I love the color and carpet is so soft!When they came over to install the carpet they dida wonderful job!! This is my second time using Floor Gallery. The 1st time was over 12 years ago and my hardwood floors are still amazing and well installed. I went in recently to have wood floors installed in my Master Bedroom. Mike was knowledgeable and patient as I took a while to select the floors I wanted. Then I requested the crew I had over 12 years ago, Yasir and needless to say, I have quality floor installation, beautiful floors, and at a fair price!

We had a great experience with Floor Gallery. Mike came out to the house and helped us make the best decision for our house that would help the resell value. Once he had an estimate of the space needed he put forth a plan that would change our old builder grade carpet to a new laminate floor. We agreed with the plan and within a week we had new floors. The installation was great. Ash and Sam had to brave rain and snow in order to get our floors in. They were professional and explained exactly what they were doing. If you are looking for floors go to these guys. They will take good care of you.

Floor Gallery installed hardwood floors in our home, and I would give 6 stars if I could. Mike, the owner, personally came to our house with floor samples for us to look at. He is extremely knowledgeable about what he sells and the entire process. Hes a great guy to work with, and he made us feel very comfortable.Ash and his team did an amazing job with the installation - from removing the old tile, leveling the underfloor, and installing the new floor. He sent regular updates and pictures to show progress. He is definitely a master craftsman, and he obviously takes great pride in his work.The entire job took only 4 days (1200 sq ft downstairs, plus the stairs with 24 total steps and a landing in the middle), but the floor in no way looks like it was rushed - Ash and his team are just that good.I highly recommend Floor Gallery and Ash & team if you need quality work done promptly at a fair price.

This is our second time using Floor Gallery. We’ve had hardwood floors, Berber carpet and laminate tile installed. Mike, the owner, and his installation crews are exceptional. We first had hardwoods and carpet installed and then had to move out of state. Three years later, we returned to Pearland and needed carpet and tile for the new house. We knew who we were calling. The prices are incredibly reasonable, installation is very quick and the work crews are very professional, courteous and clean. Mike is so very helpful, knowledgeable and kind. He remembered us and the carpet we had installed years before. We will never go anywhere else for any flooring need - and neither should you!!

I called Floor Gallery after having another company come in and ruin my floors. I was referred to them from my sister who lives in Pearland. I called mike and he came over in a few days to take measurements and get an idea of the job. I then went to the store where I selected the materials and set a schedule. A large portion of the my project was grinding the old flooring off from the failed install of the last company. Ash came out and handled that process. That man worked his ass off. He spent 3 days grinding off all of the epoxy by hand. After all of that hard work, there was nothing damaged, no inflated costs. Only professional level work. They then came and installed the wood and tile and it came out better than I hoped. Please ignore the base boards, im doing that myself.Their prices were comparable to others. It was their service, professionalism, and skill that made me a very satisfied customer.

A little over a month ago, we changed all our floors in our one story home to laminate. Floor Gallery was last on our list of places to when we were canvassing around with different companies and different people, but Im so glad we did end up there without planning to! We had a great experience with them from the very beginning, and all for a reasonable price. You get a free personalized service and really get to know the people you are working with. No need to worry about dealing with these fly by night companies/people that cannot guarantee their work afterwards. They will take the time to understand your needs and work with you in achieving those goals you have for your home. The owner, Mike, will personally come out to your home and do the measuring/estimating himself. What makes it even better is that he brings all the samples you have chosen in store to your home and so you can see how it will actually look with the lighting and location at home. And these are not the normal-sized tiny samples that you generally get from those other floor places, he brings a much bigger sample size so you can get a better idea of the different variations in the wood/laminate/tile.Everything in our home was changed to laminate except the bathrooms, so 90% of the work was done by Ash and his crew. Another great experience! You will not be disappointed working with Ash! He has been doing this for decades and is still passionate about his work. And when you have someone that is passionate about their job and what they do, you know they will do it right and go above and beyond to make it a great experience. These people take great pride in their work and so you can take pride of your floors afterwards too! He has good attention to detail. This is not someone who is there just to do the job, but someone who makes sure the job is done right, the best possible way, and in the most efficient way. He is honest and communicates with you every step of the way on what is being done and what to expect. His work is clean and at the end you get great looking floors.Now, as for the bathrooms, our experience was not as great with that crew - since it was done by another group. There was lack of communication with Miguel - who claimed the job but we never saw in person. The crew he sent to do the work did a poor job on the tile work and quarter rounds. However, Mike (owner of Floor Gallery) has been great in working with us in trying to get this problem solved. I wish we had gotten together sooner with Mike while they were still working on the bathrooms, but Im just gonna put that as another lesson learned for future reference. Ive been told this is the first time something like this has ever happened, so for everyone else, just make sure you are actually working with the person that Mike has given the job to!Overall, our experience with Floor Gallery has been awesome! I have already and will continue to recommend Mike and Ash for your flooring needs. You wont regret it!

We had the BEST experience with Floor Gallery! We had a bad situation with a prior floor company and we needed our floors fixed so our house would be ready to sell ASAP. Mike came to our home, helped me choose a beautiful wood and tile, gave us a great price, and we were ready to start installation in just a couple days. The installers were also amazing- they had a very difficult original floor to grind down for the tile, and they executed it flawlessly. Same with Ash and his team with the hardwood floor- there was some issues with leveling, and they figured out a solution and the floors came out GORGEOUS. I felt like we were so taken care of and I am so so grateful to them! Would recommend them in a heartbeat!

Floor Gallery did a great and professional job! They have great customer service! I shopped around at 3 other stores and they have the best prices. Plus their prices are by the sqft installed (includes carpet removal, underlayment, the transitions and etc.) The only additional cost I had to worry about was the leveling of the floor (which is normal). I went to the store on Saturday, the owner brought the samples to my home on Monday, and the floors were installed on Wednesday. I would highly recommend Floor Gallery, check them out. This was my second experience with Floor Gallery and it was as good as the first. Installed engineered hardwood throughout a new build and carpet in the media room. This included tearing up tile and carpet the builder put down. The install team did a great job. They were highly skilled and kept everything clean. The owner, Mike, is wonderful to work with. I went to Floor Gallery and spoke with Mike I brought in a sample of the wood flooring that I have in my house. Mike was able to locate the exact wood. He came out and measured my bedroom and the stairs he quoted me and excellent price and even gave me a military discount because I am a disabled veteran. The flowing week his crew came to my home and preformed the job. The work came out great and my wife and I love it. We are using them again to do another project. I would recommend them to anyone. Ash and his crew did an excellent job last year replacing my stairs and game room carpet with laminate. At the time I had a hard time finding the same color/style laminate to match my downstairs, but Mike has been in the industry a long time and found an exact match! This year I decided to replace carpet in all bedrooms with laminate and I was not disappointed with Jesse and his crew. They were quick and worked with me on my schedule. At the same time their craftsmanship and quality of work was amazing once again. You are doing yourself a disservice if you dont at least get a quote from Mike at Floor Gallery!

Floor Gallery has installed new flooring for us twice, first in 2006 and again this year. Each time, the experience was perfect from start to finish. From helping us select flooring, to cautioning about little surprises that can arise during the process (such as an uneven foundation), to clean-up afterward, they were totally professional. All of these gentlemen were polite and helpful, moving our furnishings so carefully, placing the felt pads we had purchased on the bottoms of the furniture before putting each piece back in place. We recommend them without hesitation.

When my house flooded I called the floor gallery to do my floors. They were extremely helpful all the way from in the store to installing the floors. There was a long period in between when I first contacted the floor gallery and when I had my floors installed and they helped me with the process of choosing the floor, making sure my floor was level, figuring out what stage of the reconstruction I needed to have the floors put in, etc... They even picked a baseboard for me that would match well with the scheme I was going for in the house. Mike is the owner of the company and was very hands on throughout the whole process. Everything was always on time and done right, and he kept me informed about when material would be delivered and when workers would be at my house. Ash was my installer. Him and his crew had to float practically my entire house and put in 2000 square food of laminate floors, and install all the baseboards and they accomplished all of this in just 3 days time. Very respectful hard working crew who were also always on time and kept me informed of what they were doing. And their work is remarkable! A+ installation. Realistically all I had to do was say I wanted floors and floor gallery took care of the rest. Could not be happier and recommend anyone who needs flooring to shop floor gallery!

Highly recommend! Were working on getting our house on the market and needed new carpeting (4 bedrooms, game room, hallways, stairs, etc.) as well as hardwoods in two rooms to be refinished. We talked to a few people in the big chains stores and did some digging online, but decided to check out the Floor Gallery because of the good reviews on multiple sources. They were nice and professional and were out at my house in a day taking measurements and getting us quotes...that included everything that they cover. Their prices were really impressive compared to everything wed found in our research.We had to wait a little bit to get started because our painters took longer than expected. Still, once we were ready, we had the order in on a Wednesday and the carpet was ready the following Tuesday. We were delayed by a day due to rain, but they got all of the carpet in the following day.The day after carpet installation, they had people out to our house to do the sanding and the following day, all of the finishing for the wood. So, over the course of 3 days, we were done with all of our flooring needs. Impressive! And for less than we expected to pay.Well definitely be calling Floor Gallery should our new house have any flooring issues. Thanks!

Best in town! My wife and I had visited several flooring places whom had given us several estimates on a floor replacement for the entire upstairs. We wanted a removal of carpet and very good quality wood laminate placed. We kept getting estimates in the $7k range including Home Depot and Floors for Living. Then I looked up other flooring places on Google and found the ridiculously high rating of Floor Gallery. All the good comments I read about the workers and Mike, the owner, were too good to pass up. So I stopped by to talk to Mike. He had me pick out laminate and ceramic tile (for the master bath) and that afternoon he stopped by to give us an estimate. He was nearly 30% cheaper and considering the high dollar investment, thats an amazing deal. Also, the workers were very fast, courteous and laid the flooring perfectly. This place is too good to pass up and I highly recommend stopping by this place. I intend on shopping here again for the remainder of our floors.

I met Mike 9 years ago after Ike and have used floor Gallery for three installations now. Most recently, it was due to water damage on the original floor he installed. Although the floor was 9 years old, Mike made every effort to locate the flooring to repair vs. replace my flooring.(which certainly would have been the best thing for him!) He was able to locate the flooring, but when we received it, the locking mechanism was just a bit different and the pieces wouldnt go together correctly. Mike and the installer tried everything to get the floor to work, but were unable to do so. Ultimately, I replaced my laminate with vinyl planks and my floor is beautiful! Cant say enough about the installation crew...professional, polite, prompt and thorough. This has been the case with every installation. I have recommended Floor Gallery to several friends that have used them with the same results, and Ill continue to do so!

Great company to deal with. Mike came out on a Monday to measure and provided a quote. We agreed on the price and he ordered the carpet which arrived the following week on Wednesday. Scheduled the installers for Friday (who are great by the way) started at 9:30am and done by 5:30pm. If you are seeking an honest vendor for flooring give Floor Gallery a shot.

This company was an absolute blessing. The owner was very honest, real, and accommodating. The work that was completed was stunning!!! I am very hard to please and I was impressed and the level of work and the integrity of the people who came into my home. I only wanted to to about 230 sq feet which is a small space and Empire wanted to charge me $5000!!!! This company charged me less than $1200!!( a little more than that due to having to use 2-50lb bags to level my floor.) I had some neighbors come in to check out the work and they were impressed also. They asked for their number as well as my mother-in-law. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

They were willing and able to answer any question that I had concerning various carpet types and styles, carpet construction, carpet pad options, as well as the best types of carpet for certain applications. The installation team was fast and professional, not to mention friendly, and in only a few hours had my new carpets installed. The new carpets are installed beautifully.

Had a very positive experience when I purchased 2000 sq ft of carpet from Mike Fahroud at Floor Gallery. Mike offered information about the carpet choices in my price range, which helped me select a great option. He measured the area to be carpeted and created a detailed drawing of all the spaces and how the carpet would lay in each space to minimize the carpet ordered and the price. The installation team was on time and worked hard. Definitely recommend them for an easy, trouble free install.

We have used Mike for three separate projects in our homes in the past three years. The first one was replacement of carpet in our master bedroom with hard wood flooring, the second was replacement of carpet on our curved stairway with hardwoods, and most recently replacement of the carpet and flooring in our beach house with vinyl plank flooring. We have been extremely happy with the entire experience of all three projects. The quality and variety of materials from which to choose is far superior to any big box store, and Mikes patience and willingness to take the time to walk you through all of the options and help you find the best material is the type of service that is hard to find anymore. Mike is not happy until you are satisfied with the work. Plus his prices are so competitive that we do not even shop around anymore. We are already planning the next two projects with him.

OMG! Mike and his teams are the Best in Texas. I have used Floor Gallery for several jobs over the years for four (4) reasons: Mike, reasonable cost, job start/finish time and their professionalism. When our Samsung washing machine blew up and flooded our home, we did what every other person does... Google the highest rated company to do the job we needed. Mike ordered our floors and came out and talked us through the process of patching our wrecked floors. I felt confident in the decision we made immediately. We had Ash and his brother Sam come out and they laid the flooring while my kids ran around and were incredible. You cant even see the patch at all! On top of it all, every single person we dealt with was so nice. True customer service and excellent workmanship. I normally dont write reviews but I felt like I needed to praise a company that goes above and beyond... Thank you Mike for putting our home back together again. Walked into floor gallery Pearland. Waited and watched the guy help someone that was there before us. While waiting for him to finish, another customer walks into the store. Floor Gallery installed laminate flooring in my home and did an outstanding job. Their prices are very reasonable. Wed had the floors done less than a year prior through a different company who installed them incorrectly, the previous company left the floors, the underlayment and the subfloor a mess to say the least. Ash and his crew (who only do laminate by the way, sorry carpet and tile people) cleaned up the mess from the previous companys horrible job and made my floors like they should have been to begin with. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Floor Gallery. Having seen how two floor companys operate there really is no comparison. If you want your floors done right, at a fair price, and in a timely manner, call Floor Gallery.

Mike was VERY helpful from the get-go. He helped me decide on a floor that worked really well in my place. I needed quite a bit of work done and I feel like I got the most bang for my buck from this store. The installers were efficient and skilled in the floor they installed making it perfect! I needed to have a new floor installed i a master BR and Bath on short notice so my wife could navigate easier with her walker. Floor Gallery in Pearland just completed the installation of hardwood flooring in 4 of the rooms in my home. Mr. Mike was great to work with. I went into the store to inquire about having work done. I wasnt pressured, Mr. Mike helped me match my existing flooring with the sample I brought into the store and he came out to my home the same day to take measurements and give me a quote. The customer service and workmanship was excellent!I waited a long time to have my floors replaced because I was afraid that I wouldnt be able to find anyone to do the work well. However, my experience with Mr. Mike and Floor Gallery was nothing like I thought it would be. I would definitely recommend Floor Gallery in Pearland to anyone needing to have their floors replaced.
