I have had to use Glass Doctor twice in the last 6 months and both times they were courteous and professional. Enjoyed talking with both gentlemen and was grateful for their service.

Was having difficulty post-May storms obtaining glass replacement for houses, so I took a flyer on these folks. A little more expensive, but well worth the slight increase from my previous company. Glass Doctor has outstanding dispatch - a live, local and courteous person. The tech was timely, diligent and handle two houses in separate locations in the most convenient manner. These folks are the real deal, Mississippi folks at their best. Glad to be a new customer.

I had two windshields replaced with them. No issues with the first one, but calibration issues with the second. Although the problem was not easy to be solved, the owner committed to do anything to satisfy me and proofed that I can trust him. Great team!

The technicians at Glass Doctor were very courteous and knowledge . Arrangements were made to do the repair as agreed upon .The work was done quickly and absolutely no cleanup on my part . In fact they were so good no mess was made at all .A medical issue came up in the family and I also want to commend the staff who went over and beyond to rearrange the appointment scheduled which enabled me to take care of the family member . They went above and beyond !

Terrible costumer service! The lady was so rude and unprofessional Ive never felt so unwanted at a business before in my life! I will take my money elsewhere. Not worth the unpleasant experience. Glass Doctor do better!!!

Clay came out to my work and replaced my front windshield. He was done in less than an hour. Very professional. I was very satisfied with the work and how things were handled. I highly recommend. This is the second time I have used Glass Doctors for a replacement.

This place is fantastic. Theyre less expensive than other places, the employees are super friendly, and they do good work. They do all kinds of stuff too. While I was there, someone brought in a window for repair, someone picked up a glass door, another person scheduled plexiglass to be installed in his horse trailer, and a woman on the phone had ordered her own windshield and they were going to put it in for her. Im going there from now on.

Because of a previous experience with great service at Glass Dr., I drove 20 minutes out of my way to have them custom cut a piece of glass for my antique etagere that was damaged in a move. It fit perfectly!

The people there where very knowledgeable & nice & they had the best price on the back window for my truck the customer service was 10 out of 10

Glass is number 1 in my book. I will highly recommend these guys to anyone. The guys or very professional on time and very knowledgeable of glass. I was happy with there work.

Absolutely amazed by the service quickness and how professional this whole experience was I had my rear side window break on me and I called 2 hours from them closing and the guy was able to get the glass in 20 minutes and have it installed the SAME DAY! Again I just cant believe how good I felt about all this I am completely satisfied:)

The guy that came and measured for a shower glass door was nice and on time. I didnt hire because their price was through the roof. Got a quote for the door that was almost as much as the remodel of the shower itself. I have no idea where they come up with these prices. Went to Quality Glass in Madison instead. Great customer service, great quality work, and I didnt have to take out a small loan for the door. Shop around and get more than one quote!
