Great place to get any book you would want to read. I mainly come here to get books about cooking since Im a world-renowned chef here in my apartment complex. The staff are very helpful and if they cant find something for you they will definitely make a way to get the book into the store for you

Always friendly and helpful staff. Having the Barnes and Noble membership is well worth it. Besides books, they have a great selection of board games, puzzles and gifts for lots of occasions.

B&N is awesome. You can find varaity of books for any age group plus you can have a seat to read with your favorite type of coffee.

In a time where life is hectic and chaotic, to say the least. Once I crossed over the threshold there was an overwhelming sense of calm, adventure and choice. The staff was welcoming, the overall atmosphere was transformative from the chaos outside its walls. It was a mini adventure to wherever you chose to go with whatever book you chose to open.

Love this B&N it has a lot of Japanese style toys, decor, Banpesto Figures, large and small, lots of cool clearance books, activity sets and cute seasonal cards that are better than hallmark. Writing and handwriting pen sets, journaling, paper sets, & activity kits.Not many B&N has so many things I love but this one does!

I looove book stores. B&N is super overpriced but I love the atmosphere, the smell of the books, the quiet, the coffee shop.. its all my jam. I find the books I love, read a bit, then find them cheaper at local bookstores or on Amazon if Im low on time.

The staff is alot more interactive than I have seen at other locations and are willing to suggest books for you.

Have had multiple times where I go in looking for a popular book series only to find no copies or one very overpriced paperback. Pretty disappointing when Amazon is an option.

Standard Barnes and Noble, I would have given it a better score because they used to have the best pusheens and other cute anime/kawaii stuffed animals. But now they are getting rid of all of them! There are barely any left and no more stock coming in according to an employee. The whole back wall is practically empty. The books have a good variety of course.

There is no better place than a bookstore (well maybe a library) but this location is always clean and everyone is so very friendly. I found great deals for summer workbooks and a few new interesting picture books.

I am a regular customer and I love the selection of books the has, will visit more often as possible.

They have done a good job socially distancing the seats and tables by the cafe. The store seems to be maintained for cleanliness as well. It was good to be in public.

I was looking for a book from a Russian author, I asked an employee and helped me out. The store didnt have the book I was looking for in stock so I continued on. That same employee that helped me took the time to look for another book from a Russian author. So I went ahead and bought the book and just thankful for her for taking the time to find me another book.

Store was clean and stocked with merchandise displayed appealingly. Restroom was also clean and fully supplied. Good selections and prices.

I picked up a book that was ordered for my Son. I like the atmosphere, and the organization in the store. I think its a great place to shop.

Barnes and Noble has a lot of options for books (manga, sci-fi, etc.) They also have a great Starbucks Café (whenever you buy a book if you have the membership I think you get a coupon for buy 1 cookie at the Café you get another one free) but there is a sit time limit. Other than that its great.

Barnes and Nobles sales reading glasses, so now we can see whats in the book before purchasing it.

This is a little more than a typical Barnes and Noble. The area its in is quite peaceful and a good location to places to eat and explore. An outside mall type area to walk around and spend time with your family. With the pandemic and whatnot I wouldve never realized how well laid out all the aisles are and the amount of room you have to shop responsibly and comfortably. The staff are extremely helpful and polite. I have quite a high recommendation for this Barnes and Noble because of my most recent visit with my children and they love being loud and excited because they love books and games and always enjoy coming here and the staff never stop them from expressing themselves and their excitement. They seem to enjoy it actually. Oh and if you spend more than 150 just sign up for their program you will actually save money.

Was an average experience, vinyl selection was neatly organized but small selection, too few graphic novels in my opinion.

They were so friendly and helpful. The cashier was funny and very friendly. The customers on the other hand were a bit rude.

I went to the Starbucks cafe and not only were they extremely rude, when I requested no whipped cream on my drink they put some on there anyway. This wouldn’t have been a problem if they just remade it, however, instead of remaking it the employee just scooped it off and handed it back. When I expressed that there was still whipped cream in the drink and I can’t consume whipped cream they seemed to get upset and annoyed and wouldn’t remake it. This whole situation was extremely upsetting since I requested no whipped cream in the first place.

Favorite kids section at a Barnes and nobles. The girls that work in the section are super nice and good with kids. They have a stage my kids love to perform on and they don’t mind if the kids play with things. Great hangout spot for the family and always good deals on books

Awesome book store that serves as an excellent entrance to the Pearland Town Center. Aside from standard Barnes and Nobles stuff (books, music, toys, etc) you will also find a Starbucks within an an entire mall all around. Nice place to relax and spend your day at.

My son joins summer reading program here every year and gets his free book after. We love the friendliness of the employees and cleanliness all the time!

I havent been here for years but needed a new a Bible and went in to see what they had in stock. I ended up having to order the one I deisred. At first I was concerned she may not have fully understood what I was asking for but it came in and was perfect. The young lady helping me was exceptional. Very kind and professional. Amazing Customer Service will always go a long way in my book.Thank you.

This was the best and most diversely stocked B&N I have been to. The displays were incredible, variety of products were amazing and the staff were very pleasant even when my daughter and I dawdled around at closing trying to decide on what to buy and what to put back from our overeager shopping. The Harry Potter display along half the back wall had some very unique items and the surrounding displays were just as assorted. Thanks for a great experience B&N.

Brick and mortar bookstores have had a hard time of it over the past few years. The childrens section is still fantastic and surrounds they young with thousands of great childrens literature . The rest of the bookstore has not kept up. Much is now filled with childrens toys and paraphernalia surrounding reading. The staff are still very helpful and the coffee shop a great place to devour the latest novel.

I was very pleased with the service I received yesterday. I couldnt find a book. The customer service person made me feel as if she really wanted to help me. And she was quick to assist the customer after me.
