Service was extremely slow. I was never even greeted when I walked in the door; however, a lady that came in 10 minutes after I did was greeted immediately!

Horrible store. Management doesnt know what theyre doing. Terrible services. Do not care about customers at all. Most disorganized xfinity store Ive been to. Every time I come theres some issue. The new manager is so unpleasant. Avoid this company and this location at all costs.

I do realize everyone has their own expectations in regards to customer service and what they expect. I was bracing myself for the worst mainly because I read the reviews, and also because I have not had the best experience customer service wise in Pearland. Like a lot of businesses have given up on attempting to provide good customer service…COVID related? Possibly. Anyhoo, this was absolutely a great experience! I was here to pick up equipment to self-install new service at my new place in Houston. (Still annoyed that Xfinity was not an option for me at my complex in Pearland, but that has nothing to do with this review.) I was in and out in maybe 10 minutes? 15 max. There was a gentleman off to the left when I first walked in, helping someone, but he did acknowledge me. Keith Durham noticed me, did not have a customer, and walked to the front to greet me. He briefly asked the customer waiting behind me what she needed and who could help her. Keith was pleasant, took my phone number, looked at my order to see what equipment I needed, and was very thorough in explaining the equipment he was giving me, how to hook it up, the number to call if I had issues, and all of that good stuff. Just perfect!

Chelsey, the assistant manager, is a gem! She was extremely helpful and went out of her way to navigate my somewhat complicated new service. I was dreading an in-store visit based on past experiences, but one friendly smile from Chelsey and I knew I was in good hands.Its been years since Ive been with Xfinity due to a move out of the service range, but I am glad to be back.

Let me just start off by saying I never leave reviews, but I made an exception for this terrible business practice of a service provider. More like let me take your money and give you horrible service in return. I had a lower end interest in the beginning, so decided to go to one “ of there best” internet packages. We’ll long story short I am paying more now and still no change in internet. Can’t get anyone to help you from customer service, all in all probably the worst experience I have ever seen when it comes to internet. Save your self the hassle and just look for a better internet provider. Don’t do it ! Thank me later

I went to the store to exchange a DVR and I have a really nice experience from the beginningThe triage young man at the door where afable and knowledgeable. In fact from the beginning they were so attentive and helpful I can tell without doubt they went far and beyond my expectations. I have not wait time the customer representative was very helpful & professional.I went to the store without expectations and get out of the store with a feeling of a magnificent customer service . Weird in this days to have that sense of small town feeling in a franchise store .

They don’t answer phone. It goes to a National automated voicemail that needs to know your existing account info. So new customers aren’t able to navigate the AI voice menu. You get hung up on.

Daniel to young to be a manager, does not know the difference between software and Firmware, Did not value or validate my opinion. Could of just said yes sir or no sir, instead we got crickets ! Maybe everything just went to hell after post covid.

Returned device . Moved to area where they do not have xfinity service . Store said I would be refunded. Been 3 months and nothing . Can never speak to a person always a automated machine or txt on app . Definitely not gonna use or recommend this service to anyone .

The supervisor Matt was so awesome and helpful. His customer service was wonderful. He is fast and very knowledgeable with the product. I had an awesome experience he was very professional. And I love this store so much!! I would also like to add that all of the workers were so sweet.

Terrible Internet connection lately. Too many interruptions during the working day while so many people are working from home now! I was on the phone for half an hour trying to speak to a real person and the answering machine wouldn’t let me. This is unacceptable. Literally sent me to check web site and kicked me out of the phone call several times. And that’s for $85 per month that we pay ONLY FOR THE INTERNET! That’s the price you are going to pay after your fabulous special deal is over after 1 year, and be aware that they are not going to inform you about price increase. Gotta switch to AT&T now! I am sick and tired with Xfinity.

Great experience in store just like my service. Security was very attentive and took care of anybody who needed to sit down or get out of the heat. Greeted as soon as you walk in to a clean super cool store. I was in and out within minutes and the gentleman that helped me was all you can hope for when needing help.

Thank You to the young Xfinity Representative who graciously walk out of the store to meet me. Cause of COVID & health reasons, I could not enter the store. I sat my bag down, with equipment, account statement & gave him space to pick it up. He quickly went back into the store, looked up my account & exchanged my wifi equipment. He quickly returned new equipment in my provided bag, all the while maintaining his distance and sat it on the ground. He stepped away & said he also activated the equipment in the store, to easily take home & install by plug & play. Thank You for your kindness & understanding today. God Bless & Protect Xfinitys employees for their support in COVID times.🙏🇺🇸

My modem went out and it was late in the evening. I had talked to Xfinity and they told me to go to this location and switch out my modem. I was skeptical. Its never that easy. I was wrong. I literally showed up at 7:22pm (they close at 8pm), they asked for the name on the account, told them I needed to switch out the modem, and in under 5 minutes I had a new modem which is plug in ready, and I was out the door.I really thought this was going to be a headache. Oh! And the store is beyond amazing, I want to live there. Fabulous staff.

It is a very awkward experience. You walk in and nobody greets you for the first few minutes. So you just have a group of people standing by the door not knowing what to do. Where to sign in or what the process is. The store is very nice but a greeter or instructions would be nice.

Just literally walked out of the store. Husband and I inquiring about internet services. First of all the guy I think his name might be “Evan” didn’t even bother to look up in the computer prices but just gave us a price. Once we expressed that it would he too high he didn’t give us any alternatives or offer anything else. He really seemed unbothered that we were leaving. Just lost really interested customers.

Just went in to consider buying a new phone rather than repairing the screen. The sales associate barely looked like he worked there. Any question we asked about current plans or promotions was answered with, nah, were not doin that. The general I dont care attitude of the associate convinced us not to buy a new phone. This was a very disappointing experience.

Do not get scammed into 1 gig service . You will never get that speed and they lock you into a 2 yr contract. Tried to switch to a plan that matches real speed at my house and the difference was $9 per month if I switched to 400 speed. Not worth the extension on my contract. Poor support and false advertising. If I could rate negative stars, it would be -5 star.

Recently canceled Xfinity internet/TV/phone at home and was advised I could return modem and cable boxes at retail location. I went in to the store on Broadway in Pearland (Shadow Creek) and was immediately greeted and shown to a waiting associate who scanned the barcode on the equipment, printed a receipt for me and even explained how serial numbers on the receipt documented my return. I had put off taking the equipment in for a couple weeks, feeling sure it would be a hassle. I was pleasantly surprised and appreciate the courteous manner of the employees in this location. Good job!

I purchase a defective Samsung Note 9 from Xfinity Mobile. They ended up sending me via FedEx a warranty exchange replacement phone three days ago. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday (6/13/19); however, the FedEx driver left the door open to the truck and the package with my phone in it was stolen. Now Xfinity Mobile refuses to send me another phone. They want me to wait a week or two until they resolve the issue with FedEx. The defective Note 9 does not power on and I have no cell phone. So they are making me go without a phone for another week or two. Xfinity Mobile is the worst!! They are not putting their best interest towards their customers. This is so sad!! I guess I will have to go back to Sprint or see how Verizon will treat their customers. Xfinity Mobile needs to just stick with cable and internet, and leave cell phone service alone.
