Went in to find a battery operated fan for a friend but to my luck they did not have it. Very little selection in fans. Dont hardly ever go in here. I nvr come out with anything

The staff is friendly, but Im not a fan of recent changes to the stores layout. The variety and selection took a big hit, and unless you like blue or grey dont expect to find something in your color scheme. But thats just the fashion in 2021 I suppose...

I loved bed bath and beyond. I needed to find a bath shelf and shower caddy. I wasnt able to get it online so I went to bed bath and beyond and found all that I needed. 😁

Not much help when it comes to customer service. Asked a couple of girls for some assistance but, I think they were new and sent me to the wrong place.

Store is very clean. The associates are very helpful. Although they dont carry as much as they did before we found a few things we needed.

Just so much stuff to look at in this store! From the kitchen utensils to the bedroom comforter set and just about everything in between can be found here. Youll find things you never realized you needed until you see it for the first time on display in the store. The staff is friendly and quick to help you find what youre looking for, I recommend visiting this store if you have the chance.

Very disappointed. Just not the same Bed Bath & Beyond- the shelves look sparse. Multiple facing of item to try to make the shelves look full.

There was a 20% off sign at the front of the store. I was told that I could not use that if I was not registered. They checked and found that I was registered, but still couldnt have the 20% off due to not having a digital coupon. Couldnt get the coupon for todays purchase, so we left.

It was great they have everything you can think about but they didnt have what I want shower knobs.

We went to get pillows because I have a bad back, watch out for the price tag. They falsely advertised them to be cheaper than how much they charge you. I had to take a picture and show them the advertisement and even then the manager didn’t want to change it to the lower price. I will not be going back.

Just like any other BB&B. They had the Oxo containers I was looking for, price was not terrible, plus I found water bottles for my coworkers as presents that were buy one, get one free. I had a coupon on my phone that they were happy to accept after opening a register for me. I will be back next time my domestic needs dictate.

Its a regular Bed Bath & Beyond with lots of inventory, nice organization, and a whole bunch of stuff that I think I need. Its nice having this place located in such a happening area of Pearland, so I can drop in and have a look at all the fun items that they have for sale. Stay away from the Beyond section (j/k).

I came in for a mirror I had seen online but could not order through the website. The only one that was exactly what I wanted had a small but noticeable chip on the inside of it. The staff quickly helped me locate another mirror at a different location. They even called to make sure the mirrors they had were in good condition. I really appreciate their help and will be back soon!

As a consumer I want to buy quality products at reasonable prices and I have always found that Bed Bath & Beyond has a great assortment of products and the staff at least at this store are very helpful and courteous. My wife loves the place.

I bought an espresso coffee machine for Father’s Day because it had a coupon and I was saving lots of money. They happened to send it to the wrong address and when I call asking i didn’t receive anything, they told me I could go to the store with my receipt and get a new one.But that wasn’t possible according to customer service, they offered me to refund the money but I was not getting the coupon anymore so they gave me a 25% off coupon that never worked so I ended up with not gift for Father’s Day and haven’t get my money yet.Horrible service, would never buy from this store again.

Had what I needed. Cashier was nice. They had only one register open, but when there were 2 people in line they called for back up.

I came to register for my wedding here. Although the place was smaller than most WE were still OVERWHELMED!! We worked with the Bridal Consultant Frannolia Henry. She was so helpful and nice. She walked the store with us and truly made the process easy. She helped us decide what we needed and wanted. Such a blessing!

They have a very good selection of goods at this location but I was not as impressed by the employees helpfulness and knowledge as I usually am at Bed Bath & Beyond stores. They were completely geared up for Christmas when I went there, so that could explain some of the lack of knowledge from employees due to increased hiring for holiday inflation.

Helpful staff. Called extra checkers to check out customers when the line became long.
