Neatly organized just didnt have what I was looking for.

The owner has been nothing but kind and friendly every time I go there. He even offered a discount one weekend if you asked about his daughters wedding, which I found to be really sweet.

Too many people in the store at one time, no social distancing. The Clerks are not too helpful.

Over priced products. No assistant at all. Boxes almost everywhere. One good thing is that there was a big variety of hair care products.

The staff is way too rude, they will smile in your face and as soon as your on your way out you will be able to hear them gossip and insult you. The staff also picks and chooses who they will be helpful or friendly to as well. I only go there for specific items so i can get in and out to avoid going off on there childish and unprofessional staff

Very poor customer service. Owners are unprofessional. Visited this store weekly for all of my supplies and last time I visited, I was sold a product of poor quality. 10 mins after leaving the store, I called back to inquire about an exchange. Was told I could. I even was willing to upgrade and spend more money. However, the owner refused to let me exchange and cursed me out in front of my children. I returned to the store today and was told to spend my money elsewhere. Do not shop here.

Great selection of hair products and braiding hair. Helpful staff not super knowledgeable about products outside of what aisle to find them on, but thats ok. I love this store.

Good variety but the workers arent friendly

Ling Ling and her daughter were both RUDE!! How are you going to tell someone to “hurry up and leave because you’re about to close” and she was smiling. Very poor customer service and a lady was also storming out that she was being rude to as well. I wouldn’t dare spend my money here, PERIOD!

I went in to help my mom find a human hair wig and this store has a bunch of synthetic wigs marked as human hair wigs when it’s not. I asked to see the box that the wig came in and the lady was beyond rude to me and said what do you want to see the box for and I’m telling you about the hair smh .. very unprofessional people.. that was my first and last time visiting that store and the crooks that work there
