Workers felt comfortable enough to cuss in front of customers. VERY Unprofessional! Extremely rude and failed to do their job. I’ll never shop there again!

Just walked into the store and no one acknowledged my presence. I was actually looking for a pair of tennis shoes for myself but if I don’t even get a “hello”, there’s no need to spend my money there. I’ll just go to another location or try a different company. Customer service needs much improvement.

Rude unhelpful ....drove from galleria area for a pair of shoes that the city gear on westhiemer said they MOST DEFINITELY HAD and tried to call numerous times AND NO ONE ANSWERED! DROVE HERE FOR NOTHING CAUSE SUPPOSEDLY THEY DONT HAVE THEM 🤔

Citygear is my shoe second hm, Mr,Jack is a excellent worker always making sure all customers are taken care of maken sure we are masked up n protected !!

They don’t even greet you when you walk in. They must not like making money or staying open. Don’t call either there staff doesn’t have a customer service acumen. If I owned the store I would fire them all and start fresh

Terrible customer service, I woke up very early to go wait in line for some Bred toe 1s. I waited 2 hours just so the nasty fat lady could tell me “what size you need?” I said 9-9.5, she then say don’t have it l and I start saying a bunch of random numbers too. She gets mad and gives me attitude. Like I hope your manager or boss hears about this I hope all of y’all get fired because I know dang well these people backdoored these shoes. Don’t come here terrible customer service too even if I just visit the place.

There always rude with attitude why work there if you dont like it worst customer service ever finish line across the street have very nice workers always polite and ready to help unlike this place.

I agree with all the 1 star reviews... Im not the only one that feels this way. Horrible customer service and will not be back for sure. Whoever manages this store has no skills on how to run a business. Im surprised they are in business still. 👎👎

Bad attitudes all over the store almost all the women are ghetto and ratchet and act like they dont want u in the store or asking questions. And please dont try calling they will say anything to get you off the phone.

The girls on the counter were very rude and lazy, asked the lady at the counter for a size and she gave us an attitude about doing her job. Ive been a shoe collector for a long time, never had someone treated me like this as a customer.If she is not happy with her job, go to school and get an education maybe she wont be stuck doing a job that she is not happy on doing. Customer service was over all terrible. Not coming back to this store and dont ever go in this store.

Just got off the phone with some kid over there that had horrible customer service. I asked him what size of a certain shoe he had and he said that he didnt have time to go over shoe sizes over the phone with me. Stay away from this second rate store

The service is very bad i knew that coming inn already they just had the shoes i wanted if it wasnt for that i would have went across the way to finish line they treated me as if i was window shopping not knowing what i was going to spend their loss
