Horrible customer service! They make everything seem like they are doing you a favor. Their first installer, who was an employee of theirs at the time… doesn’t show up when he says he will, doesn’t return phone calls or texts. He dug in the ground to start leveling and left it undone, which redirected rain directly at the house and flooded it… yet he is MIA and nobody can find him! Their second installer, which they give you his prices with your paperwork, also doesn’t return calls and forgets conversations. Despite being told he would need a sawzall or chain saw to deal with a root… he can’t get off the excavator! His “many years of professional work” decided to relocate the pool to 4’ in front of a storage building… and wanted to argue that chlorinated water would not do anything to the shed, nor the ground… his second choice was to put it a few feet off the house… no thank you it already flooded the house once! Tex and Bob at the store don’t care… they got their money! The people they recommended, as far as I researched, are not licensed or insured! The whole experience sucked and I wish I never did business with them… they are like cheesy used car salesmen! The City of Pearl should be embarrassed to have them in their city doing business
I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Never had a pool before and didnt know what I needed. The young man there helped me get everything I needed and even wrote down the instructions for me to follow. I was very impressed with Clearwaters customer service!!
Unfortunately my wife and I purchased a NIGHTMARE here 4 years ago...... its still going on. Had a warranty claim on the LINER. Depending on which LIAR you speak with it either a 10 or 20 year warranty on our pool.....Gotta read the the fine print....I know! God forbid you actually taken someone at their word.Warranty of liners: PRORATED WITH YOU PAYING ALL LABOR COSTS OF THE OLD LINERS REMOVAL AND NEW LINER INSTALL.Go to BOBS Pool Service or Paradise Pools and Spas.....they do have some honesty about them.TEX is the biggest POS LIAR in the South....
When nobody else knew about above ground pools. CLEARWATER saved the day! They are very knowledgeable and respectful!
The manager on duty believe his name is Tex was very helpful, straightshooter, and answered all our questions. Even called next day with more questions and the young man that answered was helpful.
To expensive
Great staff
Very helpful. Good deals.
Id like to echo the user who said their motto should be Not my problem.THE FACTS:I was lured by the price. They gave me a package deal on a 33 round pool and install, but when the installer came out, he was expecting HUNDREDS of dollars more than was agreed upon in the store (1.The Installer had a higher base install price than I was presented in store. 2.The installer has a flat dirtwork rate after 3ft depth that was never mentioned at the store(I was only provided the per inch rate after the first 6 inches). This flat dirtwork rate was over double the total per inch rate in my situation. 3.The installer has a mileage charge for x miles from the store that was never provided). When I called and got Tex, he DENIED MEETING ME in person despite him providing/taking my paperwork and having me try a massage chair while my paperwork was processed, he CLAIMED HE DIDNT KNOW WHERE I LIVED (concerning the never-mentioned cost about mileage from the store) even though my address is on my paperwork, before telling me the INSTALL COST ISSUES WERE BETWEEN ME AND THE INSTALLER, that THEY SOLD ME THE POOL and THE INSTALLATION ISSUES WERE WITH THE INSTALLER. Needless to say, I DID GET THE PRICE WE AGREED UPON IN THE STORE...eventually, but I HAD TO FIGHT TO GET IT.MY OPINION:My experience differed from the other reviewer in that, the installer(not an employee), Terry Miller, was professional and customer-focused. I have no problem with the installer setting the pricing on line items, as long as the store adequately and accurately lists these costs. I would recommend Terry Miller again to anyone. I would also tell anyone to stay away from this company and buy elsewhere, based on my experiences. I currently have no issue with the product that I was sold, but I am SO dreading that a warranty issue pops up on this thing, as I can only imagine what customer service nightmare I may have then. I would never-ever buy from them again unless every single brick-and-mortar or online store everywhere ceased to sell parts...and maybe not even then. In my honest opinion, I have no idea how these guys arent sued out of existence as I cannot believe I am the only one that has had this experience.
If you need it they got it or will get it, great service and ppl.
Very helpful, free water testing.
Always have what we are looking for.
Sent email twice, and havent received a response. Most places cant help with our $25k budget, and this is sad. I was referred to Clear Water Pools in Pearl, MS. Hope I get a response.
NOT MY PROBLEM.....should be the motto for this train wreck of a business. As for Terry Miller ...the person ClearWater recommends to install ALL of the pools they sell-who by the way is not affiliated with ClearWater. He is long on promise but short on delivery. This was the worst buying experience I have ever had the displeasure of suffering through.I myself am in retail management and only wish the manager of ClearWater-Tex- and Terry Miller worked for me so I could have the pleasure of formally terminating them thus saving the public from more suffering.Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere-anywhere else.
Very knowledgeable and helpful. We will be back to get more if our supplies.
Very professional and always helpful!!
