brew on!!

Wow. I came here a few days ago and witnessed some guy come in the store and ATTACK another customer while he had his toddler with him! The other guy had bumped into him by accident and he got mad and followed him into Starbucks! The worst part about it wasnt the fighting but the one baristas actions allowed his customer to get hit by the crazy guy who came in to the store to attack him. Was real weird what he (the barista) was doing. This same barista I previously thought was an ok dude. I dont like him anymore after seeing how he handled this. He isnt even a manager, either. If I were the guy with the little kid who got attacked Id be looking into legal options against Starbucks. Id be pissed. I hope they at least gave him several free drinks to make up for that, lol. I wasnt sure about this Starbucks to begin with but I dont think Ill be coming in here too often after that.

I was sadden that my food almost feel out of the packaging. Didnt realize it until the juices from the ham were dropping in my foot.

My security person loves their coffee. Tio me they are too expensive for a plain Jane coffee.

I began having coffee at this Starbucks at the end of 2008. Moose was a daily barista and quite Excellent but she usually worked nights. Daytime there were two Lesbians who were baristas and having sex constantly on an in house sofa chair. it was Disgusting to be forced to see that.Moose left a few years ago and the coffee now mediocre at best. It is no joy there unless you are a sugar beast ordering specialty hi priced mixtures.One Lesbian barista was sent back to mexico and the other remains but now desperate for a new lover. Her exploits continue but now a whisper of volume and the sofa gone. I go there when need of quick inet and before returning home. It is not much of a representative Starbucks but the same people hold their jobs somehow. One Philipino male is a pure smartass. I suspect he may put nasty things in peoples coffee he does not want around. He has mouthed off to me over and over. I always see him studying for school when off the clock with his phili girlfriend; Both are chemical cigarette junkies.When Moose was at this store it was pleasant and inviting. Even Hawaii Cops would stop by for coffee. I think the lesbians teamed up and forced Moose out. At least 4 women there seem to be lesbian and male hater /berater types. I see tatted up MMA badass sissies and overweight complainer type single women as customer usuallly. Arguments and cuss sessions are common. Plenty homeless go in there and sleep too.Where are the good people of Starbucks?
