If you need a prescription, do not come here. They are slow and there are lots of other customers. I tried to get a flu shot by appointment and gave up after 45 minutes after I noticed that other people in front of me still hadnt gotten their shots. One lady had been waiting 1 hour and a half because they were having issues with their system. When I asked how long it would take, a tech said they were preparing an already ready flu shot...

They were better in customer service when they first opened. They gradually deteriorated and now it is very frustrating to get a prescription. This week I had to go to this pharmacy three time. First time was drive thru and I had to wait about half an hour for my turn. The second time was in store purchase and there were three customers ahead of me. Another long wait, about 25 minutes. Today I went to drive-thru. One car in front of me. Waited about 20 minutes, nobody answered the car in front of me. I called the store but I was on hold for 10 minutes and I quit. I left without getting my Rx after 20 minutes. two employees sometimes spend 10-15 minutes in front of a computer, while nobody attends people in line. Airlines toll free numbers are faster. Nobody deserves to wait this long, especially the sick people. They have signs everywhere saying that they strive for 5 stars. Good luck!!!

Pharmacist was nice, but they could not figure out how to use their own $10 coupon issued by this same store. Clerk tried to use it and ended up ringing me up and acting like the coupon was applied when it wasnt. Shady....

Everytime I come here I need something different; and everytime Kasey is there she is so helpful and so patient! She’s so knowledgeable of items in the store it makes my in and out time Dash fast! I’m grateful everytime Kasey is there! Amazing customer service, quick, efficient, working multiple check out lanes! Great work ethic! Thank you Kasey!

The pharmacy is meh.. you probably get that at every CVS & Walgreens. Sad to say, but if you have to use the restroom here comes the good part. You have to place your hand over the key pad and wait for it to light up, press the 4 numbers and wowzer you’re in! I would say the code, but ain’t no one that nice. Have a great day & summer!

Dont get your prescriptions sent here. The pharmacy is super slow and your scripts will not be ready even if they have had all day to get them done.

If I could give zero stars I would. I got a notification that my prescription was ready, so I go to pick up only to be told they “lost” it and are unable to fill it until they place an order for more. It’s unacceptable for a pharmacy to “lose” a whole prescription. I wish I had seen the other reviews before I had my medicine sent here.

I dropped off a prescription off for two items at around 9:45 AM. I asked how much one the items in the prescription would cost, since I was using a coupon for a free meter but not the test strips. I was trying to decide whether to use my insurance or the coupon. The pharmacist said that he was short handed and did not have time to give me a price, but he said that he would call me within a couple hours with the costs. Finally at 5:30 PM, I called them back up and the person that answered said he could have it ready in 15-20 minutes. I asked what happened to the rest of the day, he said someone must have messed up. I told him I would be there shortly to pick up my script, since I didnt care to deal with the incompetence so far displayed there. I have never used this particular CVS, but have used others where they have good customer service.

I wanted to give 0 stars. But I could not. It is the worst customer service I have ever experience. They are slow and very impatient. They let my doctor call them to discuss my prescription dosage. My doctor called the office and they ignored the call and let my doctor call them back in ten minutes. At that time there were no other customers. Too bad. And too rude. I will not come to this CVS again.

Hello Managers and up. There is a reason your reviews are so consistently horrible here! Pay attention to your customers of the Shadow Creek Ranch area of Pearland that you are in will absolutely make sure this location does not get business. The customer service is terrible here. It is like one of the job requirements for the hiring process here is to be as rude as possible. One of the other requirements must be to be terrible at your job... and people... Im only talking about the Pharmacy! I refuse to shop inside a CVS and the multiple interactions I have had with them just validates my decision. If I could give 0 stars to this location I would. My complaint about this location is going straight to corporate and the BBB, but Manager... if you would like to contact me so I can explain what happened to you so you have a heads up then I would happy to... just know when you contact me Ill have you wait 8 hours before responding, and that response wont include the compaint.

I always visit this cvs whenever i coupon, i experienced mean customer service from various cashiers and inconsiderate behavior when having my coupon scanned. Their system is not well updated and most cashiers arent knowledgeable to couponing system. But i would like to give acknowledgement to Naji, he is very helpful, listen to customers and considerate, he takes his time attenting to each customer, not rushing like other employees. We dont mind coming back here every now and then because they he is a kind hearted person that always willing to help.

Korrey is a very rude staff. This is the kind of person that should not be working on frontliners to customers as she dont have proper manners to talk appropriate but only to argue with trash attitude to the customers. She seems uneducated and she is very incompetent and very unprofessional. Extracare bucks should given if the products has promotion but she just argued with me that I have too many on my card and I dont need it anymore. I called customer service about this and they said she should not count it but instead if the product has ECB promo, she should have printed it for the customers. But she did not and instead she just kept arguing with me and been sarcastic the wholetime. Manager should approach her regarding this ladys attitude.

I went to CVS on 8-7-18.I was trying to load my reloadable card.The young lady with red bushy curly hair did something wrong because she said that there was an error an she couldnt load my card. She didnt try again but walked away.I went to walmart an loaded my card with no problem less than 10 minutes after i left CVS.She needs better customer service training.

As soon as my Doctor called me to tell me that they call in my prescriptions, I than called CVS to verify.. I spoke with one of the Techs, and he said it was ready. So I drove up their to go get them I show up and all the gates are down. I can see all the Techs and the pharmacist as well. I said excuse me I just spoke with someone and they said my prescriptions are ready literally 5-10mins ago so I drove up here and now u guys are closed. The pharmacist then said we are closed and we have no registers to process the transaction. I said I understand that but why did he say my prescriptions were ready when u guys are closed? He obviously couldnt answer me. So he opened the window and said You should be nice, since I am doing you a favor I said, It would have been nice if he would have told me you guys were closed. I would have been happy to have picked them up another day. he laughed at me and walked away and got my medicines. I got them and walked out. I will never be back to that pharmacy. He had no right to speak to me that way and will definitely take this up with Corporate.

Floor staff are very welcoming. Pharmacy staff is a totally different experience. After waiting more than 10 minutes before anyone would even look on our direction (only 1 customer was in front of us and 4 staff members). I got told that t wait time for flu shot is 45 mins. No line!

Sitting in line from 5:35 with two cars in front. The first car sat there until 6 pm and they turned away the car and front of me and myself because the first car had an issue which they could have told the person in the car to come inside or go to the other lane to be assisted.

Young man named Ike helped me on tonite. Very friendly, patient, and funny. He made my visit worthwhile. You need to have more employees like him. Pharmacy personnel not friendly at all. Barely looked at me and rather short with answers. Ike could train them on customer service!!

I recently stopped in for batteries and got stuck on the cosmetics section...found #RevlonCandid and was hooked. It is so light and smoothDoesnt get all over everything and just feels good on! This new lines doesnt offer many colors in my hue but i found a product #RevlonCandid that was close to my brown skin. I Love it!

This is the worst pharmacy in the area. To give it one star is generous. Twice now I have run out of pills because the had to order more and mysteriously both times my orders get lost. Today three times I came and each time told they will have it ready in 30 minutes. Finally after extremely frustrated and angry I finally received my pills. There are other options nearby. Avoid this store.

Im surprised this place even has 2 stars. I lived in Pearland for a couple years and this was my pharmacy due to insurance. Drive through AND inside always took FOREVER. I recently moved and one of my prescriptions accidentally got refilled at this location. All I need to do is transfer my prescription from one CVS to another and I have been on hold for 11 minutes now, still counting. At this rate it would probably be quicker for me to drive over there and talk to someone in person. Unless I had to spend another hour waiting there. UPDATE - I ended up waiting an additional 11 minutes (22 minutes total on hold) with no answer. So I gave up and call the 800 number.

Pharmacy sucks. Rude pharmacy tech people and they don’t even fill your prescriptions when doctor send them in. They lied to me said they never received them, I called my doctor 3 days later and the doc called CVS while I was on the phone still and they immediately found my prescriptions (delivered when the doctor originally called them in). So CVS purposely lied to me and for personal reasons decided to not fill my prescriptions.Also the black guy in the blue scrubs (I guess he’s just a tech) stared at my chest while ringing up my stuff. My eyes are on my face!WALGREENS is way better than CVS, transferring my business to Walgreens.

Staff is very unprofessional, Pharmacist does not review new needs. They call and text that you mess are ready but when you get there you have to wait for them to fill. This time I had to wait 30 minutes. Smh

My family and I have had issues with this particular pharmacy for years. Unfortunately at the time our insurance only worked with CVS so our hands were tied. With that said, a recent experience at this location left us angrier than ever before. My mother recently got surgery that has a very painful and difficult recovery. After coming home from the hospital my father went to this CVS to pick up two prescriptions: one for pain and another for her recovery. The tech at the pharmacy told my father that they did not have the pain medication on hand and that we would need to wait TWO days in order for my mom to get her pain medication (unacceptable when we are talking about someone that just had surgery). My dad asked for the pharmacy to give him the names of CVS locations that did have the medication on hand so that he could go pick it up and the tech REFUSED. My dad was given the second perscription and was sent packing without the pain medicine my mother desperately needed. When my dad came home he found that the bottle containing the other medication was only half filled (10 out of 20 pills) he rushed back to the pharmacy where he was greeted by a very rude tech that acted very skeptical of his story. My dad asked him to fill the perscription again and told the tech he would double check that all the pills were in the bottle. When he got the perscription back he opened the bottle to find it completly empty. When he pointed this out to the tech, he very rudely admitted that he forgot to transfer the pills from the pill counter to the bottle. No apology, no remorse.This was the final straw and we will not be returning to this location ever again. They dont k ow how to do their job and they have proven time and time again that they dont care about their customers.

I went to the minute clinic today to get my wellness screening done. I waited two hours (okay I understand its flu season/end of year, thats fine) only to have the NP prick my finger twice because she couldnt get the machine to work. The more seasoned NP showed up and showed her a test she was SUPPOSED to do every day to make sure the test was working before they offered the service. Guess what it wasnt. So they sent me over to the other CVS on the other side of town for me to find out the place in line she had called about for me wasnt actually reserved. Nor the one for my husband. These NPs have no idea how their systems work or their machines! I will never trust them to take care of my family again.

Haider is the lead pharmacist and still cannot seem to do his job. Freida also works there and is apparently incompetent. Susan is a pharmacy technician and will open the window, say just one second and still have you waiting at the drive thru for over 6 minutes. For the past seven days I have been trying to get my prescription filled only to end up being told that it cannot be ordered, which was the FIRST question I asked Haider before having my physician send the prescription to this location. Freida confirmed that the order could be placed and is the same person that told me 4 days later that she couldnt order it and that she tried to call and text me. Like most people, my cell phone is always nearby and I am not seeing evidence of either. This location just needs to clean out their pharmacy staff, start over, and hope that the replacement crew can adequately do their jobs.

If I could give zero stars, I would.I am in tears because I just learned that since January 2016, I have unnecessarily spent over $1000 out of pocket for generic prescription medications at this CVS Pharmacy.I switched my Prescription insurance this year to CVS Caremark. I gave CVS Pharmacy my new insurance information at the beginning of this year. Each time I filled a prescription, I thought the cost was out of line and asked that they check if my insurance information was accurate. At one time, the Pharmacy tech quoted me the rate without insurance. I guess to make me feel better for my cost. I had no choice but to pay because I needed my prescription meds and at the time, my illness consumed every brain cell. Therefore, I did not think about calling Caremark Customer Service until today, Friday, Sept 23. At least twice per month, I ask the same question. Are you using the CVS Caremark prescription insurance? Sunday, a week ago, I ask again … the Pharmacy Tech replied, “Yes”. I pulled my CVS Caremark Card and asked, “You’re using this card, correct”? She replied, “Yes.” I asked to please run it again; she reluctantly jerked the card from my hand. I believe it was the actual pharmacist because that Pharmacy Tech took my order on Saturday and failed to input it for refill so when I returned on Sunday is when I asked them to rerun the insurance.Today, Friday, September 23, I decided to pull my prescription insurance paperwork and nearly had a stroke when I read my cost. I called the 800 number to verify … The CVS Caremark phone agent replied, “You’re not going to like this.” The CVS Caremark agent called CVS Pharmacy and learned as of September 18, my prescriptions reflect the CVS Caremark rate of $5 vs. $59. According to the CVS Caremark phone agent, in July 2016, I paid $456.00 for a 10 day prescription when my cost should have been $5.00. She says they were using some other insurance that had expired. Incredible!Today, Friday, Sept. 23, I decided to check my online CVS Pharmacy account and see that, 1) each time I picked up my meds, I paid a different price for the same meds; 2) there is absolutely no insurance information associated with my prescriptions. Plan pays: $0; Patient cost: full price. This is absolutely ludicrous.CVS Pharmacy Shadow Creek in Pearland is the worse CVS in all of Harris County and Brazoria Count regions. I wonder how many other folks are being taking advantage of. My heart goes out to the elderly.I should have listened to my instincts six months ago and check sooner.Note: This REVIEW has nothing to do with CVS Caremark. THE REVIEW IS AGAINST CVS PHARMACY IN SHADOW CREEK PARKWYA.

The only reason for one star is that there isnt a choice for zero. Had to wait 3 hours for my sons antibiotic for strep throat, every time I would go they would say 15 more minutes. If I knew it was going to be 3 hours, I would have taken him home to rest rather than have them give me the run around. Way too understaffed. Will not be going back.
