More like Un-American cookie! My children and I were refused service and asked to leave for not wearing a mask, maybe the franchise owner forgot this is Texas.... And Que the owners BS response that appears to be copy and pasted.

It has been months since I have been into Great American cookies and I went in today with my kids for a treat. This location still requires masks. I did not have one with us so we were very respectful of the 6-ft distance, even though we were the only people in the store with one employee behind the counter. As soon as we entered I was asked to please put on a mask. I stated that I did not have one and I was fully vaccinated. I was then refused in person service and asked to put in an order online for curbside. I have been respectful about mask mandates, but I feel like if you are still going to require it at your location when it is not required elsewhere, you should at least offer a masks in lieu of losing service.

Literally the only store in Pearland Town Center requiring masks. Even for vaccinated individuals. Came in with my son who was bummed about having to miss school only to be turned away. We were the only ones in the store. The girl working behind the counter told us that the only way she could serve us was if we covered our mouths with napkins. Lol Not sure how a napkin is going to protect people from covid?Went to Small Cakes around the corner and received great service! 👍🏻

Literally walked in for a cookie slice and they gave my girlfriend and I two free pretzels because it was National Pretzel Day. This place is also sells pretzels, and they were good as heck. Thank you! And I will return soon!

Very dissappointed! We drove 30 minutes to our nearest Great American Cookies and as we were going in they told us we had to wear a mask. According to the State of Texas no bussiness can obligate you to wear a mask but Great American Cookies didnt allow us in their store becuase we were not wearing a mask.

Probably the only place in TX refusing service for not having a mask, try the cream puff place or small cakes instead!Oh and stand by for the owners generic response...not even accurate info... terrible for business.

They are good but pretty expensive and they never save the sugar cookies ready! Like wouldn’t it make sense to start baking more when the other ones are halfway out??? Obviously they are popular

My first visit here and it was a great experience. Great customer service! I feel bad for the young employees working this evening. They were very patient and polite with a female customer who threatened to call the owner just because they were unable to break a bill. She should have asked first if they could break it but anyway. Kudos to the 3 young employees 😊👍

Wish I could give it zero stars!! Worst customer service ever! NEVER have I came in and pretzels with salt were made. I ALWAYS have to wait. Super lazy and unfriendly staff. Dr Pepper is always out as well and several times no ice was available.

They advertise getting a cookie cake in 15 minutes or less but I couldnt get one for 24 hours! Its 1:30 on Friday and they said I couldnt pick up before 2pm on Saturday. Too many other options to have that kind of poor customer service!
