Extremely old style lighting store. I love the attention and the politeness. We need more customer oriented places like this.

I almost didnt stop in because we saw a negative review, good thing I did.We just moved to Texas and had ordered a light from China. It came in and was WAY out of our capability. No directions, but super expensive and no way to return it. We went in looking for help (with a competitive product), and they were gracious, helpful, professional and just downright nice. Their lighting options were less expensive than we had seen at other stores, and we will DEFINITELY use them. Stop in and see for yourself. Very nice staff and a great selection of unique lights.

They were helpful and nice and we were happy with the selection. More pricey than the average Home Depot or Lowe’s but much nicer selection, so I guess you have to pay a little more if you want something different and unique.

I purchased all my lighting & fans from a showroom named Creative Lighting. I did so because I wanted quality, warranty, and excellent service. I have been a customer of this store since 2008 after what just happened I will no longer be. On October 2nd I called the store informed them that Patio fan motor had going out, I was asked if I had purchased my fan from there I said, yes. I then emailed them a copy of my receipt along with the pictures of the fan. Which I inquired about it being under warranty. Both in a phone conversation and an e-mail. When I picked up the merchandize I found out that I was charged for the fan which I should have never been. The store failed to have (RGA) number issued before replacing (ordering) the fan! After talking with the owners of the store Jeanene she said I couldnt get my money back. But I could have extra fan on hand fan! Wow! Its a shame because I really loved this place. Theyre happy as long as theyre taking your money.
