Houston Carpet did an AMAZING job on our floors. We love the LVP flooring and its always the first thing guests compliment us on. They also removed a pony wall which made our home more open and removed the slate tile flooring that was in the kitchen, leveled everything out and made the transition from room to room seemless!! I cant say enough great things about HCCF. We just really love how everything turned out! They were so easy to work with, their work is impeccable and the whole process was easy and the guys were very professional. 😊😊😊

They did an excellent job installing our wood floors. If they said they were going to at my home at 8:00am, they were there.They moved my furniture and placed it back when they were finish. They have a great work ethic and I didn’t have to wait months to get them installed the floors were installed within a week after I placed the order. I give them a Five star. Our next project with be installing wood floors in our bedroom.

I recently had some work done with Houston Carpet and Classic Floors, if I could give them 10 stars I would! Their work was outstanding, the craftsmanship was impeccable and they were extremely professional. I knew when I walked into their business I would be extremely satisfied, Angela was very helpful when it came assisting me with my flooring needs. Angela helped me pick out this beautiful waterproof LVP flooring, Grant came out and took measurements and answered all of my questions. The men who came out to install the floors were wonderful and extremely helpful. They even helped me rearrange my furniture when they were finished. If you are needing any flooring or carpentry done, I highly recommend giving Houston Carpet and Classic Floors a call. I will definitely use them again in the future!

This is the fourth time we have used Houston Carpet & Classic floors to replace flooring in our home. The first time was probably 15 years ago in our first home and they replaced all of our carpet and some of the ceramic tile and they did a wonderful job. When we bought our current home 9 years ago they replaced all of the carpet and again did a wonderful job. Then a couple of years ago we decided to put a hard surface in our study and they helped us pick out a beautiful vinyl that looks like wood. Then Hurricane Harvey came and we had a roof leak and had to replace all the flooring upstairs and flooring on the stairs. We liked the vinyl in our study so we decided to go with vinyl again. We choose a different vinyl that looks exactly like wood...it even has imperfections and knot holes like wood. You cant tell the difference. Houston Carpet & Classic Floors has always been professional and great to work with. Even the installers are courteous and professional. If we need floors again, guess where we will go??? Houston Carpet & Classic Floors!

This is the second time I have had the pleasure of being a client to this company since hurricane harvey. They helped me tremendously both with our residence And most recently with my family business.Grant and his associates have been very caring and attentive to our needs in both cases, and I cannot be more satisfied with the jobs they have done. The job required at the business was harder than anticipated, and they were great with everything and even molding their schedule to fit our business hours.I will recommend these guys to anyone who has flooring questions or needs in the future, and will be reaching out if I have any issues/questions of my own going forward for both the business and our home.

We had a wonderful experience working with Grant Hadley and his family at Houston Carpet & Classic floors this week. While preparing to put our house on the market to sell, we discovered a problem with the hard wood floors in two bedrooms.Somehow moisture seeped under the wood, staining the floor in one room and buckling the wood in the other room. Grant assessed the damage and ordered replacement wood on Tuesday. His crew removed the old wood, applied a moisture barrier, and floated the floors on Wednesday. They installed the beautiful new floors on Friday.In just four days, what we thought was a disaster became a miracle! Grant and his wife were pleasant, easy to work with, professional, and efficient. The floor installers were masters at wood working. They were skilled craftsmen who worked quickly, taking only a one-half hour lunch break. They were careful of the walls and cleaned everything up immediately. They also were very easy to work with.The new floors are more beautiful than the floors they replaced. It is nice to do business with a neighborhood vendor who treats customers as if they are family. Pearland is certainly fortunate to have Houston Carpet & Classic Floors located in our community.

I have used Houston Carpet and Classic Floors twice and both times I have been thoroughly pleased. The first time was several years ago when we replaced carpet with beautiful wood flooring in our living room. Angie was very helpful in helping me pick out exactly what I wanted. She let me bring home multiple samples to see how they looked with the lighting in my house. She was very patient and shared her expertise to help me find exactly what I was looking for. The floor was installed perfectly and I have been very satisfied.More recently we decided to replace flooring in other rooms in the house. I didnt even think of going anywhere but Houston Carpet and Flooring. Angie was there again to help me pick out exactly what I wanted. Once again I brought home samples and picked what I liked. To my surprise, the installer was the same person who had installed the hardwood on my first floor several years ago. Again he did an excellent job through four rooms in my home. The project was started and finished in the amount of time planned and I couldnt be happier. Grant, Angies husband, was here daily to check on everything and to make sure everything was to my liking.I was so pleased that I ended up having Houston Carpet and Classic Floors paint the rooms and baseboards. It was so nice not to have to go searching for another contractor to paint! Now everything looks brand new, thanks to Grant and Angie. I would recommend them to all who want beautiful flooring, individualized service, and excellent workmanship. Jimmie R

It is shameful and just plain disgraceful that this company does not back up their products or workmanship.I purchased a beautiful color carpet with the thick padding to replace my old carpet throughout my house. I was very excited to have new carpet in my house and yes I did expect some of the threads to come loose at first. But then I noticed day after day after day threads coming loose and actually leaving bald spots in my carpet.I called to discuss the situation and was given an absolute blow off. There job was done and they are no longer responsible. In fact, one of the comments that was made is; cut a piece of carpet out of your closet to fix the problem. That is not a solution!!!REALLY!!! SERIOUSLY!!! Where is the customer satisfaction???I also mentioned that I do not have the professional tools to do such a job. Yet, again another blow off answer. Think not once but ten times before you do business with this place. The owners are extremely hard to deal with, EXPECT to pay a lot more than what was quoted to you!!!!!
