Picked up printer with a wide choice of different types. Great shopping at Office Depot. Good experience.

Waited for 30 minutes in line to pick up invitations. Brad is great! He called for help. Nobody came. Management should be ASHAMED!! Just pathetic.

12/27/20 4:42 pm.I will never return. This is due to the 2 people I dealt with being lazy, having an attitude, and being rude. They charged me 2.59 for 4 copies. Did not have the supplies I needed everything was out of stock. A. who checked me out wouldnt even make eye contact. Totally unprofessional environment I left extremely frustrated... enough to go to the trouble of leaving this review. Hey Management, clean house and make changes.

Quite possibly the friendliest, most helpful staff of an Office depot Ive visited in the country. Really top-notch, awesome people.

Office depot always has items in stick at this location however, they need to get it together when it comes to the rewards system. It needs revamping! They need to be able to find or scan my coupons. Coupons which they sent me in the first place. I even applied them to my rewards account but yet they still dont work. GET IT TOGETHER OFFICE DEPOT. Stop sending me coupons I cant use.

Had a terrible experience yesterday needed to fax off some paper work and the associate had a nasty attitude. After completing the faxing of my documents I proceeded to check out the associate in the fax area said she would be with me in one min. I waited then she stated Oh you can check out over there stood in line for at least 20 mins. I will not patronize here anymore

I walked in the store and was not immediately met by the manager. I wanted THE MANAGER. And the MANAGER was NOT at the FRONT DOOR. I had to ASK FOR THE MANAGER! THE. GALL. What kind of a store does not properly STOCK THEIR MANAGERS AT THE FRONT DOOR??? This was so insane and deeply upsetting to me!! I had to go get a CHAI LATTE to cool off, I was so upset!!! I wont be shopping here until next week.

This is a great place. The employees here are very good at what they do. Be patient if you go during a busy time but they are always good at their jobs.

Watched customer in front of me purchase printer ink. Turned out to be out of stock. Manager and staff brought a quick solution to the problem that made the customer happy. Also opened another register immediately to keep customers in line moving as they resolved the problem. Great job!Clean store and was engaged by polite staff while browsing to offer assistance if needed.

Employees were extremely helpful! Store was clean and not kinky. Enjoyed talking to the customers that we let go in front of us. Great experience!

I don’t blog very much, but this is ridiculous. Employees here don’t know how to multi-task, takes forever to get anything done, and my friend turns in Paper to be cut and laminated cost him 30 dollars. I then do the same exact thing because I used his copy and it cost me 50 dollars. You will no longer be getting my business and I will also reference my other coworkers to not come to your place of business.

I called to verify that they had a particular toner in stock, the person I spoke to checked in the computer and then placed me on hold to actually go and check the shelf. He then pulled the toner so it would be ready when I got there. Thank you for the great customer service!

Staff extremely helpful. We arrived to the store 30 minutes before closing and with the staffs assistance we were able to get everything we needed.

This trip to office depot was alright, they were out of the ink I went in for. They only had one person working the front, and several employees around the store. When I went to check out I had to wait, so if your in a hurry, and need ink, then I would suggest Wal-Mart. The staff were friendly, and got to me when they could, so that why I gave them 4 stars instead of five.

As a teacher this place is always great for back to school sales! The copy center employees are always so patient and helpful!

Well they have all kind of electronics, computers, printers, key boards pencils, chairs, desks, even desk lamps one for every buget .and diversity of colors to chose from.

Sufficient supply of office supplies for home or business office. Sometimes hard to find someone to help when its needed.

Good visit. Employees were friendly. One item rang up wrong and cashier had to refund us on the item then ring us up again.

Went in there to pick up an item the guy in the pick up section didnt even acknowledge me i stood there for a good 10 mins before the other pick up person finished with their customer to come ask how he may help me ... Don’t depend on them for timely printed needs. If you have a deadline, they will make sure that you miss it.
