I absolutely love this store. I shop there at least once a week. The staff are always polite and very helpful. The store is always clean and neat, and everything in the store smells fantastic of course.

Bath & Body had a sale out of this world!!! Had my favorite Aromatherapy set Energy for 50%off including the Energy Essential Body Oil!!! The smell of Orange and Ginger gives me Life and yes, Energy! Love It!

There is little to dislike at BBW in general because I love everything there about as much as my wife. This store is always neat and well kept so the thing that brings them to five stars are the people who work there. Every time we go there it feels like we know them! The girls there are helpful of course, but are friendly and take time just to chat a bit and always keep an eye out to give you help or some nice suggestions on things. It is just kind of relaxing to roll through.

The staff was friendly, even though the store was packed with people; it was staffed very well and someone was around to answer your questions and suggest products.

Local branch of the bath and body works scent shop. They sell overpriced smell goods for women. Sometimes they have good sales but not nearly enough. Their customer service is great being that it helps enable their up selling. The products offered are good.

We came in and notice a new fragrance line and they smelled lovely. We were greeted by Brad. He was very nice and professional, gave us a lot of good ideas for the things we bought as well as other things we had questions about. Candles were discontinued and he recommended a great alternative and suggestion within the store. Glad to meet someone friendly and not upset about having to be at work. We will be back!!!

I love bath and body works products I shop in store and online very often but when it come to them answering the phone they are very rude. The associates will hang up in your face and I actually heard one of them say if they want something they better come in and that is a real shame.

My favorite product are the Wallflowers 😍, I love these, particularly for my classroom. They do not get hot to the touch, unlike wax and oil burners, so there is not a burn risk especially if you will be using it around children or animals/pets!The scent bulbs last at least a month and for a teacher that is a relief. One bulb can cost $6.50 but if you can catch their wallflower or semi-annual sales you can get them 50% (or more) off! If you miss the sales I recommend buying the bulk rates 4 for $20 or 6 for $24, etc. making the individual bulb price lower. Overall I still believe 1 month of a nice smelling classroom is worth the $6.50 rather than the alternative.On the plugs themselves, though, the price is dependent on if you want a regular single bulb plug, a nightlight single, an alternating double bulb, a fancy seasonal or holiday plug or a plain and simple everyday plug. The cheap plain, single $4.50 plug I DONT recommend as their life expectancy rarely lasts 6 bulbs! I have found the nightlight ones and the more decorative (and higher priced) Wallflower plugs to last, so in this case the adage you get what you pay for fits.I also love to get the hand-soaps and Pocketbacs (hand santizers) both for personal use and as gifts! Teachers love these!All the scents smell awesome! Love the seasonal ones more than their everyday scents.

Go every year for Candel Day! Well staff! Friendly staff. My daughters coupon was expired, so the cashier gave her another one. Love that you can exchange candles for another fragrance later! Candle coupons were not great this year! Like that you can stack coupon on top of sale items. LOVE GETTING THE FREE ITEM with coupon! Should have more regular fragranced candles in stock for all day Candle Day shopping. You must get there early on Candle Day!!! 😊
