I just spent an hour at Pearland Vision Center, and my time there could not have been better.First, the office looked amazing, different than my last visit a couple of years ago.Second, the young lady that performed my eye exams could not have been nicer, or more helpful.Third, the Dr. was super helpful, thorough, and honest about my eye care needs. I never felt like she was “selling” me something, a single time.Fourth, the same young lady (Mercedes I think) helped me pick out a more “current” frame than I would have on my own. She was extremely helpful, and went out of her way to answer my questions about frames.I am not sure what could have been done to make my time there getting an exam, and pick frames, any more enjoyable.If you need glasses, give them a try, you will not regret it.John

Best place to get your vision checked. The staff Is absolutely amazing and the Doctors are perfect. I wish Dr. Brown was there more often because he’s great but the other two doctors are phenomenal as well. The doctors are very detailed when it comes to your eyes so you know your eyes are in good hands. Great frame selection and very clean environment. I would give this place 6 stars if I could!

We love Pearland Vision Center! We have been coming for years and the staff is great. My kids enjoy their visits and they can always find a pair of glasses they love. I would never go anywhere else.

Dr. Shatleh is the BEST EYE DOCTOR EVER! She is kind, compassionate, thorough and intelligent. She explains every step of the exam process so you understand your health completely. I love this place! The employees are welcoming and kind and easy for an introvert like me to strike up a conversation with. This company has been in Pearland for over 35 years. Most of the employees have been there since opening. That says something to me. We were treated with kindness, love. Like my child was one of their own. My daughter actually needed a new set of glasses because she’s been having trouble in school. I’m so glad we made an appointment here. The staff got us in really fast. They have many openings and they take so many insurance options. I was surprised they accepted our insurance. A huge bonus is that they are close to where I live. I’m going to be a life-long customer. Thank you for loving my family.

Entire staff is excellent, friendly and experts at what they do. I went to a mediocre eye doctor my whole life until I moved and found Dr. Shatleh. I recommend them 100%.

Don’t let the outside plaza steer you away. The best experience ever! I was told ahead of time of all benefits and services prior to agreeing. Staff was highly attentive and friendly. Dr. Brown was super knowledgeable and spent his time explaining all function of the eyes, imaging results and prescription changes. This was my first time at this location and I felt like I was a regular and had been there for years. Everything was five stars! Definitely will be back.

Our family has been going to Pearland vision center for past 4 years. Dr. Brown used to see us and now Dr. Shatleh see us. Both are great doctors. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Always a good experience. Both drs take their time for eye examination and share all the details with the patient. Awesome clinic.

If you want to be charged for lots of extras go here. They tell your one thing in prices and then when you go back to verify they tell you they never charged you for that so you have to order it. They are very nice people but staff isn’t great at explaining fees. Def wouldn’t go back.

They are responsible for so many important functions in the office; perhaps most important: first impressions.The men and women working behind that desk are some of the most welcoming, friendly, helpful, and professional I have encountered. They were super fast and friendly. This was probably the best experience that Ive ever had with an eye doctor. They now have a dedicated customer.

I accidentally called pearland vision center instead of my regular eye doctor, but I ended up making an appointment anyway. Dr. Brown and his assistants were awesome! I learned new things about my eyes and found affordable frames. Every question I had was answered in detail. I will be going back!

The staff is amazing and super friendly! I loved the decor for fall/Halloween. Most importantly though, the doctor explained everything going on inside my eye using the pictures they took of my eye and also using the model eye in the room. Ive never had an eye doctor actually talk to me about my eye health and show me what was going on before. Most of the time eye doctors are just like ok you look fine.... you can go now but Dr. Brown was so thorough and very friendly! We even talked about superheroes and all of my foster dogs! I moved to Texas a year ago, and I am so glad I have now found Pearland Vision Center! Even before I came in for my visit, they went over with me exactly what insurance would and wouldnt cover and what I would expect from my visit. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

Went here for a few years until today. Love both the husband and wife optometrists, the shop is cute and really, really love our glasses and my contacts. Anna simply ran us off with her rudeness. I called to book appointments today, but Anna would not give us an appointment before insisting paperwork had to be done through a portal. When I explained not one detail about us had changed, including insurance, Anna would not budge. She then told me we would have to arrive 30 mins. early to do paperwork. I asked if they could print what we did last year and we could update the signatures and the date. Anna not so helpfully kept repeating we could come do the entire paperwork all over again on an iPad. I dont think she was even listening to me. She was just so rude. I finally said I think we need to find another optometrist. She said okay and hung up. Really sad about having to find another great optometrist, but the owners must condone this behavior, so off we go.

As always my visit was very pleasant! Everyone there is really funny and outgoing! I will forever be a patient there!

I couldn’t be more satisfied with how professional, clean, up-to-date & efficient this office & staff are.I was with my old ophthalmologist for over 20 years, and brought my children to the same ophthalmologist when they were born. He since passed & his practice was bought out and there was a change in staff, I was unhappy of how everything went on my recent visit. & even though we were residents of Pearland for over 10 years I still drove to Pasadena for this particular ophthalmologist.So I decided to try out Pearland Vision Center, There literally 5 minutes from my house and I’m so glad I did !!!! Everything went smoothly for my son who is fixing to be 20 y/o & my daughter who is 16 . I loved how the female Dr. spoke to my daughter about HOW TO PROPERLY wear her contacts and how important it to care for her eyes (she’s a contact user) which she’s never had that talking to before.My family & I will be a loyal patients from this point on. Everything is modern all the equipment is up-to-date, state of the art. The choice in brand named frames is overwhelming & up to date with the latest trend in frames.I could not be more satisfied thank you PVS & the great staff (thank you young man for helping my undeceive daughter in picking her frames & breaking down the cost) I just wish I came here as a patient before I went to my old ophthalmologist but now I know 😊 !! 👍🏼👍🏼

Dr was great but after the exam after beginning to look at frames it turned into bad customer service. I do not Remember the persons name who was supposed to help me. I explained to her that these were my first set of glasses. She began with being extremely loud and obnoxious. i asked for someone else to help me and this infuriated her but i did not want to deal with the drama. After asking quietly for another customer service person to help me pick out frames she got even louder and acted completely unprofessional. Making noises and blowing me and telling she spoke really loud all the time. I finally just asked for my prescription and went to another optometrists office to get fitted for glasses. Like i said the DR. was great and the other lady working up front was very professional. Like i said it was complete drama with her acting like a spoiled brat when i asked to work with someone else.
