The store has such a huge selection of fabrics, its amazing! Sami was extremely cheerful and helpful since I have never bought fabrics before, absolutely wonderful experience.

Great store and wonderful staff. The store is neat and organized well. Though it is smaller than some of the other locations in the area it does carry the main selection I find in the scarsdale store.

Its great if you are familiar with the store and know exactly what your looking for. Good luck finding someone to help you. The manager Debbie is great but if you go on a day that shes there. The employees on the other hand have no idea what customer service is.

Everyone was extremely helpful, especially the cashier who patiently waited while I google searched coupons for my purchase. He not only helped search but also helped me pick out all the coupons I could use.

I love going to this place. My only setback is this one employee who never knows ANYTHING!!!!!!!! (G) and she will not even attempt to consult with a manager. I gave a two star because she will definitely turn customers away. I dont even want to go there when she is there. I am so disgusted. I plan on speaking to Debbie who is one of the more knowledgeable and experienced managers. She is very nice and helpful. Her customer service skills excel. I will be popping in to discuss with Debbie, the negative encounter that I experienced during my last visit to the store. I am so frustrated with that employees negative customer service treatment. I have been experiencing poor customer service treatment from that same employee for sometime now, and I ignored it. I am writing a review because its overwhelming.

Really good and the workers are amazingly sweet

Past employee for about three and a half years loved it. Definitely got busy at times and we’re a little short handed but you would end your day feeling accomplished and satisfied. Never any issues with management just wish it wasn’t bi weekly pay. Great atmosphere, great store manager Ray 😁 and great co-workers. Joann fabrics you are one of the great few!

Large open space containing a massive and eclectic collection of fabric and haberdashery plus all the related items that would be needed. Was an unusual but interesting experience for me as my sister looked for different kinds of lace. The shopping center has an open layout and generally easy parking.

Excellent store and extremely patient with customers. The area to find patters has a nice table so you can find whatever you need. I would recommend getting the sales coupons as items can be somewhat costly.

Good inventory, great prices, helpful staff. Sometimes hard to find someone. But they were pleasant.

I called into the store to check if an item was in stock, the girl that I was speaking with was very dismissive and rude. I was on hold for less than 30 seconds before she said I looked in the GENERAL AREA and we dont have it I said okay Ill check another store and she said good luck in a very sarcastic tone.

Full selection of hobby and crafting items. Constant sales, though regular prices can be on the high side. Staff, once you track them down, are usually informed and helpful.

Just went to sore for pick up. No one answering the phone for pick up. Live 20 minutes away. Knocked on the door several times.Not very good customer service. Order wad ready for pick up yesterday. Couldnt make it working at hospital..Waited for 15 mins no one for curb side pick up.Thanks alot!

This place is awesome! So many cute things to buy but it was my first time there so maybe I was just overexcited about all the stuff. Im giving four stars because the cashier seemed like she didnt know what she was doing.

I went into this store with my wife, she was looking for tulle material. I thought I would really be bored, but I really wasnt. I wound up asking the salesperson some questions with my wife; and survived the experience. I was impressed at all the nick nacks, and things that you could add to fabric to make different designs.... Not to mention, thea/c was awesome!

Incredibly unprofessional staff. I called to ask about canning supplies. I was put on hold by Employee 1. After a few minutes, the hold timed out and I had to call again. I was then put on hold by Employee 2. After a few minutes, the hold timed out and I had to call a third time.Employee 2 picked up and said she had not gone to check because they were “swamped” and had a “long line of customers.”I get that stores have busy times. It happens. But to tell a customer that you will locate a product for them and then not do it is incredibly rude.I will not be giving them my business for this or any other need.

Well-stocked fabric and craft supply store. Everything you need for any project youre working on. The employees are helpful and courteous.

Very well stocked, never too crowded, though usually staff are pulling double duty between the register and the cutting station.

Their staff is always very helpful and very professional. The store always has a good supply of whatever I may need to complete a project.

Most of the workers are real snippy/have attitude, and the nice ones dont know where anything is.
