Set us up at home and everything is exactly like we wanted (and I didn’t have to do any of it myself) - surround sound, single remote, commercial grade mesh wifi, TVs and mounts. Very knowledgeable, honest and helpful. Friendly and very responsive. Our new go-to for any home tech needs. Highly recommend.

Custom Theater solution First off let me say that the team that arrived took every precaution before entering my home the wore masks and shoe covers .They did a great job installing my tv along with a surround sound system. Custom Theater Solutions did an amazing job hooking up sound, cameras and a tv on our back patio. Chris never tired of my questions and always replied promptly to my texts. Ruben and Chris (2) were very professional the whole time. They had to rewire what I had in 100+ degrees and still remained friendly. Even after the installation Chris still replies to my questions and walks me through it or comes over to show me the solution. This company cares... great effort is made to guarantee your satisfaction. I was very, very impressed with the expertise as well as the results.Weeks later I was having cable issues. The picture would go out, sound would stay and I would have to turn off and back on the TV to correct it. I called the cable company, they sent a person out and did absolutely no good whatsoever.I texted Chris with the issue, he immediately told me what to do and it is now fixed! Wow!!!

This is the 2nd time my wife and I have used CTS to upgrade and install home theater electronics. At our previous home Chris mounted an outdoor TV, 4 outdoor speaker and a Sonos amp system. This allowed us to enjoy outdoor music and watching sports while in our back patio. Now we moved into a prewired home just begging for an upgrade. Chris and Mike came by and installed 8 zero profile speakers, that tied into a Sonos panel that allowed us to control/play music and TV in various rooms and control our TV/music all from our iPad. They were quick professional yet personable during the install. We already enjoyed watching The Astros beat the Rays using the new system! I work with a company that needed help relocating a cable box and wires from originally installed location. We called CTS as we needed to install a living flame fireplace. Chris and his team provided excellent service. He was on time when he came to quote. He gave us options, and explained the differences. The quote was great.They installed today, Chris willingly moved out installation originally scheduled for the previous day, and was prompt, courteous and best of all the installation was flawless. His team not only installed the fireplace, but cleaned up and put back any furniture they had moved. They even took the packing with them. I can not recommend them highly enough
