Terrible location from a parking standpoint. Dont mess around and pull in with a trailer. Other than that, nice people and inventory is normally pretty good.

Ive bought many, many auto parts and accessories from the Pell City Auto Zone and have always gotten good friendly service . But mostly I want to give a shout out to the manager of the Pell City AZ, Janelle Alford Moore . I unknowingly dropped a tri-folded $ 100.oo bill while there buying parts. Janelle was kind enough to look up my number and call me to let me know She had found it and I could come pick it up whenever i wanted . Who does that anymore ? Its so nice to see there are still honest people around and Auto Zone should be proud to have an employee such as Her! So, to Janelle and Auto Zone......Thank You and Ill continue to ALL my auto parts and accessories there .

I came to the store seeking a battery but wasnt quite sure which one to get after searching on AutoZoness webpage. The gentlemen on the clock that day was on top of it after a few questions. I learned some things about my car, upgraded my battery + warranty and saved money $35.00 to be exact. I highly recommend the Pell City location. They have my vote 👍✌️

Advance declined to install my wifes battery because it was dark out and would take to long. Auto Zone was happy to install it and new wiper blades. Took them maybe 15 minutes and they had a very positive attitude. Excellent customer service and concern for my wifes safety. 5 star all the way!

On January 13th, I bought a set of wiper blades at another Auto Zone store. Unfortunately, on my way to Pell City one of the blades broke. This morning I went to this store and they graciously replaced it for me. Great customer service!

It was hard getting help. Clerks seemed too busy with each other.

My husband and I came out from the doctors office late last Saturday evening. It was dark and I had no headlights. We stopped at Auto Zone. Mat was great. He was able to get us headlights. Mat went over and above to see that two older people could make it home safely. It is evident that Mat cares about his job and Auto Zone’s customers.

Friendly but didnt have the parts i needed. Ended up going to napa. The part was ordered the day before but was lost in transit. I know thats not the companys fault but it messed up my plans to fix my friends car.

First person that tried to help us was very UNKNOWABLE, then they young lady behind the counter overheard me asking for what I wanted and took us right to the item..

Over all best service and friendly workers that are willing to help. Wide selection of repair and not parts.

I needed my battery and alternator checked. It was raining the young man and I were getting wet. But it didnt phase him.Although the next time he came out he brought an umbrella. He tightened one of my battery cables. Super customer support! I still going to have to find an alternator.😞

The last 3 parts we ordered for our car all arrived with something wrong with them. A piece broken or the wrong part or something. They arrived later than we were told. Will not be going here again!

Even though they were very busy with customers (May 5th, 2019 at 4:30pm), the store associates were friendly and very helpful in locating and ordering the part that I needed.

Dont even bother going to our Napa in Pell City. Autozone is convenient, the staff is friendly and helpful, and several times theyve installed batteries, break lights, etc for myself and my daughter. They have always had what I need in stock, and its always for a reasonable price. I wont shop anywhere else for my automotive needs.

Are you trying to get out of a hard spot with your vehicle? Call AutoZone. They didnt have my part, but I HAD to have it, so they found it at a non-box store for me.

Called the day before and was told they had what I needed for about $5 and had several in stock. Showed up the next day, they not only didnt have it but didnt carry it. I had to order the whole for $4 more. However, that price was $4 less than OReilys.
