As soon as we walked in Santosh was a great help explaining everything we needed to know. Santosh also went out of his way to work our schedules. We are so grateful, we now have a van that make transporting my Dad so easy.

I have purchased a couple Northstar Toyota Siena’s from Santosh at AMS vans. My experience with AMS had its challenges but they always made it right in the end.The 2nd van I purchased had an issue with the back door on the driver side. I only use this door to drop off my son at school. AMS has been nothing but helpful and instrumental in working with Toyota to get this issue resolved. Mark Wood made it clear that they would work with Toyota to get this issue repaired at any expense to them. Sonya was always on stand-by with a rental ready to go. Mark even offered to pick me up at my home and take me to an important doctor appointment that I could not miss. Michael in the service department worked tirelessly with Toyota to analyze and trace the problem. Toyota on the other hand took a few weeks to trace the problem. Ordering parts in the era of COVID proved to be a difficult one in Y2021. 😂IThey finally traced the problem and had the parts express shipped to get my van to me in working order, Michael at AMS picked up the van from the Toyota dealership and delivered it to me from Pearland to Sugarland and always with a smile on his face. 😀. He even delivered the van to my driveway after 5 pm Friday evening. Never deterred from the Houston rush hour traffic. THANK YOU AMS.. I am a customer for life because you always get the job done.Thank you again for everything you guys have done to get this thing in working order.

I cannot say enough good things about AMS Pearland but more importantly about my salesman Jason Roberts. I cold called him out of the blue telling him I was interested in purchasing several vans. Most people would have thought it was a joke but Jason worked tirelessly over the next few weeks to fill my needs. He was there early, stayed late and even weekends when needed. I was always able to reach him quickly and his personal touch was just what I needed through this process. Santosh was really helpful in assisting us as we struggled to find a wheelchairvan for months. We spoke to (at minimum) 8 other van sellers/companies and received the best customer service from my guy here (Santosh). He was very thorough in providing options that were suitable for our needs after diligently listening to our concerns. AMS just installed an adaptive solution link seat in my wife’s Cadillac Escalade. The service was excellent the quality was excellent and the price was excellent. They are very nice honest people and do what they say they will do I wouldn’t go anywhere else . My wife is now able to get in and out of her cadillac that she truly loves with no risk of injury to her feet. She loves the Seat. Thanks Mike,you guys are the best.

Got excellent service from the service team at AMS Pearland. My Dodge caravan was very noisy after only 2 months of use. However, Mike Gallaway picked it up and made the proper adjustments and now its as good as new. They also dropped off and picked up the loaner van. Thanks guys.

They were recommended by a friend. Im so thankful they did. I went to their website and was able to find vehicles of all prices. After about a week of looking one was just posted and I contacted them in order to buy it. They were in the process of putting in the lift. They put it on hold for me and had it shipped to the Pearland location as soon as it was completed. All without having to put down anything.They called me when it arrived and I was able to get all the paperwork signed and completed quickly and painlessly. I took the van home that day.I had a problem with the turn signal and windshield wiper after I bought it. I called them and they had me bring it in the next day and fixed everything at no cost and made sure all the fluids were full.Ive never had such a wonderful and painless experience in buying a vehicle. They were above and beyond professional and kind during the entire process. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. If it was possible to give higher than 5 stars I would.

Santosh at AMS Vans demonstrated patience, understanding, and knowledge from first contact. He was able to answer all my initial questions and walk me through the buying process over the phone. Due to work, my delivery window was somewhat narrow, but he was able to accommodate without problem. The delivery driver was on time and knowledgeable about his product as well.

Payton, Mark and the staff of AMS have been absolutely AMAZING to work with and I would recommend them to to anyone in need of a modified vehicle! Despite the fact that we live on the complete opposite end of town (Cypress) they have made the process as easy as anyone could expect. They came out and picked up our van for delivery to their shop for modification. They came back to our home to pick up our old van (trade in) and so they could measure the new van and swap out the EZ lock system and even gave us a free loaner until they could bring back our completed van the following day. Any issue they have handled quickly with great service. Their pricing is much better than their competitors and the fit and finish on the AMS modifications is very clean and nice looking. They even alerted me to a process for getting a refund from the government for the Sales Tax paid on the new van and walked me through the process (about $2,000 that will come back to us). Their service has been spectacular - we are huge fans of AMS!

My son had been delaying getting a van because of the expense, but after spending 4K-6K per year on private transportation to/from doctor appointments, he finally decided to give it a try. We connected to AMS by chat and soon an angel name Santosh contact us to discuss our van options. We are in Katy/Richmond area and they are in Pearland. Using private transportation to get to Pearland was not an option. So we thought family members would need to go to shop for vans. Little did I know that Santosh would offer to pick us up (my son can only travel by wheelchair) and take us to the showroom and return us home. So when he made the offer, I almost fell out of my chair. We selected a Van and ended the day making a new friend, Santosh. Our financing failed with the first company because the terms were not acceptable. We had given up plans to get van and did not expect to hear from Santosh again. However, he did not give up. He called us a few days later with another finance option. I am pleased to say, my son is owner of 2017 Dodge Caravan and it is burgundy, his Texas A&M school color! I purchased my first mobility assistance vehicle for my sister from AMS vans. I basically went in completely blind, I contacted them through their website and immediately that day Mr. Todd, the manager, contacted me and the adventure began. You can come in to their show room and they have vehicles with different styles of ramps, open for you to get in and try them out. Mr. Todd helped us find the right vehicle for my sister’s needs. We did have a slight hiccup, but they worked it out and found another vehicle for us. I would recommend to anyone, make an appointment with Mr. Todd, he is patient, very knowledgeable and will listen to your request. Mr. Santosh the same, he aided us in the closing, I’m pretty sure I asked him close to 100 questions and every single one he answered. I do want to say that I was so happy to not have been pressured by the typical impatient car salesman, these guys were great.
