No one can say they love buying a full set of tires, but they were quick and efficient to be short one man. I recommend them for tires and oil changes. A plus service and friendly.

The mechanics are super nice. They do a great job in a quickly manner. Great prices too. They also take AAA discounts.

I was having an issue with my a/c in my car and was driving long distances to and from work in the heat. I took my car into the Car Care Clinic in Pearl and talked to Randall. This young man is very professional and on top of his job. He made sure that my part was in and my car was repaired by the very next day. Could not have asked for a more friendly person to help me. Would recommend this business again and again. Randall is an asset.

I came to see if they could work on my a/c. They couldnt... left with a loud pop and a nail in my tire that caused a flat in less than 10 minutes. Took it back to them and with no questions asked, they took care of it. That alone will make me come back for service if I have another issue. Thanks guys

It is a pleasure doing business with Brad the guy who runs the place and something is wrong here explains why needs to be done and the steps that can be taken to do it no way I would bring my vehicle anywhere else.My husband did not write this review, although he thinks highly of Brad. And hes always been good to us. Only place me and my husband bring our vehicles.

We were traveling through on vacation and needed an oil change. The gentlemen were courteous and professional and they inspected all the little things that our national chain back home quit doing during Covid. In addition, their price was HALF what we normally pay!Wish we had these guys near us.

This place was a God send to us on our trip through Mississippi. The customer service was top notch. The shop was very busy and they were able to fit us in to help keep us on the road. I would highly recommend this location. When you stop in say hello to Charles because he is good people.

Dont take your car to this place you will be sorry.was charge for service that wasnt performed.rip offs.214 dollars to put on a 20 dollar thermostate and change antifreeze.i was charged at this location and never touched my car.so had to go to dealer n pay 375 for that service.589 altogether just for thermostate and couple gallon of antifreeze.never again.should of took it to dealer to start with.thats what I get for trying to go the cheaper route.i should of let the professionals at dealership do it.do yourself a favor dont go there.this kind of stuff happens more than you think.lesson learned..

DO NOT TRUST YOUR CAR WITH THESES GUYS! Do yourself a favor and protect your investment by not having these guys service your vehicles.I am typically happy with my dealings with car care clinic, and this is where use to get all my vehicles serviced. However today I brought my truck in to get the oil changed and to have them look at my front driver side tire (that I bought from them less than 6 months ago and is still under warranty) that has been loosing air pressure over the last few days. They proceed to do my oil change and not once bothered to look at my tire. The manager Mike came time and said that my truck was ready. I told him that I asked you guys to look at the tire, because I was loosing air pressure and I had a 1500 mile trip to take the next day. He said that they were too busy to look at it and I should just monitor the air pressure on my trip. I was upset about my concerns being dismissed. I then took my truck to another shop and they found a screw in the tire as well as a faulty valve stem. I feel that Car Care clinic has too much business to take care of their loyal customers and its time I find another service provider who actually cares about addressing their customers concerns. Do yourself a favor and protect your investment by not having these guys service your vehicles.

I took it in for the oil change service. They say on their website they check tire pressure and vacuum the interior. I had a low tire light on and change oil light on. They changed the oil but didn’t do the tires or vacuum. So I still have to go air through tire up and figure out how to reset the light. For almost $80 I would hope for better service.

Car Care ClinicWe had called around to several places to see if we could buy our parts and the mechanics install them. Car Care Clinic said they would do that for us. We had bought a 2007 Lexus and it was shaking at different speeds. Brad, the manager said they could help us. We went to Auto Zone and bought two axels and bearings along with the hub assembly for both sides in front. They were very busy and called and informed my husband of the fact that the car wouldnt be ready until the next afternoon. I went to pick the car up when they called. I ask about a wheel alignment, they said most cars do need that after all that front end work, but not those Lexus. I pd and left. It drove like a dream! I was so happy! Thank you Brad and the mechanics that did the work.

Overall good,new employee forgot to put drain plug back in,but Mike caught it before any damage was done.When Mike is there I dont have to worry.Been using Carcare clinic service for 35 years see no reason to change now.

Arrived at shop 5 minutes before 5pm, observe Mgr. Not doing anything. All i needed was my tire plugged. Manager shortBald headed guy Mike stated he didnt have time. refused to shake my hand as iintroduced myself. Very poor customer service. I thought the object of business was to make money. Drove 8 miles to Gateway in Flowood. Was very happy to take money. Highly dont suggest this rudeguy.

We had the misfortune of trusting another quick lube in Tuscaloosa to change our oil while traveling. They overfilled it almost two quarts. We smelled oil in the cab and stopped here to get it drained. The guys were extremely helpful, they drained two quarts (from a very hot engine) then gave us a top off of all the other fluids. All with NO charge. Great place and good guys.
