I really used to enjoy coming here a few years back as it used to be my go-to office supplies store, but the last two times Ive been here have left me a bit sour.Both times I have needed assistance with the printer, the same girl that works there near the self-service station has made a snarky remark towards my need of assistance. Even when the printer has prompted me to ask a team member for assistance or a reboot.I was very polite in asking and waited til she was no longer busy and called on me, but was met with a tone of annoyance. If I am asking you for assistance, its because I need your help, not your sarcasm.I genuinely needed help with the machine, and I really wish to enjoy coming back here if things change.

The service is bad. Very slow in the print area. Wait 15 min. to send a fax. Only 1 person ahead of me.

Went in needing a pen refill and i asked the guy for help. He pointed in the direction of the isle i needed. After i couldnt find what i was looking for i asked him again and said im not too sure what i need and he acted like i was bothering him and he told me they dont carry a refill for my pen without even looking at the pen i had. This guy was zero help! I left andwent to staples and the lady there told me the refill i needed was a very common one and even explained the difference between the .5, .7, and 1mm options.Office depot you lost a customer.

I go here a lot for basic printing and I highly recommend it for two reasons: Hannah and RoxyThese two employees in particular go a little beyond what is expected, they remember exactly what kind of paper I need, how to get the job efficiently and offer great customer service.Theres been quite a few moments where I was really crunched on time and things couldve easily gone really slow considering how much I needed to print. Hannah especially has been able to get the job done very fast because of her attention to detail and reliability.

I purchased the wrong case for my phone and they denied an exchange or refund because it was categorized as “technology”!? Take your business somewhere...AMAZON all the way!!

If you go to this location, please avoid Jose. He is misogynistic, perhaps racist but I wouldn’t know for sure, and very reluctant to do his job. It was a terrible experience encountering him. 0 problem solving or customer service skills.

Made a call to Office Depot to check to see if they had something in stock. Told the girl the item number. Not sure what she was doing at the time I told her, but she rudely said that she would need an item number. I told her I already gave it to her and repeated it. My boss went to pick up order. She came back and said they were rude girls. My company uses them quite often, just usually for delivery. I will keep it that way.

Dont use their printing service. If you need good color brochures, they will ruin them. Twice they have come out blurry and absolutely useless. Proofs online were perfect, prints at the store - Trash!

Terrible customer service. I am disabled. They need to hire new employees that help you to find what you are looking for rather than sitting down and pointing their finger in the direction while sitting behind a computer.

This Office Depot used to offer tremendous customer service. However, since I don’t see the previous management, I have to assume the new management does NOT put an emphasis on customer service. The last few times I have sent an order over, I have had to wait, even though I sent the order ahead of time. Most of the time, I also let them know what time I will be there.If there was a FedEx office close by, I would switch my business over them.

This used to be a great location with nice staff. Two incidents in two weeks. Last week I had a return and was greeted at the door by a young man who said, No returns. All sales are final. The look on my face made him blurt out that he was joking, but it was too late to calm my already frayed nerves.Today, a lovely young lady helped me with another return. I had accidentally purchased a toner tray instead of the toner. She needed a manager override and along comes the operations manager who immediately started talking down to me and giving me attitude that I couldnt return a toner. I explained that it was not a toner. She literally stared me down and said there was a process to go through. She really got my hackles up. Zero pleasantries, just... kinda hatred. Shocking customer service. Will not be going back.

Warning! Warning! Warning! The Pearland Main St. Store is run by unfit & unprofessional Manager & People in their printing dept. This store cannot provide one day online printing service as offered. You cannot request 1 day printing service and get what you order even if you use the Office Depot online biz card creation software. The Manager at this store was unprofessional & rude. This store doesnt understand printing or color table matching. They cannot match colors created using their online software period. She said they cannot match exact colors as if that was suppose to be acceptable to customers. This store is technically unfit & requires more training. Just because the Manager claimed having been in the printing business for many years, doesnt mean she knew what she was doing or saying. It was not reflected at this store in customer service and quality of printing only excuses to divert customers as acceptable or typical. I advise customers to take your business else where especially if you are a small business and depend on them to provide better service & understanding. Americas businesses is made up of millions of small businesses and this company should consider meeting the demands of what drives good business in todays world. As a small business this would put me out of business if I asked my clients to accept this type of behavior and delivery of bad service. Warning! Do not do business with this company and especially this store manager. Hope one day they will understand the depth and errors of their bad customer service and poor product delivery. Praying they dont put anyone in the position as they did me with my clients & my new business. Bad branding for Office Depot or Office Max.

The store had a really nice renovation. Its very clean inside, and well stocked.

Literally stood in line at the printing services and no one greeted me or at least said is going to be a bit. Mr Travis nor MS Cheryl took the time to say anything. Typed up as I waited in line. Not even a smile. Got to the register and Cheryl said what do you need. Well a smile will be nice. I worked customer service I know is hard. At least I faked smile.

THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST OFFICE DEPOT TO DEAL WITH, THE COPY AND PRINT EMPLOYEES ARE A NIGHTMARE TO DEAL WITH, they make everything soooo difficult. Truly miserable people, silverlake location is so much better, they are quick, and always rise to the challenge. Dont even waste your time going here, make the drive to a different location. Itll be worth it .

I came to this store to return a couple of ink cartridges after I was turned away at the Silverlake location by the condescending manager because I did not have my receipt. The associates at this store treated me with respect and promptly returned the ink cartridges and gave me store credit after scanning my identification.

The pricing was good on the paper goods, but if you want to have computer work stations /business centers like Kinkos, do it. The computers did not work properly, one customer gave up... It was a terrible experience. All that was Im sorry, that means no commitment or corporate intentions to fix it. To bad - so sad.

Needed to buy a box to mail a lp. I send about 5 out through usps every week and was excited to see that office Depot used usps to mail also. I figured I would save some time and use their mailing services. I went to the car and wrote my mailing info on the package and returned inside to ship. The guy tells me how cute..haha. I said what? He said your not suppose to write the address on the package, we print out the label. After going through the process he says ok the cheapest is through ups and its 17 dollars for 3 day. I said No, it should be around during 7 dollars for priority. He starts laughing and says No...and its gonna be the same anywhere so might as well do it now. I said no thank you and left and went across the street to Ace Hardware and did priority shipping with insurance for 7.20. Wont ever go back!

They are very helpful and polite and take care of your needs. I go there for copies of something off my phone.

It is very good place you find everything you need, very friendly and attentive staff only that you need to find bilingual staff, only that the rest is super very good prices deals. They would be 100 with staff for us who fight or are learning English.
