Extremely courteous/knowledgeable staff at the counter and the lady (Brittany?) who helped me was very nice. Quick turn around on my kids dirt bike, price was fair, they communicated great and called me twice the same day the bike was ready just to let me know. Ive taken dirt bikes there in the past and always had the same experience. Staff showed genuine interest in making sure I was happy with the work (unlike the larger stores around town with updated showrooms and maintenance departments) where they make you feel like a burden for even asking a question or for some service. Im glad to see the mom & pop business model is still serving them well!

I have used these guys twice so far in about a year and a half. Both times have been for tire work and I have emailed in advance to get details on install and price. Email response was quick and they answered my questions the first time. During the first visit, I actually worked directly with the owner and we ended up talking about riding experiences, so that was pretty cool. You can definitely tell that he has a passion for the work that he does. This time around I brought in a set of tires to be installed that I had purchased a few months ago online. They had no problem with me bringing in my own tires for install and I appreciated that. I brought them in on my lunch break and they had them installed by the end of the day. I wasnt expecting that quick of a turnaround. Also, the guy that took my payment reminded me to take it easy for the first 50 miles on the new tires because of their coating. Another reminder that these guys care about the safety of their customers. Just to set some expectations for first timers into this shop: 1) They do smoke in this shop (its been a while since I walked into a business where even the employees were smoking) and 2) Not everyone here is friendly when you first walk in (some are and some arent). If you are ok with those 2 things and you want to take your bike to a shop that does solid work at a reasonable price, this is the place to go.

DO NOT DO BUSINESSES HERE!!! They were just supposed to change a tire for us but instead they swapped our parts for old worn out parts(a belt hub with a bad wheel bearing)and put our lives in danger. They were also drinking whiskey at work when 8 dropped it off. Completely unprofessional and Im finding out this is not an isolated incident. We may actually have to file charges against them.

I put my 2003 Honda Shadow Spirit in for a tune up and a fuel leak repair and brake light linkage. The wore sounded high but now that Ive gotten it back it was worth every penny. Great job guys. Highly recommend them.

Horrible service. If you can actually get someone to speak to you about your bike after it has been there for weeks you are luckier than I am. They are most likely competent but refuse to return calls and do not communicate even when needed. Get ready to feel like you need to show up every time an answer is needed. They are pathetic.

Service and experience you wont find many other places.I was on a cross country from Texas to Alabama and had some issues with my GoldWing yesterday. Mark and the crew went out of their way to get me back on the road. They were fair on parts pricing and fair on labor. Id recommend them for all makes and models.

Horrible customer service! Got there and one guy was behind the counter and never looked up. After waiting 5 mins another guy came in and asked if they could help me and I told them I brought in an ATV to have repaired and the gentleman asked if I had an appointment and that the owner would have to approve for them to work on it. Website doesn’t have appointment only!!!! I asked if I could speak to the owner and they said he would not get into the office till after lunch. This was 10:30 am so I asked if they could contact them and I was told no, there was no way to contact the owner. Our ATV is only 4 years old and just needed a fuel pump.

I needed a shop to mount my Bmw gs tires and other stuff. Got gear struggles with anything that Is mechanic work so I came here. This is a real motorcycle shop. The atmosphere is raw and rustic and the quality of work is real! I was very impressed. The owner I believe or manager talked to me a lot and made me feel at home. Don’t let the rough hewn look of this shop cause you to doubt. Some of the guys behind the counter may be gruff and short but I’ll take quality over gotgears smile any day

Great place, saved my vacation. I was riding my Goldwing on the Natchez Trace when I developed brake problems, went to big box Honda store to be told no parts for goldwing in stock ! Brake pads! Referred me to Cycle service and after me explaining my problem they had parts in stock, jumped right in and repaired my bike in one hour. Thanks to all you folks at Cycle Service. !!! AT 1st customer service kind of sucked they didnt greet me at the door and I walked around for a min before saying something to me. But after we finally did talk they where actually pretty cool and knowledgeable about problem and solutions for my banshee and zx10 . Service is great and they get the job done right the first time.. It may take awhile on getting it done but definitely worth the wait... 2-4wks on a tear down and rebuild. 👍👌😎😎

I was a long way from home and had to come in for a flat tire and found the front wheel bearing spacer was missing. They were able to find a scrap wheel with an appropriate spacer and get me back on the road.

Top quality equipment is used to repair or replace . No shortcuts.

People are kinda unfriendly but they do get the job done because money talks and service is pretty good when they are not to backed up other wise simple repairs might take awhile, in my case about 2 weeks to get a coil pack changed.

Guys who enjoy what they do and good prices when you need it now rather than waiting for the UPS guy.

August 22, 2016, Im riding from Miami, Florida to Kansa City, Kansas I had an issue with my Gl1800 Goldwing not shifting into 5th gear and then it wouldnt go into 4th gear.I was able to get it to Cycle Service Plus and their knowledgable mechanics did a test ride found the problem and fixed the shifter. Any other shop probably would have charged big bucks$$$$. Thanks Cycle Service Plus for finding what was wrong with my 2005 Goldwing Gl1800 clutch and I didnt pay a lot $. I tried to give the mechanic some $$$ he refused to take it and said treat your wife to some smoke ribs when you get to Kansas.Robert G.Miami, Florida

They do okay at putting on tires but its a bummer that they dont have anybody that is Harley Davidson certified so they cant do oil changes or anything else so theyre losing money because I would rather not go to South Jackson to get an oil change.

Call for a Honda part today. $87.00, When I ask why the price was so much higher then everyone else, 20% higher then Got Gear. They said its an OEM part and all the others were Chinese crap. Call Brookhaven Honda and they said it was $26.81 and it was an OEM part.
