Weve been going to this location for a while now, and every time has been a pleasant experience. I can always find coupons, but if I forget, the staff has always been happy to provide one.

This is an update from my last visit. My daughter visited this location about two weeks ago for an oil change. During a routine diagnostic, she was told by a manager or whomever was in charge that she needed brake pads (he didnt remove the wheels she told me). That said, he also noted to her that two of her tires were worn and needed replacement. I grew suspicious about this advice, because since she bought the car two years ago, not much mileage was put on the car as she works locally. At the suggestion of a good friend, I brought the car to another well known mechanic in Pearland. A thorough diagnostic was performed ....tires were fine and the brakes have a lot of life yet to go, which is as I suspected. You have lost two customers Jiffy Lube.....nothing is such a turnoff as being lied to!!

Great help and fast. I took my car to be serviced elsewhere yesterday that did not secure all parts, and they were closed today. Jiffy Lube helped me fix a problem they did not create. Thanks again.

This station need a new manager, new crew (more than 1 person),People are responsible an double check their work. Worse i ever got at this station. Use be super great

Poor customer service. You will be waiting for a long time for no reasonI normally have a great experience but this time I went to a different location in Pearland the one closest to HEB. Never again. I came at 11 am I didnt leave until 430pm. I only got two things brakes and inspections. My inspection was done right away. It was only one car in front of me getting their brakes done and that gentleman had been there since 9 am he also didnt leave until 3. We were one of the first to get our cars in but the last to leave. The cars just sit for hours as they put other customers in front of the cars before.The customer service was very poor. They lost a customer today

The staff at this location have always been incredibly accommodating. I’ve had to stop by for a few last minute things here and there and I’ve never had an issue. Super nice and professional people here!

These guys are always kind and respectful. They set realistic timeline expectations and deliver. I dont feel like Im ever pressured to buy something I dont need.

This Jiffy Lube is better than it used to be. My concern is that if I send my kids with the car to have an oil change or inspection done, they are talked into having things done that are more expensive than necessary or just plain not necessary to have done there. Not comfortable sending my kids there anymore.

Went there due to a coupon, which was honoured.The place was clean, not crowded and staff was friendly.We did have a glitch when the tire rotation led to the dash lightning up with low air pressure. Even after filling up with air it did not go away. I had to make another trip to the store, and it was not helpful. I had to watch youtube videos to figure out.I think they should be able to keep updated!

Ive been going to this specific location for years, most times Im in and out pretty quick. The guys working are always professional. 10/10 i will continue going back as long as they maintain the same level of service and professionalism

This is consistently the only place I go to get my oil changed. Even though the workers have changed throughout the years Ive been going there the service is always fast and friendly. They always have an additional add on they suggest I should buy and I either go with it or just decline. Todays visit will keep them as my go to spot for oil changes. They do my state inspection every year. This year it was a nice guy who helped me to change the stuff which was required to maintain my car.

First and last time going there, went for an oil change they told me it would take about 30-45 mins next thing you know I’m waiting for an hour and 20 mins, they checked the cabin filter which was okay but went I open the glove compartment all of my stuff is all over the place couldn’t care to put back how it was.

Went to get a state inspection this morning and no one greeted me or asked if I needed help, even though they saw me waiting by the state inspection area. If you are busy, a simple, we will be right with you, would have worked just fine. After waiting 15 minutes to get acknowledged by the staff, I preceded to take my business to the firestone down the street.

Amazing! Everything done, plus more, great price, fast and efficient. I could not offer a higher recommendation.

My wife and I came in to get our state inspection done. We have been waiting more than an hour for our vehicle to be inspected. During the time that we are waiting, I have noticed their workers moving OUR car out of the way and pulling another customers truck in front of ours. Even tho we have been here 10-15 minutes before the other customer. I am very disappointed in the service here and after today my wife and I will no longer be giving this place our business.

They did a good job and it didnt take too long.

I dont recommend this location and will never go back. I needed a vehicle inspection done but was told the wiper blades needed replacing. There was nothing wrong with the wiper blades but chose to have them replaced anyway. Employee quoted me a price for two wipers at time of inspection, but at time of payment I was paying double for the longer wiper blade. I should have been told upfront of the true price, Im sure the employee knew of exact cost of blades. I feel theyre dishonest by charging customers for unnecessary charges. I have been to other Jiffy Lube locations for vehicle inspections and have never had a problem.

The guy gave me extra discounts. They had a bit of water leakage problem.

Without exception every employee I have interacted with has been on their A game. They let you know what all they performed on your vehicle and also what you may need in the near future. They also get you in and out quickly but not at the expense of doing the job properly or thoroughly.

Took my car for an oil change, they pulled out the air filter, told me I needed a new one. I politely declined, so they crammed it back in and crushed it to where it was no longer working. If youre not going to do something properly, maybe you shouldnt be doing it to begin with. Will no longer be doing business with jiffy lube.

I purchase a Groupon to get my oil change. The Groupon was for $47 value and I paid $28 for. I had sent my husband out to get my oil change. He came home with a receipt for $68.99 but only $14 was discounted on the invoice. Never going this back and I am so highly dissatisfied.

I have used this Jiffy Lube for the last several years and I have always had a great experience. The Lady service advisor is awesome. The staff is always friendly, courteous and knowledgeable.

The customer service is wonderful, but the quality of work is below average. I received an oil change and tire rotation. Despite the simplicity of the job, the technician failed to tighten down the bolts so my wheels were wobbling when I left. I will not return and do not recommend.

Ive been going to this Jiffy Lube for years and never had any problems until now. I went for a simple oil change and was serviced by a woman named Erika. The woman gave me the most expensive oil change. Granted I didnt mind because I have an old car, but THIS WOMAN TRIED TO SCAM ME! The whole process took 15 minutes. She was able to change the oil in my car, check the headlights, battery and breaks. as well as vacuum my car! Afterwards she started using big car words I didnt understand telling me all the things wrong with my car. It was over $500 worth of repairs. I was scared but I knew not to trust her and declined the repairs. Maybe it was my mistake for going during LUNCH TIME because maybe they dont have the best people working there. I took my car to my dealership the next day and guess what? Everything was perfectly fine! In great shape actually. So yeah, Im NEVER GOING BACK HERE AGAIN. Maybe not ever to any Jiffy Lube because of this distrust-worthy experience trying to sell me things and tell things that werent wrong with my car.

I had a standard oil change done on my vehicle. The next time I turned my car on, the check engine light came on. I drove straight back to Jiffy Lube. They ran the diagnostics, got multiple codes and told me there was nothing they could do, that I would have to take it to the dealership because there was a problem with the oil in the line. I brought it to my mechanic; he ran the diagnostics and said it was just a sensor that Jiffy Lube popped off. He fixed it in 5 minutes. I wont be taking my vehicle back to Jiffy Lube.

Amazing manager and over staff attitude!

The staff was great. They went through all of their findings from the oil change service, but it was all informative with no hard sell, which I greatly appreciate. It was done quickly and I was out the door. No issues with using my Groupon either. This location is by far the best JiffyLube I have been to.

Came as a walk in and was helped by Loki. Such friendly and attentive service! He helped me find the best oil change package within my budget and had me in and out faster than any other oil change Ive had. I can honestly say this is the first and only good experience Ive had getting an oil change!

Got front brake rotors and pads replaced. I had ordered the part from amazon and they charged one hour labor whicj was only $119. Excellent service. Highly recommended

First of all, when returning me to my car, the tech said that the windows were wiped, the carpets vacuumed and the carpets were not vacuumed at all. I didnt notice this until I got in and I did not go back in to request it. They were not busy on the day I visited either. Second, they did not update my mileage. I looked on the sticker and it has the similar mileage to my current mileage! I looked at the invoice and they didnt update the mileage from the last time I was in there for an oil change. They also did not call me out to the terminal to talk to me. He just came in and said my filter was dirty. I only have 17k miles on my 2019 car! They are nice and friendly, but not reliable.

Best lube joint in town. Great service, great folks. Ask and you shall receive...they do a lot of different things related to your vehicles.

Jiffy maybe, but they seemed more focused on getting more of my money than on helping me. Jiffy Lube used to be fast, cheaper than the dealer, and they went way above and beyond by doing a little cleaning in the car, topping off fluids and offering filters and wiper inserts. My synthetic oil change was $100 (dealer is less than $80), they wanted to charge $4.99 to top off my coolant -- I rejected (which when I checked was not low) and they did air my tires up to 39 PSI -- but my tires were all set to 32 PSI (manufacturer spec) and filled with nitrogen, which is now contaminated.

Went to get my car inspected and they told me all this stuff was wrong with it. My dad took it to another place when I denied the service and they said NOTHING was wrong with it. I guess since I’m a young female who doesn’t know about vehicles they think it’s okay to take advantage of me. I paid them the fee and it SHOULD have been in the system so when/if we come back within 2 weeks I would have already paid but no it wasn’t even in the system. They LIED saying my car was messed up and STOLE the money. Terrible service. Wouldn’t even give 1 star will NEVER come back again.

Jiffy Lube has a great management team at 3021 Broadway. This is my first rating after more than 4 years now,therefore one would say that this rating is well earned. They have excellent customer service,very professional,and always prompt and courteous. The experience here was great. I was immediately greeting when I arrived and my service was done well. I will return at the end of the month for my inspection.

I went here to get my oil changed and they told me they couldn’t do it because my oil pan was threaded and stripped and that the gasket wouldn’t come out. i took it to good year (this is where i had my oil changed last) and told them what happened and they took a look at it and told me there was nothing wrong. so moral of the story, i highly recommend NOT going to jiffy lube because they lie to you and try to run you for your money. by far my worst experience with an auto shop. never going there again.

Absolute ripe off. Went in for a simple oil change for my very small car and told it was going to be at least $50. When I questioned the man as to why it would be so much for a standard, regular oil change, he simply said “cause we changed stuff”. So I went down the street and got the exact same thing for $20. Trying to rip off young females who they think don’t know any better. Never will go back.Update: I emailed them my information (as they commented below) to express my concerns and share my story. After over a week, I still have received no response.

Went up there Saturday morning. Great service, the rep was very courteous and informative. Gave me a rundown on everything before they did it, helped me learn a bit about cars. I was out in about an hour. Would highly recommend.

Stay FAR AWAY from this place They are very very dishonest RUDE and Unprofessional!!!!!! I took my truck in for an inspection and two codes cane up I was told that they can fix it for $233.00 and i declined! Took it else where to get it fix for 80 and took it back and the extremely RUDE technician told me to drive 100 miles and bring it back !!!!! This place is Ridiculous!!!!! The ‘So Called ‘ manger tried to be unprofessional with me by raising his voice in front of his other co workers but, that didn’t work! That staff does NOT act or look professional what do ever!!!!!

Ive been using this place for years. Very pricey, but convenient. They would not pass the inspection on my truck because they said my windshield wipers were bad. They wanted to charge me $50.00 to swap them out to pass my inspection. Long story short, I did it myself. Its not so much about the money as it is that they are always trying Upsell you. I will not go here anymore and I will not recommend it to anyone else.

Very unprofessional staff. I was bated in to have extra work done for $5. Once I was ready to pay, I was charged $40. I questioned the cashier about the charge and he told me he didn’t know anything about it and got very rude about it instead of getting with coworker. Will NEVER come back to this place again.
