Love the drinks and the drive thru is very convenient but PLEASE FIX THE ROAD!! The funny hill right before the window sucks because now there is a huge pot hole and it is hard to avoid, bad enough it is on an incline..

Drive thru was super busy luckily we needed to kill time 15 mins for the wait. There blended iced coffee were ok reminded me more of Baskin Robins shake. Got me a few sandwiches peanut butter banana bagel was ok not very appealing. The croissant was flat and oily.

The food is delicious! I got a breakfast wrap for myself and a bunch of muffins and scones for the office. Everyone loved them. But my main reason for going to them is for their teas. Yummmmmm!

Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes and there was 2 cars still in front of me, had to leave or be late to work. Avocado toast is the worst menu item that slows everything down and shouldnt be served at a coffee shop, thats gotta change. Also customers need to learn how to pull up in the drive thru on that small incline. If you cant use your automatic transmission car from a stop on a hill, why you driving? Usually a pleasant experience but lately its been slow and nobody seems happy there.

Coffee it self was good of course. What I dont get is why do people use paper straws in plastic cups and lids? I wasnt even half way done when my paper straw gave out and had to take the lid off to drink the remaining coffee, which if you are driving can get messy.

The drive thru and parking here is tight and it was a busy morning. The service was quick for the drive thru and the drinks are made to perfection imo. This is the lychee tea lemonade. Its turning into a hot morning and the drink is refreshing.

Comparable in concept to Starbucks, but its their flavor offerings that differentiate them. Forget mocha, think Black Forrest Mocha or Tiramisu. How about a seasonal Horchata? So, if you need a different coffee, try here.

CBTL or Starbucks? This is always a challenge for me to answer, but if I were to talk about value, CBTL WINS. Starbucks can get really tough on the wallet, and they lack food items. CBTL, on the other hand, has so many different choices! My favorites for food are the salmon bagel, penne pasta, turkey sausage burrito, and chicken caprese sandwich. So yummy. For drinks I go for their matcha (which tastes way more matcha than Starbucks), mint tea latte, lychee iced tea, or just a plain iced coffee. Speaking of their coffee, its a lot better than the coffee at Starbucks. I admit to drinking Starbucks often when I go to class or work because its more convenient, but the flavor is so much better at CBTL.

If you like coffee and/or beans, then you might want to stop by this place.

Holy cow, this place was good.. but holy cow this place was expensive. Could have gotten my Starbucks equivalent for 2/3 of what I spent. White mocha sauce tasted a little too artificial for me, but was still very good!

Great service and very friendly, also was quick and patient while making drinks. Definitely visit this place again. Parking is a little tight but you can park in the foodland parking lot if you need too. A few tables outside and inside if you want a place to chill.

Went with the GF to try out their Monday 3 dollar special.The good- Staff is usually pretty attentive and friendly. They have great deals on Mondays where a different drink is only 3 bucks...what a deal. They also have limited seating now.The bad- the inside of this place is kind getting old and it doesnt look well maintained. Floors and tables look like they need a deep cleaning and it doesnt foster a great feeling of confidence that things are cleaned as often as they should be.Sorry I forgot to take pictures but if youre a regular you know what I mean.

The baristas are always super friendly, location is clean and service is fast. I recommend 1/2 dark chocolate 1/2 hazelnut ice blend.

This little shop is perfect for a relaxing cup of tea with your date. They have a decent variety of both tea and coffee, impressing me with a jasmine pearl. It is relatively quiet and the staff are very nice. Its more low key than starbucks and is definitely worth the visit if you just want a quiet night with some hot tea.

I love this place! Good drinks, friendly staff - especially Shaun, Leann and Aaron. Theyre the best! Make sure you get here early, though - this place gets busy really quick. Its best if you go before 8 a.m.Its always hard for me to choose since everything is so good on their menu 😊.

I ordered a dark chocolate latte and it was great! Its creamy and not too sweet. The temperature of my coffee was just right when I got it. I didnt have to worry about burning my tongue. Their rewards system could use some upgrade. They still use stamp cards. And the bathroom could use some renovation. It was dirty for the most part and run down. The bathroom is locked and one would need a key to utilize the rest room. As for the workers, they were very friendly and accommodating.

I love love Coffee Bean and sometimes it’s the only way a gal with two littles can push through the day if we’re being honest. I absolutely LOVE the fact that there is a drive through. I don’t think people understand just how vital it is when you’ve got kids and inevitably one falls asleep or both and it’s impossible to get out quickly. Amazing !

Love CBTL in general, but uhh...who running the show this Sunday morning? Yall slow AF. But we stressed, I get it. But you know...lessgo!

Drive thru can get pretty busy in the morning but once you get in the loop ordering to pick up is quick. Love their selection of drinks as well, my fave is a Tropical Passion Tea along with special flavors depending on the season. Right now they have a Horchata Ice Blended..which is bomb. As for food I love the variety from Salmon bagel to everything bagel to Ceasar wraps. All locally made thru Foodland 🙂

They always have friendly staff here which is always a huge plus. But whats makes this place more special to me is that the coffee here is great. Sure, its more expensive than what you could make at home, but then why bother even reading this review?

Not sure if it was the employee or the day I went but I was not happy. I ordered my drink with no ice because ice hurts my teeth. I received my drink only filled 2/3 of the way. The employee informed me that this was for the ice that I didnt want. The one in Ala Moana has better customer service. They fill the cup to the top and make sure that I was happy with my drink.

If doing a drive-thru order, bring patience. I have gone through the line quite quickly but also waited 30 minutes for a hot tea with honey - and while the staff are always extremely friendly, they do not acknowledge how long the wait lines are. Best to skip the line and hop out because almost always, inside is near empty.I find that one of the difficulties I have coming here daily for my morning coffee (or tea) is just the lack of consistency...sometimes its perfect, other times its so watery; sometimes the cup is full and sometimes I have excessive room.On the plus, for me at least - they usually have snacks stacked up at the window and its great to get to pick goodies for my son without having to be inside because he needs to see exactly what hes buying though weve bought the same thing a million times before...and to avoid pulling him out of the carseat, hauling a coffee and hot cocoa back out while snacks are likely falling to the floor, only to strap him back the drive thru is a must, the snacks are a boost!

DIL runs thru here often and I had the chance to try their frozen darkChocolate drink and deli croissant and both were amazing! Place is always busy but moves the traffic quickly. Worth visiting!

Im a bit biased having worked there but I wanted to work there because of my experience with the Manoa store. I love their selection of teas and their coffee doesnt taste burnt. Their food selections are yummy too. Its laid back and usually bright which is nice. Friendly staff.

During my visit in Hawaii I desperately needed to use the facilities and walked into this cafe. Since they only allow patrons to use their washroom, I purchased a $4 item. The washroom was disgusting. The sink was black, the floors were dirty for days and the toilet was unspeakable. If I didnt have to pay $4 to use their nasty washroom I wouldnt have minded but since you have to be a patron the least they could do is clean the washroom. When I told the sales lady about the washroom she just stared at me as I handed back the key. I wish I had taken a picture

The coffee is delicious here. They have the perfect blend of manly black coffee mixed with delicious goodness. If you are in the area I say you should get this over starbucks, dont get me wrong I also like starbucks but this is superior.

Better than Starbucks, but not excellent craft coffee. Iced drinks have sugary mix on the bottom of the cup, which is not very tasty.Mixes do not taste like home made, theyre common commercial mixes.Nice baristas.Nice clientele.Annoying: needing to ask for a key to the bathroom.

Last two times I went, service wasnt as friendly nor fast. Female on a Monday was quite grumpy. No smile. Almost a glare. They lucky I like their products.

Workers here are awesome! With as busy as they get, you are not stuck waiting for too long. The drive thru is very convenient as well. Not far from the freeway on ramps too, no matter which direction your heading.

The coffee is always amazing. Seasonal or just a cup of black coffee, it doesnt matter. The employees are always welcoming and really know the menu. My personal favorite? Peppermint Dark Chocolate Americano.

The establishment and its products are far above those of Starbucks. I will always go out of my way for a CBTL rather than a Starbucks. Better coffee, better atmosphere, better everything, really.I would absolutely give CBTL five stars, if not for the following.I come here to study a lot, and Ive noticed one particularly annoying thing - with two issues arising from it. The employees all hang out together in the seating area before and after their shifts. This is truly their second home. This typically would not be a problem except that there is very limited seating here and they often occupy one of the two large tables. Ive seen customers walk in but not find an open seat, and walk out. Also, they can be quite loud. One employee in particular is consistently the noisiest in the building. She seems very nice, but is quite a distraction to some of us working.

Its in a very convenient location for people who live in Pearl City and central Oahu but its a very small building and it often causes traffic and congestion on the nearby streets.
