I called Extra Mile last week and spoke to Keith. I wanted to find out if this place would look at my 1998 Honda Accord. It has been leaking oil and other colors of liquid for a while. He agreed that someone would look at it, so I set up an appointment for today. 7/20 I left the car with them around 9 AM and asked Keith to call me with their findings before doing any work. He called me around 11:15 AM with the diagnosis that the repair costs would have been more than the value of the car, so I decided not to proceed. When I went to pick up the car, they did not charge me for the diagnosis. This group definitely went the extra mile for me! JVess. 7/20/2021

I took my car in to have the belt timing kit,cam seals replaced due to the age of the vehicle. Upon receiving my vehicle back after hours. I made it home, within 5mi of the shop and my car was running hot. Looked under the hood and coolant was all over my engine. Allowed the car to cool off, added more coolant and slowly returned the vehicle. Notified them the following day of the situation. Said that they will get it taken care of. Keith notified me when the car was ready, said that they had to replace an o-ring. Picked my vehicle again after hours and my car was missing as if it was a misfire. I returned the car again without leaving the street the shop is located. Notified Keith of the issue and also spoke with someone possibly named Jacob before and notified him of all that was noticed the day I returned it. Picked my vehicle up yesterday and the miss is gone,👏 but my car is still leaking coolant around the hose, the tensioner that I was charged for was not replaced, and my carpet on the right side is wet now. I have used Mike and his crew for years and have sent plenty peoples his way, but this is not the service I have received at his previous locations. Not sure what changed, but I dont like it.

My uncle Paul Alexander introduced me to these great guys, They are now my mechanics, tbey do great work and are nice people too

My husband took a vehicle here for preventive maintenance; but had a major problem afterwards (due from their work; or lack of). No apology yet nor any ownership of their errors. He is still cleaning up their mess now.Sad, because my husband really trusted who hes thinking is one of the owners (Mike); which is the reason he went to this place. Due to past experiences, I think that he is still in disbelief and disappointed that this was Mikes work this go round. He has referred many people to Mike throughout the years to the different locations Mike have been. Needless to say that it will be no more referrals, only warnings.

Mike and Josh @ Extra Mile Automotive are by far the best guys to take your vehicle to for any type of repair or service work whether it be a Ford truck or a BMW, it doesn’t matter. Called and gave a description of the problem I was having. Said I would get a call back.I called back 4 hours later and was told they didn’t wanna work on my truck for no particular reason didn’t recommend another place or any. Not very professional.
