I walked in the store and two employees helped me Immediately after I told them I needed a dryer and they were very nice and friendly

Horrible customer service and even tho its says online and in store free same day delivery after I paid for everything they say it will be 2 days before I get my stuff IVE ALREADY paid for!! And I live less than a mile from the store!!! Just horrible horrible communciation and poorly managed business

We have been using r.a.c. for about 3yrs now. Love their same as cash options. Never had any issues here. Clyde is a great manager. Easy to deal with and veey understanding people. Love the service.

I wish I could not even put a star!!!! After coming out to my home and walking around our house and looking in every window without knocking on my door. This place does not deserve to be serving the community. I will have videos downloaded and post on their page of them in my yard.

Rented me a fridge full of roaches. When I ask them to come get they said I had to put it outside. Well had no help so that was Saturday an im still stuck with it I want it out of my house . Plus when I got it they wouldnt help me load it

Opened account and when an issue came up no one could give me a straight answer. Everyone seemed to be the manager and nobody communicates with eachother in there. I would be extremely cautious if you are planning on opening account with them. Arent good with customer loyalty and district manager I have spoken to is a jerk!
