I usually only buy from big name brand dealerships but he had a truck that was an diamond in the rough that could not be passed up. Bought my first car here, and I went in prepared to say no to a bunch of unnecessary features and charges, as I know used car salesmen have a reputation for pushing that kind of thing. Instead, I had an excellent, personable experience with the owner, Ron, and never had to turn down a single thing.After a week of driving my new car, I felt there was something a little finicky with the brakes, so I had them checked at a local mechanic, who said it would cost over a thousand dollars to replace the brake booster. I called up Ron to see if they could help, and he said the brake booster was new, and asked me to bring it back to the dealership so he could have his mechanic take a look free of charge.They replaced a few valves and hoses for me at no cost and the brakes felt good as new, even bought me lunch while I was waiting in the lobby.Excellent service, friendly people, and great prices--cant recommend this place enough.

I bought a Dodge Dakota from this dealership late last year. Since then I have spent more money repairing this vehicle than I did on the purchase. The spray paint on the body and undercarriage has since come off and now shows the level of rust all over the vehicle. I was told by the mechanic shop, where it mainly resides, that it looks like it has been sitting on the bottom of a lake with how much rust they have had to fight changing out all of the parts. I would expect this kind of vehicle condition coming from Joe Smo off the streets and not a dealership. Their mechanics shouldve seen the rust damage that plagues this vehicle and decided it was not worth putting a human being inside of it to play Russian Roulette with their lives. Instead, the majority was painted over for show. At this point, I am trying to keep it running long enough to afford another vehicle, but not from this dealership. The customer service was great though.

It was worth my 3 hour roundtrip drive, and 2 months of searching. They are professional, but very friendly, down to earth, family-oriented dealer.
