Like shopping at Best Buy for all our home electronics, have purchased our TVβs as well as home appliances from there. Today we walked in for a new Samsung watch 4 and loved the fact that they had them in stock. Love that they price match, always find what we are looking for. Also noticed that they brought back car stereo. Great selection of pioneer head units. ππΌ
Bestbuy used to be the place to go for electronics a few years ago. It is now a shell of its former self. They still a variety of items but not nearly the catalog they used to have. Want a PS5? Nope dont have it, PS4? Nope dont have it, Xbox of any kind? Nope dont have it. Video Cards? Nope dont have any. So if you are looking for those as of May 2021, look elsewhere. I took as many photos as I could.
Very impressed with this store. Purchased a washer and dryer set to be delivered a few days ago. Not only was the delivery on time, the installers were fast and professional. Seamless, flawless process. Will definitely use their services and purchase from them again. Great prices and exceptional service.
Do not, I repeat DO NOT buy appliances from Best Buy. It is the worst, most inconsiderate customer service ever. I am currently on my 4th delivery attempt and they still cannot seem to handle the simple task of scheduling enough people to deliver upstairs. On the 1st attempt, they delivered it damaged and refused to take it back. In the 2 following attempts, they failed to schedule enough people. I am now on the 4th attempt and I have no confidence theyll be able to comprehend that 4 people are needed for this job. This is also quite strange because only 2 people delivered it upstairs to my house the 1st time. All in all, save your time and money and just go to Lowes or Home Depot. Its not worth the deal.
I dont find the prices at Best Buy to be the best, but this is a good Best Buy. Staff are friendly and its usually clean and tidy.
Michael was knowledgable about the laptops. I didnt know what to look for or understand what all the specs meant. He made it very easy to understand. Answered all my questions. He helped me find the right laptop for school.Also, Brenda was super helpful too.

By far the worst service Iβve ever experienced at any store. Not a single employee asked if I needed any assistance and the ones that walked by made sure not to look at me. Several other customers were making similar comments about the lack of service as well. Sad

Its a busy store so sometimes there is a wait. However, when you get an employee they are always helpful and knowledgeable.
Employees are still wearing masks and are incredibly attentive. I was in the store for less than half an hour and I was greeted upon arrival and at least 3 employees asked if everything was okay and if I needed help. In one case, there was a young man who was helping another family. I was standing inside an aisle waiting for my son to pick out a Nintendo game. The employee noticed me and came to assist me while the family he was initially helping was browsing. It is evident that there is an emphasis on customer service and I appreciate that.I do wish there was a larger selection of games for the Nintendo Switch.
Store was clean and well organized. One of the cashiers was very rude. After a couple of minutes the cashier at customer service was pleasant and helped with out purchase

I went to this place just for a simple exchange. The purchase, for some reason, was not registered under my account. Not one employee wanted to assist, all that was repeated was to call the Best Buy number which when someone answers has a baby crying in the background while giving you the run around. If you purchase from Best Buy make sure to get a physical copy of the receipt to keep on file. DO NOT choose the electronic receipt!It is a good place for camera electronics or laptops but nothing else in the area of gaming.
So apparently to my understanding best buy is able to form contracts with your own signature. Charge you for something without your knowledge and then claim they cant refund there theft because it was your own purchase. At least they where kind enough to cancel the subscription but refuse to return the money they steal. I contacted them once for the potential mistake, second for my patience of waiting a couple weeks with the assurance that they would do right. And third after patiently waiting a month and a half just for them to tell me there not going to return what they stole and gave me different contacts so they Can help me with my issue Im very patient and understanding but one thing I wont tolerate is the complete disrespect, lies not to mention the theft and the forged signatures on contracts. I dont care for the money. I care for people doing right by the ones they wronged. You could have just asked me for the money if you where that desperate. Its not like I didnt just spend 5 grand my last visit.

They could not help me get a backup camera for the auto media center I bought from Best Buy. They sent me to a different Best Buy store.No Help.
No customer service. Only people who spoke to me were the greeters at the door as I entered and left and one girl at a register who finally looked up from her cell phone when I sighed loudly. She asked if I had a question and then pointed in the general direction of the item and saidOver there. Then went she back to her phone. Nobody asked me what I was looking for or offered to help. Only attention, that I saw, given to anyone was when an alarm went off. Then it took three people to fix. I found where my item should have been but the shelf was mostly empty. Will have to Amazon it.

I dont know much about electronics but they are very helpful and educate me on products when I need something and how to take care of them. Its not the same experience when theyre busy or low staffed but they make you feel comfortable.

Great service, bought a refrigerator, the kid in appliances was a good representation of Best Buy. They dont make comission there, just hourly. He sold at least $10,000 when we bought our refrigerator, he makes minimum wage, he needs to find another job with more incentives.

Robert in customer service is in the wrong position. He needs to be moved to stocking inventory. He has no place as one of the faces of best buy. Not only was he rude and condescending, his appearance is unprofessional...shirt 2 sizes two large, untucked and sloppy, plus he spoke in an extremely unprofessional manner. I grew up in a ghetto, he reminded me of some of those guys. Dont ask him to listen to the entire reason you are there, he may get confused.
Went in looking for a networking cable, but many of the shelves were empty. I had looked up the particular cable online before going to the store and they showed that they had two of the items in stock. I spoke to an associate who helped me find the item I was looking for and sure enough they had two of the cables as shown online.

I had to return a MacBook Air purchased last week in Florida. It was a bit complex because Apple had locked my user ID. Best Buy employees were attentive and friendly, phoned Apple on my behalf and worked with me for about thirty minutes. Special mention to service manager Blake.

A few months back We got a desktop and it ended up being super slow and horrible! So We took it back and returned it.We went back to checkout the other desktops they had and one of the sales consultants, Kyle came and helped us out. Fast service. I ordered online for a store pickup. Checkout, GeekSquad, cust service and product pickup are all grouped from a single line. Odd policy, but it moved quickly enough. Otherwise, the store is back to normal after the plague. I like buying from a physical location which supports local employees.

We went to Best Buy to look at TVs, & had to wait for quite awhile before someone was able to help us. Thats the reason for 4 stars. The guy who finally helped us was very nice & very knowledgeable, & he patiently answered all of our questions. We didnt get a TV that day, but will probably go back when we have more time.

I bought some new speakers, picked them up curbside and the box looked fine till I got home and I noticed the box had been slashed and taped up. THIS IS NOT NEW. They basically sold me an open box for retail. They think they are slick. Watch out best buy wants to go the way of circuit city.

We went to purchase televisions for our new house, we havent bought a T.V in 8 years over the time alot has changed...the sales associate was very knowledgeable and patient. After it was all said and done we bought 5 televisions and a cool sound bar, even got a deal on geeksquad to come set everything up! Always a good experience at this location

Purchased a TV on the 6th and it was supposed to be delivered on the 10th. The 10th, 11th, and 12th came and no TV. After multiple phone calls and numerous excuses they upgraded me to an 8 series TV but only the display was available. They called me saying it was ready for pick up Saturday afternoon. I pick it up Sunday and its wrapped it bubble rap and the remote looks like it was drug behind a car. They load the TV up in my car and I get it home and hook it up only to find out the screen is messed up. Worst experience I have ever had

Their employee couldnt help me find an item, took me to a random isle to show me something expensive. Found the item I was looking for on a nearby isle. A different employee came by and gave me more help.

Came in to PURCHASE a computer. Stood there for about 20+ minutes unassisted. Went looking for help and a female employee advised us she was TOO busy looking at orders (inventory maybe). The other two employees were conversing with customers NOT seeking to make purchases. Went to the front to request someone get the laptop and was told I can only page somebody....HAVE A NICE DAY. My thoughts, wow.My husband was attempting to speak to an employee who was avidly texting and not speaking back.This is my third and FINAL time at this Best Buy location. As I saw in a previous review, this BEST BUY location has exceptionally poor service skills. For electronics and related purchases I would NOT recommend this location.

This store is like a museum. They dont have in stock most of what they show and a lot of it is discontinued. Dont waste your time, shop on Amazon.

Pearland is not my first choice of Best Buys to visit. I checked their web site and it said they had a product in stock. I drive there and what do you. Its not there and good luck finding help. Not going to happen. I prefer the Webster Best Buy. If you are getting audio equipment they also have a Magnolia there. Sam is my go to guy for help with audio. Its definitely worth the drive.Store pickup. Its quicker to order online and get it shipped. This store needs help.

The have two signs, one that says check out, the other says store pick up but they both point to the same line, everyone was confused and customers around em were frustrated which was irritating me. The staff just seemed to not care. I was looking for a Nintendo switch that shows in stock at this location online but wasnβt on the shelf. I will stick to the Galleria location.

Just came from there to buy a $400 cell phone booster. The person who initially helped me had no clue what I was talking about and even sassed me. I was not impressed. Luckily, I was redirected to Jacob Compos! Thanks man you helped me out a lot, more than you know. Too bad I just installed the booster but I concluded that it needs to be returned. $400 and I still sound like a robot over the phone. Next up, guess Iβll go buy myself a TV since Iβm here lol. My brother-in-law loves this place. I dont get the appeal. I tried, I really did. I honestly feel like Im walking back into the 90s when I enter a Best Buy store. I expect to see brand new Gateway 2000 computers and flip phones when I walk in. The stores feel dated, dude broish and out of touch with whats new. Which is ironic, because new is what theyre trying to sell.

Customer service is not something I would never connect with Best Buy. The one thing that keeps me from doing my shopping at one of the stores near me instead of driving across town to MicroCenter is their horrible customer service. Though several workers walked passed me non addressed me or asked if I needed assistance. I eventually asked a guy who looked at me and kept walking while I was waiting for personal to assist if he could tell me where something was located. I think in order to work for BestBuy you have to be any introvert.
You cant beat the curbside pick up. We have been doing it since they have reopened and love it. Associates are very professional and friendly.
This place has awful Customer Service save for 2 employees who did work in the department. My visit started off with me knowing exactly what I wanted and not being acknowledged it was obvious that the 2 employees deliberately ignored me, one girl asked if I needed help and after I said yes she turned a walked to someone else. The guy would only look my direction and walk over to someone different. It was only one gentlemen Chris who was on his way to lunch that volunteered to assist me and after asking for the Bose sport earbuds he had to go to the back of the store and find someone else who had the keys to the case. This young man was Also a gentleman who actually up sold the purchase twice only to walk me over to the cashier (the same girl) who saw us and walked away until she heard warranty then she pushed her way to the register to complete the transaction. Trying to speak with a manager or their District and Corporate Managers is un heard of. I will not be returning to this location.

Stood in car audio for 20 minutes looking to get a device. I knew the exact product I wanted and no one even bothered to stop by to help get it down for me. I thought this was ok as it gave me time to further research my choice. I then went and asked for assistance and stood there for another 20 minutes unassisted. All of this also took place after I placed an order for an in stock item online only to be told later the item was not in stock. Important to note the customer to associate ratio was about 1:1 at this time...... maybe just maybe pause your restocking to make sure your current customers are being assisted.
