I had an incident at 7 am on Sunday. I thought my friend could fix it, but he turned out to be out of town. I looked for another option came across Safelite. I got a quote and an appointment fast. I made an appointment Monday morning got it done that afternoon. The man texted me before he was on the way, which was extremely helpful since I was at a different location. He and his partner were very polite. Despite the humidity, they did their job fast; it looks incredible! Very thankful!

From start to finish the service was almost perfect. Up until it was time to hand me back my keys the person decided to drop them on the counter. Went from 5 stars to 1. Would still use them but a different location. Damb shame because everything looks great

The were very nice and courteous from the time walked in the office. Everything was done in a timely manner, and the updates let me know when to pick my vehicle up.

Everyone here is very professional gets your work done correctly very quickly and dealing with your insurance you dont even really have to be involved! Truly amazing work these people do a highly recommend getting your auto glass repaired as soon as it is damaged

The associates at Safelite were friendly, courteous, and took care of me in recode time. I was out of there within 40 minutes. And the crack in my windshield looked amazing.

I had the windshield and back glass replaced in my vehicle. Both looked great when they were done but they didnt get the glass out of the back hatch. Glass got in the latch and caused it to keep opening when I left, so I had to turn around and take it back. The fix didnt take to long and I was back on the road. The staff was friendly and courteous and it was an overall good first experience with Safelite. If I could give 4.5 stars I would because I dont think it was serious enough to deduct a full point, but it does warrant something that they didnt validate fully before calling me to pick it up.

Was set an appointment to come get my front windshield replaced but informed after I dropped my suv off that the windshield wasn’t in. After leaving my vehicle overnight for the glass to come in the girl at the front desk didn’t set me an appointment to be first priority whenever the load of windshields came in and she tried to set one up for next week. An awesome associate named Nate that works there overheard the conversation and said he had some people that cancelled and he can get me in now and have me out in an hour in a half. I had the windshield broken when I woke up this morning at the hotel, apparently a Little Rock hit the glass on the road, and it wasn’t until next morning when it started braking, I called GAICO, my insurance company, and they schedule an appointment for the next 30 mins, and it was all covered in my policy. Got there ASAP, and they replaced it in 15 mins. It was really fast, they are really great. And I just wanted to say thank you.

Our car was broken into overnight at a hotel in Jackson during our PCS move from Charleston to San Diego. The team at Safelite was able to get us in and out quickly the next afternoon with quality craftsmanship. Cant thank them enough for their hard work through these winter storms.

They even text you with a picture of the technician to expect & when the tech is on their way. Very easy to do business with. The entire process went very smoothly from scheduling to completion of the job. The mobile service is extremely convenient & allowed me to keep working while my windshield was being replaced. My tech Cameron was the best, professional, friendly, on time, & took pride in his work. He took care of everything very well. He even called me to confirm everything the morning of the appointment, let me know when he would arrive, & called me again when he was 15 minutes away (even before I received the text notification from SafeLite, which was double reassuring). My windshield & mirror were installed immaculately. He was even able to save my toll tag & stickers & put them back very smoothly & clean. I would definitely use again & recommend both SafeLite of Pearl, MS & Cameron.

When you schedule over a week in advance and take off work for that time then they call you the day before to say we have to cancel or reschedule for a much later date due to overbooking is very unprofessional. Caller didn’t even seem to care about the inconvenience they were causing. I requested a refund and found another company that replaced it the next day for $100 cheaper. Would not recommend. Editing March 20th. I was told after they could not meet the scheduled appointment that I would receive my refund in 3-5 business days. That was March 9th. Still have not received my refund. They do not provide a phone number to where you can speak directly to a human, they do not reply to emails, they replied to a Facebook post and a google review via messaging only offering an apology and when to expect my refund that I did not get but they will not call other than to cancel your appointments.

Canceled because they couldnt come to me until the 17th. RIDICULOUS

Would have preferredfor my safety to have had window replaced at my home. I cant see out the window with the plastic over it.

I have had an awful experience with this company. I took my car in to have the windshield replaced, on the first trip they damaged the molding put the windshield in. They came out to replace the molding and broke the windshield again. On the third trip out, the technician came with a broke windshield replacement so I had to wait for a fourth appointment. I thought the issue was resolved until I was on my way out of town an the molding started come apart from the windshield. So now I have to wait a week for an appointment because of their poor workmanship.... meanwhile I am riding around with tape on my car holding the molding in place.

I purchased several windshields from them few months ago, my pickup windshield has cracked down the center from a very very small peck. Not only wouldnt replace it but its now tripled in price. Went from $133 to $379.

First time to use Safelite and super impressed. I ordered and scheduled online for mobile service to replace a windshield. They communicated very well, called to confirm and sent me a message to let me know who the technician was. Cody was our tech. He was super courteous and professional. He told me it was ok if I wanted to watch, which I did so I could just learn the process. Definitely would recommend and use again.

I called and didnt get great CS or a follow up....

I had a crack in my window that I had fixed from here and let me tell you....... it had bubbles in the crack and the line were not filled up you can feel the pit when you ran your finger across it. DO NOT LOOK ONLINE FOR BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS WITH THESE GUYS!!! It won’t look the same!!!! The staff in front was nice... behind close doors those guys. They don’t seem to care.

Had such a great experience with Safelite in Pearl! Cody was the technician that came out to replace my windshield with their mobile unit. He was super nice and finished much quicker than I expected. Even though he was only there to replace the windshield, he cleaned the outside of ALL of the windows and even vacuumed out my front floorboards! The gentleman who worked on my windshield was also friendly, professional, and finished the job faster than I anticipated. Also noticed they wiped off my dusty dashboard for me. Props all around!

I had to have my windshield replaced on a rainy day in Jackson, and I needed it fixed ASAP so changing my appointment date and time was not an option. Nate was very helpful and accommodating to make sure everything was complete that day. Windshield is perfect and I would use Safelite Autoglass again!

Had an appointment for someone to come out between 12 and 5 he showed up at 4:45 took one quick look and said the chip has been repaired before even tho there was no mark before I called my insurance company and they set me up with a company that dont hire lazy people and they said no way the glass has been repaired before and was happy to fix it. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE NOW

Got my windshield replaced on my 2000 Honda prelude at the pearl location. The tech did an amazing job, and the manager made sure everything was taken care of. Best price out of 5 other companies that I checked with. Highly recommend!

Terrible service on my vehicle. Tools left in my vehicle and my washer fluid drains on the floor and no longer sprays on the windshield.I sent an email to Safelite and never received a response to help me out on their sloppy work!

My visit was horrible! Went to replace windshield appt. at 330 but was there sitting outside in the heat until 645. Only thing was said the calibration was off. In my mind i know this could not have been the first 2020 Altima the calibrated when i have taken an Armada and a Murano there never took any longer than a hour and half two hours tops.

That was the first sign things would be way better was because they had an actual website that looked and functioned professionally. It was a breeze to setup the appointment and if I ever had any questions their online chat was always there for me.When my mobile appointment came, Ryan greeted me with a smile and a thumbs up, and began working on my dads truck. Within an hour Ryan had the new windshield installed and it looked fantastic!! I got a small chip on the passenger side of the windshield while driving across the country; I needed to get it fixed before continuing. So I set an appointment with Safelite in Pearl, and arrived half an hour before my appointment time. This apparently was no issue as the customer service rep (I believe her name was Ashley) saw me right away. She was incredibly sweet and accommodating, and she and the technicians took very good care of me. Ashley even brought out a technician who advised me on where to go in Texas on my road trip!They fixed the crack right away, and after another 1500 miles, the repair works great! Thank you Safelite.

I went into Safelite in Pearl to replace my windshield due to the cold weather exacerbating an existing chip that was in my old windshield and the service was nice, friendly, and fairly quick. They even reattached my Illinois I-PASS transponder to my new windshield. I highly recommend their service.

Called the 1800 number to ask a few questions. The gentleman was very professional and helpful. We setup a time the same day for this location and the shop was clean and organized. They predicted an hour and my car was done in 50 minutes. Very pleasant experience. I plan on returning for any glass needs.Also, this is a brand new building and its clean and neat. There is glass windows in the waiting area and you can watch the technician work on your car.Nothing but positives for me. This is the second time Ive used safelite. This old location was in North Jackson in a horrible location. This new location is fantastic.

They did a great job on replacing my driver side window that was shattered at work. I dropped it off and was able to pick it up at lunchtime. They vacuumed all the glass out of the window and floor. I would definitely recommend.

I had an appointment with SafeLite today with a broad time window of 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. I received a phone call at 4:26 p.m. stating that they were not coming and asked me to bring the car to them in the morning. I had a list of things to do today which I postponed, not to mention missed an afternoon of work. The least this business could have done was come in the evening hours or come to me in the morning. They wasted my entire day.

Fast and efficient

I brought my car in to repair a small star shaped crack on my windsheild.Despite having paid so much, Safelite only made it worse by enlarging the crack and causing it to slowly spread a across my windshield as it is doing now. On a previous occasion, I had incurred a crack that was identical in cause and appearance. Only this time the damage was handled by Mid-state glass, and their work was by far outstanding. The damage was virtually invisible and the cost was far less.

I called at 7:00am I was informed by the tech that they didnt try to verify my insurance and I would have to pay out of pocket. Once I contact the company Im told then it takes 24-48 hours. 😳 Needless to say they didnt repair my windshield.

We were on vacation and a pickup truck threw a rock that cracked the windshield. Safelite repaired it in about 30 minutes and we were back on the road. Very pleased with the service.
