They never can help you, it’s always an issue with the system, manager is not there

The manger sunny is a great guy. He helped me alot. I have been a costumer of this store for 13 years it was really sad to see Craig leave but Sunny has done everything possible to make me satisfied..

Please check & make sure ur phones are correctly installed especially the screen protectors before u leave this store ... They dont put it in correctly ... My husband & I bought a phone 2 days ago n screen protector came off right away ... I called yesterday to let them know n c if they can give me another 1 they said they would call back n they didnt so I called today n they told me they couldnt give me a new 1 because the girl put it on correctly n we left with the phone (if she would of placed it in correctly it shouldnt kum off & of course we left with the phone cause we bought it jajaja) ... This is ridiculous! For me this is bad customer service.
