Competitive pricing, fast response time and none of that annual contract craziness. Love these guys. I called around 3 different places and Economy Fuel was simply the best.

They have the cheapest prices in the area and are making an oil delivery the next day. The other places I called in the area were way more expensive and wanted you to have a contract and offered to deliver in 2-3 buisness days. Economy fuel was by far the cheapest and easiest to deal with. I highly reccomend them!

We woke up this morning, realizing we were out of oil. Every other place we called not only charged more, but charged extra to come same day. We called Economy, and within 1 hour we were able to get oil and get heat back into the house. The delivery driver, Ken, was SUPER nice, friendly and a true professional. He helped us get heat back, where every other company told us to wait to tomorrow or pay so much more. Thanks so much guys, we 100% are going with you for any future heating oil needs, and will recommend you to any of our friends in the Westchester region. Thanks again!

Terrible customer service! They called the wrong phone number for an oil delivery, not the person living at the property, and refused to take responsibility for it saying that it wasnt their fault. Now I may have to deal with no heat. The manager was very rude. Also the invoices are printed on another companies letterhead. Very sketchy

I used to think they were good but something changed. Office staff is horrible, inconsiderate and arrogant. Their doing you a favor by taking your money.

Made a scheduled delivery for Friday March 29th, was told I could not be given a time frame when they would show up, I asked if I could please receive. phone call before they showed up I was told absolutely that they will call 30 min before arrival, so I took the entire day off work, (Im paying with cash so I had to be able to give them the cash, and not leave it in an envelope outside.) I received a call at 9:43 am with a voicemail stating the driver was at my house and couldnt find an envelope with money so he was leaving. As the driver WAS STILL IN MY DRIVEWAY I called the company back at 9:44 am to tell them I was home and the delivery could be made, the driver pulls out of my driveway, and the woman on the phone told me he was no longer in the area and could not make the delivery. They then refused to send him back, and even refused to reschedule my delivery, asked to speak to a manager, was given another sales person who just told me it was my fault for not paying ahead of time. Ive dealt with some bad companies before but the blatant carelessness for quality customer service and overall care for their customers well being, (No oil means no heat, no hot showers, no way to clean my dishes,) is just disrespectful and my family, friends and myself will no longer use this company nor will we recommend it to anybody in the surrounding areas. Thanks for making the next few days of my life more difficult and making me lose an entire day of work for you to not hold up your end of the deal.
