While I like Sherwin Williams, I do not like the huge price increase, Im assuming, caused by material shortage. Paint prices have doubled in the last few months.

I prefer this location in Pearland over the Shadow Creek location because I can get in and out, rather than standing in a line for a long time...so it really is worth driving a few extra miles. They are pleasant, professional and helpful with paint to the vehicle.

The Manager is blessed to have such a skilled staff. I want to specifically complement Steven for his hard work and effort in helping my family and I with our extremely heavy five gallon bucket of paint. That young man deserves a raise!

They didn’t have what I needed at this location (automotive paint) but they were able to direct me to a location that would have what I was looking for.Friendly, courteous, and professional staff.

Bad attention for some guy Henry name hes on the phone all the time....he dont like hi Spanish custumers and he speak español ......the other guy is ok ...he work more and fast

I don’t usually post. But I just felt the need to express my appreciation for the great customer service that this staff shows. Michelle is a great manager!When I visited the store she approached us to see if we needed help without any hesitation and explained the different types of paint and informed us of the different services they provide to aid in choosing colors.Another instance when I called to inquire about placing an order the staff member informed me that their store did not carry the paint that I needed but was able to tell where I was able to find it. This saved me from having to call around searching.Thanks for going the extra mile for your customers!

First visit to this store. The customer service was excellent. They went above and beyond to help me locate my product and account. The paint was great as always. I love the quality and the final look. The employees quickly mixed my paint to perfection. Paint specialists.

This experience was awesome. The lady thats been there for 22 years was kind, professional and knowledgeable of the products.

Been with SHERWIN WILLIAMS for a long time and this is the second time they messed up with my orders I always bring the paint name and can to tge store and the new guys just do a color match instead of give the exact color name, Thankfully Michele the manager is always able to fixed for meShes been there for quite long time and have a lot of experience on paint mixing.

Michelle is the bomb diggity... On the real, she is a great employee, just did everything right...

Waited for help and associates werent to knowledgeable on paint colors.

Fast service friendly staff

Very terrible sexist place ever, I was so angry how they treated my mother and myself. The workers didnt care we were there and took over an hour to acknowledge our presence.

I normally use this location when Im in in the area but today was the very last time. Especially if the kissy face guy is there I have been a loyal customer of Sherwin Williams for 20 years plus. And I have never stood In line as long as I did today 45 minutes thats crazy Im a busy man and dont have time for that so im not going to that location ever again

That the employees will work with you and guide you through the right decision on the product you need for your particular job-for as long as it takes and they do not rush you!

I supposedly paid high dollar for the best custom paint and few months in to the painting I did the paint has started to peel and come off! WOW NOT GOING BACK FOR SURE.
